I purchased alot of items from nature spell on their tiktok shop. Unfortunately the shampoo and conditioner ruined my hair :( i moved on to my second set that i had purchased even though my hair was falling out like crazy, in the shower, in my brush and when drying to the point i had contacted my GP. I was advised that it may be the stage of shedding hair, however the amount i was losing was alot more than that. It got to the stage that i felt there were very thin hair areas on my scalp. I have stopped using it and since then my hair fallout has decreased by atleast 50% I wish i had stopped using it earlier but i guess thats my own fault.

I have the stretch mark oil, personally i dont believe this has made ANY difference. I also have the tighten and tone body set, personally i dont think it tightens anything BUT it smells divine :) so i will continue to use it till it has finished.

The lavender pillow spray gives me itchy skin so i have thrown this in the bin.

On a more positive note one of the items that i will always continue to purchase from this company is the rosemary oil. I mix it with coconut and castor oil, leave it on for approx 30mins and give it a wash, believe me this helps.

Some things work for some and some dont, unfortunately only 1 works for me but i am ok with that

Customer service is abysmal, id never recommend this company if it were the only company on earth.

Order number was given to the company upon review and they're stating they cannot find it, they're liars. I have contacted customer service numerous times hence why I called them abysmal.

I placed an order with this company online as the products looked good, However the customer service or who ever is running this company refuses to responded to emails.

I placed my order 5 days ago then i had an email saying my item has been returned to sender without attempting delivery.
checked the delivery updates and they never even tried to deliver my items.

Since then i have sent 6 emails over the last 5 days no one response

Please can you refund my money and get in contact with me asap as this will hopefully get your attention.

I can't find order with that number. I have written to them many times but have not received a reply. Order number is 223988 and Tracking number is DG30801005740. I have the Nature Spell Growth Complex set and I absolutely love it! THE scent is amazing and smells clean. My hair looks and feels great. The hair mask is my favorite! It makes my hair feel super soft. Nature Spell are the only hair products I will be using from now on. I had a question about which products to use and how often and they responded quickly and were super friendly.

Well, I got the shampoo and conditioner and rosemary oil. I’m very sorry to say but this stuff smells horrific like a moldy towel that was left damp in your trunk for months. Yuck!!!!
I’m going to try and return it because for me it’s unusable. It took 4 shampoos with my regular shampoo to get the smell out.
The oil smells fine like you’d expect but the shampoo and conditioner 🤮🤮🤮

I Won giveaway 5weeks ago, I ve been contacted to send ALL details and they haven’t sent the prize #scam I messaged them about the issue they haven’t responded also commented on live but they just simply ignored my comments

Great company. Gets orders sent out quickly and always quality product. Can’t fault them and will continue to order from them.

Terrible customer service
I put an order for 6 shampoos and and conditioners. After a month of sending emails they tell me the order is lost. That's it. No actions to remedy this. I would not reccommend this company. Very dissapointed.

I've just received my parcel I ordered from tiktok shop and its awful so a product pure Glycerine was damaged this has leaked all over the box and other products its really bad its literally everywhere I've been waiting a while for this order to . Now I have to return I haven't got a clue how I'm.going to do this.as there is oil everywhere. I honestly didn't expect this as I was so looking forward to this parcel I'm so disappointed. Why on earth would they think this is good customer care .

Online ordering was easy and delivery good. There was a missing item from the order, however, this was dealt with promptly following an email. No complaints so far.

I've only used the shampoo and conditioner a couple of times but already noticing a difference. The smell is lovely and the price is really good.

Amazing product, my hair has grown alot from it.

I first bought the body cream in a set with the body wash and scrub. I have now ordered the body cream directly from Nature Spell. It arrived very quickly and was well packed. The presentation of the products is great. I’m 74 and I find the body cream is quickly absorbed, as I use it each morning.

Not bad. Packaging was okay but the rosemary oil did not come in its box ( i know they have a box for it). Instead it was wrapped in paper which felt cheap and risky coz the bottle is in glass. It came along two plastic bottles which were in their boxes - all together in a box.
