5 STARS!!! Finally a brand that has delivered!
I was skeptical i bought a bundle 2 oils & some shampoo & conditioner in a sale on tik tok, my hair had been flat, lifeless & was thinning out! I use these weekly & the condition of my hair has improved so much. It’s thicker & it’s growing, finally! I’ve bought more products since & I’ll recommend them to anyone. I really can tell the difference.
I now believe oiling your hair is definitely the way forward to take care of it. The mask is brilliant too.
For reference I’ve been using these products since December! Thank you - finally a brand who delivers on their promise. 5⭐️

I'm completely in love with brand
I'm completely in love with brand.
I now have the growth bundle and the bond bundle and have been oiling my hair for a while now, my hair has grown a few inches now and the condition of it has got soo much better. I now have a new oil mix that I love black caster oil with rosemary oil and pumpkin both of which smell amazing, the black caster oil I so thick and lush 😍. I just wish I found nature spell sooner as I've been paranoid about my hair for years. I also have a flexi flo brush and scalp massager both of which are amazing. I was live one night with the amazing Lucy and she said that a paddle brush is so bad for your hair especially when it's wet, I immediately got the brush and threw my brush out best thing I've done I'm experiencing less fall out it still happens but it's alot less now (I now have a brush in every colour 🤣)

The hair growth complex ( hair mask ) is hard to open especially when you have arthritis in hands. Can the packaging be a lot easier as the products are amazing apart this problem.

I wish I’d listened to the reviews
I wish I’d listened to the reviews, I ordered weeks ago, didn’t receive so reached out and prachi told me she would re send after noticing it wasn’t collected by Royal Mail from their warehouse. Great… until I just received an email from her saying my orders been delivered and she’s closing the thread/complaint. However when trying to track the item it won’t accept my postcode & shows it was delivered in a totally different area to where I live (hours away!) so I’ve now had to open a new complaint to show this. Just a shambles to be honest.

I ordered on tiktok
I ordered on tiktok, I won the giveaway of product's worth £200 they actually had the audacity to ring me on the live to tell me. They said they would contact me that night. Nope nobody has messaged me at all . They do this to get more sales and don't send the giveaways out. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this company. They also did a double up round when they doubled everyone's order, well obviously that's a load of crap too . Avoid this company at all cost . They only want your money.ive obviously been scammed by them. Never again and I'm sending the products back . I suggest you change your approach to customers and come off tiktok as your staff are lying to people on there.

My hair is drier and more fizzy than…
My hair is drier and more fizzy than ever! It says on the bottle that it helps reduce fizz and locks in moisture, but it has made mine worse! I spent a significant amount on the full curl kit, but I cannot continue using it. My hair looks awful. I really wanted success, a positive result, but alas, not in my case.

Really impressed
Bought their sulphate free shampoo and conditioner after thinking sulphate free making a difference was a myth. Definitely not a myth I can 100% feel the difference after the first use😆 my hairs far less waxy and feels much lighter and cleaner.
Well worth the money and will be buying again. A little goes a long way, too! I usually have to use atleast a handful to get any lather of my usual product.

Disappointed with my experience
I was disappointed with my experience after receiving an incomplete order. An oil applicator that was included as part of the Batana & Rosemary Hair Nourishment Set was missing when my parcel arrived.
Thinking this would be an easy issue to resolve, I contacted customer service the same day I received my order. I then waited over a week for a response and had to send a further message before receiving a reply.
When I did hear back, my issue was treated as though the item was damaged rather than missing. I replied to clarify that the applicator was missing, not damaged, and asked again what could be done to resolve this. The response I received was largely the same, stating that no refund or replacement could be offered due to a “lack of evidence” despite there being no back-and-forth to investigate the issue and no request for photos or any other information from me.
I found this frustrating, as it’s unclear how a customer can provide evidence of an item that never arrived. I also found parts of the response condescending, including being told the oil was still usable, which misses the point, I paid for a complete set and didn’t receive all of it.
Despite referencing the company’s own policy regarding missing items, I received no further response. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off ordering again
Update: I was eventually offered a partial refund, which I accepted. However, this was only after repeated follow-ups, and the tone of the responses remained condescending, with continued emphasis on a “lack of evidence” despite no evidence ever being requested. I was also advised to record an unboxing video for any future orders in case of issues, which I found unreasonable and not something most customers would expect to do for a standard online purchase.

Unprofessional behaviour and deeply annoying
I placed a big order (Black Friday) lots of my daughters and I fav products. Few days ago I tracked my order and found out it was being returned as delivery had failed?!! No calling card Royal Mail always leave a calling card. I have a ring doorbell, no order was delivered. I don’t believe it was sent. I messaged and was told as soon as they receive the package I will get a refund!! Why not just send me my package??!! Why should I wait for a refund when the order clearly wasn’t sent!
