I have been using the growth shampoo/ conditioner for a while now and what a difference I have seen in condition of my hair as well as how it has actually grown. I use the hair mask and leave in conditioner too. I would highly recommend and won’t use any other products now. Also have to add the surprise boxes you can buy and also the deals available on TT are amazing

After suffering with anemia my hair had gotten thinner and after continuously seeing the nature spell shampoo and conditioner I ordered it in hope it would help with my hair growth journey but has done the opposite! My hair has been falling out ridiculously - I know hair fall out is normal and but this is like no other - would not recommend and extremely disappointing as I spent a lot of money on their products

Hi I love the nature spell products I use the hair growth products and the bonding products. I’ve yet to try the skin care. The hair products are amazing on my hair soon as I began using them my hair felt beautiful and stronger. I’ve tried many expensive brands before but I love natures spell so much more. They were first introduced to me as a present from my daughter. Delivery service is quick and easy and if you need to contact the team they reply to emails promptly. The best thing about these products are no sulphate and vegan friendly. You can’t go wrong give them a try.

My hair is falling out in clumps . I now cant wear my hair down as the hair is that thin now you can see my ears . I thought it was my normal shedding not when there is clumps of hair in the shower and I have to clean my brush after every use .I bought this to help with hair loss and it’s down the complete opposite and made me so self conscious.

I don’t normally complain but what horrific experience from customer services from this company. For a start they rarely reply to your emails and when they do it’s not satisfactory. I would provide pictures if I could but can’t on here. But my items had exploded in the box and it all went everywhere I said they didn’t have to refund but would accept a new box sent in better packaging as it was a gift. I was told to clean them all up myself ! And they would send me only the packages that were damaged. I said they were all damaged and sent photos as proof. This is now going to PayPal dispute . PLEASE AVOID!

This product have made my hair so shiny and it feels really good. I used the applicator to apply it to my hair left it in for an hour. It washes out really well I love it.

Can't fault this company at all. I ordered via tiktok shop, the items were received well packaged, in glass bottles, product smells lovely. Unfortunately the distributor of their product send me 2 of one item, and none of the other I ordered, but Nature Spell immediately sorted this for me. Have used the product twice now, no issues.

I am a Breast Cancer Survivor of 14 yrs ..I was put on a Hormone Inhibitor , Anastrozole which made my very thick curly hair become a lot thinner and a slight wave to it...Since I have been using Nature Spell Shampoo , Conditioner and Rosemary oil my hair has grown a lot and I have gotten my thickness back...my hairstylist said the last time she trimmed my hair that " this is the healthiest and fullest she has seen in a very long time"....so it does work...not overnight..be patient...love this stuff...it is my go to and I HIGHLY recommend it ♥️

Having to go to minor injuries as it has burnt my skin please test before using I’m in terrible pain very sore red raw and itchy

Well, I had an issue where my package was delivered to the wrong address. It was not my fault, but the fault of the delivery driver. I had the right address on my profile, but somehow the driver managed to deliver to someone else's address. Anyway, I reached out to the company about a refund initially, but it was denied. They did their research on their end to find out what happened to my package. Once they found out what happened to my package, they shipped out a new package for me. I just received that package today. Overall, I am happy with the resolution to my problem. Thank you!

I have just received the Blossom bodycare gift set for the amazing price of 39.99. The scent of tone and tighten is beautiful! I was not expecting great things from the perfume but I am genuinely gobsmacked. It's a good size and it's a unique smell I love it! I sprayed the shimmer on oil straight away it's so rich and moisturises instantly with a gorgeous glow. This tone and tighten is my most favourite scent with nature spell. I have used the salt free shampoo and conditioner it's brilliant. The tangle free brush is great and I bought one for my curly haired dog who hates being groomed. He happily sits there whilst I use the brush. I can not fault this company I have used alot of the skin care too. The only thing I am not keen on is the coffee scrub. Its gooey. Such good value for money with this company. No nasties in any of their products. Delivery good too. I am sticking with them. 5 stars! Ps.... When you go to subscribe it won't key me puty birthday in. I don't know why

I emailed them 5 days ago as a prospective new customer requesting informations on a product bundle I am interested in. Promised response within 48 hours, sadly no response.
Doesn’t give me a lot of faith in them as a Company.

Update: response is a bit contradictory, they have never responded to my first email, so why would I expect them to respond to another new email. Waste of time.

Honestly, I'm looking at reviews, and i needed to leave one, which i rarly do on products..... I was looking at reviews to see if anyone had similar experience to myself, because frankly I did not believe the results even though it's my own hair, if that at all makes sense. Iv been using these products for several months, I buy via tiktok shop, I have not and I repeat have not found a hair care set/ shampoo&condition duo that works for my hair (thin,falling out,dry ends, super greasy roots & so dull) but recently I have felt it, and it is actually alot thicker, way less greasy, stronger, shiny & i get compliments i never used to! Honestly I can't believe iv finally found a product that works for me, I have tried everything, and I mean everything 😫

Ps brought the skin care bundle recently. Results are pending, only used a few times, but the smell 😍 omg the smell, it's worth the money just for that!

Order a oil and scalp massager got returned to the seller after 10 days emailed the customer care email 4 times with proof of the receipt and online where it says returned to seller for a refund and still nobody has even tried getting in contact with me, worse company for communication, cant even reply to a email

I bought the hair oil from this lady called Amina I spoke to her about my hair loss and then I bought it after a few months when I received her oil my hair wasn’t actually falling so much but then when I used her the oil she sent I started getting excessive hair loss I believe she pampered with the oil that she sent me and then I called her up for a refund and she got really rude to me and said that she found me very odd from the very start when I first spoke to her about the hair oil she only said that because she got caught out that she had pampered with the oil she sent me and also because I asked her for a refund. Guys do not use this oil. You can buy all the oils that she mentions that she has created in one oil yourself by adding every oil altogether yourself that way you know that it hasn’t been pampered with and it’s safe to use on your hair and you won’t get excessive hair loss. And it will be much cheaper!

I was struggling with severe hair loss due to brain surgery and medication,a friend brought me the hair care set including rosemary oil,shampoo and condioner, 2 months later I find my hair loss has slowed significantly and my bald spots are filling in,I couldn't be happier and am now a loyal customer.

Nature spell is a great company I have used many of their products most of which were very great to use, just one I didn't like much not that it was a bad product but it just doesn't suit my skin.

Just bought the hair growth shampoo and conditioner and the hair mask used it a few times to give it a chance and absolutely hate it would not recommend it at all. Left my hair super greasy made it look like I haven’t washed it in days has a greasy feel to it very disappointing not worth the price at all.

I ordered the mystery hair care bundle from TikTok and was really excited, however, when it arrived it had all curl enhancing products which I was disappointed with as I have straight hair but it was the chance I took when ordering, I would have dreamed of the bond repair haircare collection.

I started using the nature spells rosemary oil and instead of hair growth I’ve experienced hair loss???? Every time I wash the oil out my hair is literally breaking off in the shower I have never experienced any hair loss problems before and after hearing all the good reviews I really wanted to give this product a good chance so I used it once a week for a month however I have noticed no change at all it leaves my hair greasy it’s extremely hard to wash out and it causes my hair to literally fall out in the shower
