Just wanted to write another review to tell everyone how nelux has flagged my 1 star review to try and remove it from their website. I originally said to not buy the lip plumper due to it being EXTREMELY painful. I put the correct amount, did it the right way and it was the worst lip plumper I have ever used. Don’t buy it, especially because they try to get rid of the bad reviews to make them look good. Bad company.

These clowns 🤡 don’t respond to emails. And the number that’s listed at the bottom of the page, is bogus! You proceed to call and someone will pick
Up and hang the phone in your face!!!

Love this lip stain! The color lasts all day without drying out my lips, and I don't need to reapply after eating or drinking. Haven't touched my regular lipsticks since I got this.

I bought a lipstick and an eyelash serum for my mom, and she loved them. Very good quality and a great shopping experience. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Nelux. The products are excellent quality and you can tell a lot of care goes into both the ingredients and the presentation. My order arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely continue purchasing. Highly recommended!

DO NOT try this product. It’s poison!!
It isn’t worth the pain. I applied a very thin layer. Within 30 seconds it started burning. Then it was intense burning pain for about 20 minutes. Not a subtle burning pain. It was EXTREMELY painful. I went driving after I applied it and almost had a car accident because I couldn’t pull over and I was desperately reaching for the wet tissues and water bottle because I was terrified it was going to scar my mouth. I had to hold wet tissue on my mouth for a long time. I wished I had ice at the time to relieve the pain. It went red and yucky all around my lips. This is like 3rd degree burning. The reason why your lips swell up is because it’s literally poisoning your skin. I think the ingredients can’t be trusted. It’s been a long time since I e felt pain like that. I’m not sending it back for a refund. I’m going to send the product to consumer watchdog to have it tested in Australia because I think they’ve put illegal products inside it. This can do serious damage to your lips. Don’t buy it.

Its a scam. Ordered a product Nov 29. Its Jan 25 and never received my item. I reached out via email multiple times- no responses... hello its been over 50 days?

i ordered back in october and never received my order but they SWEAR it was delivered when it WAS NOT!!! i'm so annoyed because i paid $50 for 3 lip plumpers and they said they couldn't do anything about it. their customer service is awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely fantastic product, just needs to be used properly! Here’s my advice from my own experience, but remember we all have different skin and reactions as such.

-it hurts more than injectable lip fillers for me. It does not contain numbing agent as far as I know, unlike injectable fillers.
-it will hurt for 15-30minutes. It will feel like fire or some type of localised bug bite.
-In that time, do not try remove it or wipe it off (unless there is a medical emergency reaction). Sit through it and let it work.
-I suggest using it an HOUR BEFORE going out. This will give time for the pain to go and your lips to become more natural.
-unlike injectable filler, this has NO CHANCE of hitting a vein and causing bruising, filler migration or long term pain!
-You will be able to eat and drink after it settles down and the pain is gone (about 45-60 minutes for me).
-your lips are softer and feel more natural to touch in any way- there is no risk of bumps or hardness like injectable fillers often cause.
-my lips have stayed full after 5 hours however you can freely reapply it if you wish. I would not do it more than once every 6 hours for myself.

The main point I’d like to mention again-
IT WILL HURT. DO NOT WIPE IT OFF OR REMOVE IT, IF YOU WOULD LIKE ITS FULL AFFECT. Beauty is pain, this will leave you looking and feeling phenomenal!

I was really hopeful this would work I tried it as soon as I came it burnt so bad it was worse then anything I’ve ever tried before I waited as long as I cld tried washing it with several different types of soap nothing would stop the burning I had to hold something cold between my lips just to stop the burning as soon as I wld take a breathe or remove my cold rag the burning would take over again will never use again and after all this my lips look super red but not any plumper then before this hell

Not worth the hype

I purchased the Nelux lip plumper gloss because I heard a lot of positive reviews and some of the results videos looked good enough for me to try it out, as I've tried lip filler injections and wanted an alternative. Saw this on sale and that was my prompt to purchase.

It arrived to Melbourne, Australia, in 2 weeks. Pretty decent postage time.

The first application was intensely painful. It severely stings, almost alarmingly, but I'd read about that beforehand, so I didn't panic, just waited the recommended 10 minutes to see the results.

I'll admit I DID see a difference. I've tried other plumping glosses which did nothing at all, so yeah, was pleased to see this one delivered a noticeable effect. However, it definitely wasn't a "lip filler effect", and it made the outer area of my mouth appear red and smudgy, which looked like pasta sauce stains, lol... I tried again without applying to my lip line and it still showed red around my mouth. I don't wear foundation makeup on my skin and I'm not going to start in an attempt to cover the redness around my mouth caused by this gloss.

The effects didn't last more than 15 mins for me. I reapplied, but after the dramatic stinging of the first application, my lips adjusted to the sensation and the effect was less noticeable the next few times around.

The gloss is very shiny and sticky, which I find uncomfortable - I knew it would be as that's expected with lipgloss - I'd just hoped the plumping results would be worth it.

Overall, I can say it did provide a better plumping experience than any other brand I've tried, but with such short-term results and the unsightly redness, I don't think it's worth having to re-apply every few minutes, nor the price.

Lip plumper burns too bad and doesn’t work. They say you can do a refund, but then you have to pay for shipping to send the product back, and their warehouse is in a different country. They are very bad at responding to emails and will not verify their shipping address. So be prepared to lose $20 at least on shipping if you don’t want your product.

I love Nelux 💓 I tried their eye patches, which are soo great and helps me for puffy eyes!! Second, the Lash Serum 10 out of 10!!👏 Made my lashes, fuller, longer and healthier. Of course i tried their lip plump as well, and hear me out, YOU need to try it! Omg, the effect on the lips is insane!!! Let’s not forget how cute the packaging is!🩷
I’m obsessed 🤩 and I will definitely recommend this to my girlies!!!

I bought the lip plumper for my girlfriend, because she was always talking about getting lip fillers. She's really happy with the results of the lip plumper and never thinks about fillers anymore! She only said it burns a little after applying the product, but the results are great! I even find her more attractive now ;) Recommend as a gift for your girl.

Both me and my friend have tried this and it burned our lips horribly. I had an ice pack on for 20 minutes. And I use every lip pumper on the market.
