I finally received my order after paying an additional $27 to UPS in custom's fees. If that wasn't bad enough, when I opened the box (undamaged) found a deep scratch on the lens. I emailed MR Sunglass and let's see what they will do. I'm not very hopeful from all these bad reviews.

Hola es una estafa total, te dicen primero que esperan al proveedor por que se agoto el producto , espere un mes mas y no lo enviaban , cancele el producto y el pedido y el tal RAMON contesta que esta en proceso , llevo 2 meses , una estafa total no caigan!

Como puse hace dias se trata de una estafa. No envían las gafas alegando rotura de estoc y no devuelven el dinero.
Ahora para devolver el dinero solo dicen "Pasaremos nota a Administración, de nuevo" una y otra vez, semana tras semana. Una estafa en roda regla. Procederemos a poner denuncia.

Excelente surtido de productos y buenos precios.
En mi caso fue una compra internacional y lamentablemente hubo demoras importantes (aproximadamente dos semanas) con respecto a la fecha estimada de entrega real. Quizá estaría bueno ajustar el tiempo estimado a un periodo mas realista.
A pesar del atraso, compraría nuevamente en la tienda.

ich habe eine Modo Brille bestellt, 167€ überwiesen und Brille ist bisher nicht angekommen , die Kommunikation via Internet funktioniert nicht, es handelt sich hier wohl leider um Betrug

Am 18. Januar kam die Brille, viele emails, Drohungen und Einschalten des Herstellers in Milano, aber happy end!!!!

Absoluter Betrug!
Habe sofort die Bestellung storniert, als ich merkte, dass sie nicht aus Deutschland liefern. Bestellung trotzdem durch gestellt und nun bin ich auf den Rücksendekosten 19,49€ sitzen geblieben.

Pedido número #1000096764. Buenas tardes.
Realicé un pedido el día 29 de noviembre de 2024 y lo cancelé horas después ya que no quería finalmente el producto y antes de que se procesara el envio quedara anulado, todo esto realizado mediante el formulario que aparece en la página web ya que no tienen teléfono de contacto, como en otros comentarios, me contestó un tal "Ramón" diciendome que lo pasan al departamento correspondiente, he mandado muchisimos correos solicitando la devolución del importe y a algunos correos contestan dicendome lo mismo y evadiendo el rembolso y a otros correos y formularios enviados directamente ni contestan. Interpondré denuncia en Guardia Civil y en consumo. De momento me deben 201 EURO. En la Política de devoluciones de la web aparece que se puede cancelar antes de que aparezca enviado y debido a mi rápida cancelación por el formulario y al haber sido todo en horas no laborales debería haber sido cancelado y abonado en el acto. En el estado del pedido sigue apareciendo desde el primer momento ”procesando”. En resumen, no compréis a no ser que queráis comprometer vuestro dinero y pasar un mal rato innecesario. En respuesta a vuestra contestación, solicité devolución y continuáis sin devolverme mi dinero.

My boyfriend bought glasses from them and they never sent them or refunded the money. It has passed already 8 months and still trying to get the money back. We have contacted them multiple times via their customer care email and no action after 8 months. Unfortunately nothing you can do but feeling robbed. Avoid buying from them if you don’t want to be in this position.

Mr SUNGLASS sont des voleurs il encaisse l argent n envoie pas les lunettes et ne procède pas au remboursement il vous disent c est en cours et rien ne viens n allez chez eux ce sont des escrocs

Worst experience ever. I paid for 2 sunglasses only 1 arrived and I’ve been waiting for a refund for almost 8 months already. They always say that they pass the information to admin to proceed with the refund but never did it. I would highly recommend to not buy anything from them to avoid issues you have more trustful websites to buy. Do not let them to do to you what they did to me. I already contacted them 9 times via their customer care email and they always say that they pass the information but never refunded the money…

Started to chase it up 18/11/24 as didn't receive it
Ramon gave me copious amount of excuses, so I asked for a refund, to which again he gave me endless excuses saying he had passed on the request to their administration dept.
To date, 17/12/24, no order, no refund !!!
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want to buy any glasses, as they will take your cash, but not send you your order.
I have had to seek legal advice on how to get my money back so the saga goes on !!!!

Hice una compra y me dejé llevar por las opiniones que leí y pensé que me habían estafado pero no sé si fue la cantidad de correos que le envié pero recibe mi pedido muy bien pero incisti y ya la tengo

Forma de proceder poco profesional. Compré unas gafas de sol y por error me equivoqué de modelo. Anulé el pedido de forma inmediata enviando un mail, y a las 24 horas el pedido aparecía como cancelado. Mi sorpresa es que la orden de pago la han ejecutado, les he reclamado la devolución, y después de 10 días, nada. Es mi primera reseña negativa a un comercio online.

Die Brille ist nie angekommen. Ich muss mich jetzt über mein Kreditkartenanbieter melden, da Mr Sunglass mich einfach ignoriert.

Ware Bestellt für 50€. Nie erhalten und PayPal hat auch nicht zurückgezahlt. Somit Geld weg.

Die Firma antwortet nicht auf E-Mails. Ich habe eine Brille bestellt und da ich Monate drauf gewartet habe, dachte ich es ist bei der Bestellung etwas schief gegangen. Also habe ich sie noch mal bestellt In und Kenntnis dessen, dass die erste Bestellung läuft.Ich wusste nicht, dass man so lange darauf warten muss. Ich habe eine E-Mail geschrieben, dass ich diese Brille nicht noch mal brauche, als ich die erste Lieferung bekommen habe und hab gebeten, mir das Geld für die zweite Bestellung zurückzuzahlen und diese Brille nicht mehr zu liefern. leider habe ich nach Monaten am 29. November eine E-Mail bekommen, dass meine zweite Brille unterwegs ist und geliefert wird.
KEINE KOMMUNIKATIONSMÖGLICHKEIT, KEINE BEANTWORTUNG MEINER MAILS. ABER IMMER WIEDER BEKOMME ICH WERBEMAILS VON DER FIRMA. Keine Rückerstattung und eine zweite unerwünschte Lieferung wie am 2. Dezember 2024 mich erreichte!!! Auf meine Mails bekomme ich immer die Antwort, dass innerhalb von 24 Stunden auf diese eine Antwort zu erwarten ist, was natürlich nicht stimmt. Ein chaotischer oder unseriöser Laden, oder beides!
Das läuft schon seit 12. September 2024 bis heute immer noch keine Antwort und kein Geld zurück, ein Skandal!

Hey everyone! Finally, I can leave my own review here after reading all the positive and negative reviews. And I am happy that my experience had a good final.
So, I broke my TOUS eyeglasses and was looking for the same model to just replaces lenses. I have ordered new same eyeglasses in Mr Sunglasses store without reading all these existing reviews. It was about 50$ cheaper for me than my previous eyeglasses of the same model. Here goes my first star to this store.
However, after 12 days (mentioned on the website) I didn't get eyeglasses, decided to read reviews in the internet and I started seriously panicking. I emailed the store and Ramon answered that they experience the delay from suppliers, but that it will not take to much time to finish manufacture process. I felt very nervous as I ordered it being temporary in the US.
About 1 more week I emailed again and Ramon answered that they still are waiting, but that they will send eyeglasses as soon as they receive it. After couple of days I started feeling that I was scammed and decided to ask for canceling my order. However, surprisingly, Mr Sunglasses sent my eyeglasses the same day about 2 hours before my email lol. Here I give the second star for communication experience.
Finally, I just got eyeglasses today and I still have my old original TOUS eyeglasses to compare. Currently, I would say that they are absolutely the same, so I can assume that eyeglasses are not fake. Got it in a pink brand case with papers and in a safe box. Here I give my 3d star and the 4th for my overall experience.
Unfortunately, I cannot give 5 stars because of the delay (it has been almost a month since my order while the website says about 7-12 days), which I can see many people here experienced. But at the same time I feel that I was too suspicious after reading the reviews. I don't want to say that they are not true. Other people might have different experience with this store, but my experience was not too bad at the end of the day.
I would recommend the store to not write that they will deliver eyeglasses in 7-12 days and just be honest from the beginning that every timeline is individual. So, maybe if I was expecting it from the beginning, I could give 5 stars.
To sum up, I would say that if you want the save money first and have time to wait, I would recommend this store. If you want to get eyeglasses fast and save your nerves, I would think twice.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing my glasses frames! Seems Ramon is the only person working at this ‘company’.
The glasses frames I ordered arrived ok but they are faulty……one arm sits way further out than the other and the frames don’t lie flat on a flat surface. Therefore they’re too big and slide off my face. I have e-mailed several times, originally to get a refund and return a faulty pair of frames. To be told each time the frames aren’t faulty, it’s simply a matter of adjusting them to fit my ‘physiognomy’ (presume that means my face / head). Also they won’t accept them back if received after the 14 day return window (which has already expired due to the back and forth e-mails). Funny how I’ve tried the exact same frames on in a store and they fit fine.
I am sure if goods are faulty you are within your rights to return them for a refund even after a very short returns window?
However Ramon refuses to accept there is anything wrong with the frames even after sending pictures.
I have now asked for a detailed explanation of how to adjust the frames to fit as they claim they are expert opticians……..am not holding my breath and am expecting the same vague, ‘not our fault’ response. Fuming as they are still not cheap despite being cheaper than stores.
