Contacted UKlash and Erin sorted it out for me quickly and efficiently - well done !! Would highly recommend.

I mistakenly ordered & set up a subscription for a product that contains wheat & im severely allergic to wheat). Saw my mistake and wrote in to cancel the order.
Carrie, customer care superhero, came to the rescue! Within a few hours the order & subscription were cancelled and a refund in the works. She was super kind & helpful! Couldn’t ask for more! Thanks so much, Carrie! Appreciate you & the true customer service you provided 😊

I tried the peptide serum, but my eyes turned out to be too sensitive for it, even though I never had any issues before. I contacted customer service immediately, and Carrie replied within the same day. She was very friendly and professional. I’m very satisfied with the support I received.

The customer care is shocking Iv emailed so many times Iv been ignored on every occasion this is not excepted I will be taking this further as the care team are terrible

The products I have bought from UK lash are great and I feel I have had good results from them. I joined the subscription scheme because i intend to use the products on a regular basis. There was a problem at the beginning, which was dealt with by a bot, but was not resolved, however once referred to a human was quickly dealt with and fully resolved, thank you Jacob and thank you UK lash.

I recently ordered a UK Laser serum after reading so many fabulous reviews my friend has used it and eyelashes are amazing I am in early days but I’m very confident it will be amazing. I did have an issue on delivery however the Customer Service was exceptional and resolved the issue straight away for me and send me out a new serum I would highly recommend this company and also in the past I have used glow for it but it’s been very dry this one feels like it costs my lashes

The eyelash serum I have no problem giving it 5 stars BUT the eyebrow serum had no effect for the first bottle - I was told after my confirming the application of the product was correct that it may take some time and to carry on using it - so I am willing to give it another repeat order and see how I get on - I will update the review afterwards so won't pass comment on that at the moment but it will be interesting to see how I get on ..........

Unlash liner has certainly worked for me, my eyes are very sensitive and dry I have noticed a great improvement no downside effects.

I purchased UKbrow serum on line but delivery took so long that I contacted UKLASH - they replied immediately and created a replacement order. However my original order did eventually arrive so I asked to cancel the replacement order. Thanks to the team Grace, Carrie and Erin for their quick responses.

I was looking forward to seeing the results, but after almost 10 weeks.. not much as changed, if anything. I still have a empty patch that has not grown in. I have not missed a night applying either. Disappointing.

The eyelash serum I live by! Whenever it’s on offer I stock up, made my lashes go from bald eagle after years of lash extensions to stunning long and thick! The hair serum is also great, and customer services are fast to help with deliveries

The hair products (shampoo, conditioner, serum) did not help me at all with my hair loss problem, there were times when the issue was even worse. I bought the kit twice and used it consistently but it was useless. Maybe my problem is one of a kind, but definitely no results for me.
