Definitely worth always purchasing the pump dispenser with them to ensure no wastage.

We can confirm that a partial refund was offered for the faulty Leave-In Conditioner, as we always want to make things right where a product has not met expectations. However, upon receiving the return, the remaining items were found to have been used. As outlined in our returns policy, we are only able to process refunds on unused and unopened products, and as this condition was not met we were unfortunately unable to issue a full refund.

Growth hair care
I have been using the hair care growth range for 2 years now, and my hair has definitely got thicker and grown. I used to have really thin hair and short, I wash my hair twice a week. It’s definitely improved and I would 100% recommend. I have grown about approximately 7 inches in 2 years, I’m impressed!

Everything About Them is Great
I use the Rosemary and Jamaican Castor oil combination for quite some time (yellow bottle with green stripe), and I wouldn't change it for anything!
Everyone has their own needs and products that suit them, but the quality of these products is very reliable and properly priced. For reference, I use hair oil on my roots weekly, and a bottle brom this brand (priced at 9€ where I live) lasts me about 6 months, if not more. And the oil makes my hair less prone to shedding as well as accelerating growth.
I also give a special appreciation for the customer service team, who was friendly, very competent, and eager to help. Last week I kept seeing the oil as 'out of stock' on Amazon, and I contacted Customer Service. Within the next few days they told me they will ship the product to Amazon Spain and an estimate of its arrival. Again, super helpful and friendly.
So far, everything has been perfect. Wish them the best!

The products are wonderful; I purchased both the rosemary and batana hair oil with applicator; and they're so hydrating - the applicator is a game-changer too. I also treated myself to a hair brush, and this has got to be the best brush; the flexibility is fantastic; would definitely recommend.
The customer service was great from Prachi, I followed up re) delivery, and they came back in a timely manner.

Very disappointed
I did so much research into the products they offer and decided to try the entire bonding range, I struggle to trust anything promoted so much on social media so this was a very overthought decision. I can’t complain regarding delivery etc. I have been experiencing hair loss, extremely dry hair and hair that just won’t grow, it just snaps off and is just the worst condition of my entire life. I thought I would try fix the hair I had first before trying the growth range. I have been using the products in exactly the way your meant to and I have found my hair is in exactly the same condition as it was before in fact it’s probably drier on the ends. I regularly trim my hair so it’s not split ends. I am loosing so much hair in the shower and when I brush it still. I know it’s not really for hair loss but with the condition of my hair getting worse on top of my already ridiculous hair loss, it’s devastating and I am extremely disappointed. I really had high hopes for this so I won’t be investing in the growth range after this.
