Llevo 5 meses reclamando el producto o el pago y no llega ninguno de los 2.
Me temo que voy a tener que denunciarles.

I was looking for a particular model of sunglasses and only place I could find one in stock was Mr. Sunglass store so I went ahead and placed an order. After 10 days, realising I have not received shipping notification, I came to trustpilot and saw so many negative reviews and literally panicked! Immediately sent a mail to Mr. Sunglass Store asking when I could expect the delivery, then, on the following day, I received both notification of shipment and a response from Ramon. Voila, my sunglasses were delivered within four days after that. So, it took me longer than I wished but they did follow up with my enquiry swiftly so after all I can happily give 5 stars. This company might be a little disorganised in terms of process and logistics but in the end, I received what I ordered within an acceptable length of time. So no complaints. To add, the packaging was very secure, which I was also happy with.

Be warned. my Maui Jim sunglasses arrived on time, and I was delighted with them, BUT now find there is no polaroid protection and for protection from sun are useless. Feeling let down.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Their sunglasses are fake! FAKE FAKE FAKE! They take your money and give you some sloppy excuse. Save your money!

Die Staatsanwaltschaft hat bestätigt, dass es sich um Internetbetrug einer kriminellen Organisation handelt.
Ich habe am 23.11.2023 eine Lesebrille bestellt und bis heute nicht erhalten. Eine Anzeige hat eindeutig Betrug ergeben.
The prosecutors Office confirmed fraud from a criminal Organisation. I ordered a Glass November 2023 and still didn’t get one. Don’t waste your Money.

This place is the worst. As you can see from other reviews, their customer service is terrible. They repeatedly claim that they will provide more detailed responses if you contact them via email, but even after leaving multiple emails, all you get are endless responses saying they’ll pass the message on to the manager. The "availability" estimate shown on their website is not accurate. Once you place an order, you’ll have no idea when you’ll actually receive your item. Even items listed as available in "7-12 days" on the website may take months to arrive – if they arrive at all. Once you make a payment, there’s no way to cancel on your own, and although you can request a cancellation through contact, communication is far from smooth. The only response you’ll get is that they’ll “pass the note.” As you’ll see from other reviews, don’t assume you’ll be able to get a refund if there’s an issue. I strongly advise against ordering from this site. It’s the best way to save your time and money.

Update: had to claim the money back from my credit card company as Mr Sunglasses didn’t respond or accept that I hadn’t received the goods.

I wish I’d read the other reviews on this site. 31 days after paying for sunglasses I am still without the goods. RAmón just fobs me off blaming UPS the carrier. No written English despite selling to the UK. It’s disgusting they are with holding my monies without delivering the goods. Do not use. Should not be trading. Note to Mr Sunglass, deliver my sunglasses that I’ve paid for and I’ll consider editing the review. But for now, cowboys, and that’s even generous.

By far the worst experience I have had with an internet store. I ordered sunglasses off their site, it said (7-12 days), After 12 days i contacted them explaining the glasses were a birthday present they said they were waiting from manufacturer and it would be a couple of days. A week later i contacted them and was told the same, I explained that I would have to cancel the order and requested a refund. 3 weeks of constant asking for my refund and getting the same reply from Ramon saying he was passing on the note to the admin team to process. Now 5 weeks after the initial order they have said they have sent the glasses which I no longer want!!! Absolute joke! Now I have to go to my bank to get the refund!

If your willing to wait 2/3 months and save a few hundred then go for it, I was worried that I’d been scammed but trust the processes persol irons arrived today and they r quality!!! Just had to wait

THEY ARE LYING AS WELL AS THEIVES.
STILL NO REFUND AND THEY HAVE STOPPED REPLYING TO MY EMAILS.
I am now trying to get my money back with the help of the Consumer Information Office in Barcelona.

Jamais reçu alors qu'ils ont encaisse le paiement. Depuis 3 moiy cest tout d'abord dans 1 semaine puis on attend le fournisseur et depuis rien . Cette paire de lunettes ils ne l'on pas et ne font rien pour me rembourser malgré peut être 30 mail. On a un certain Ramon qui vous enfumme. Une vraie bande d'enfoires et de voleurs.

At first I wrote: I ordered a pair of glasses for 287 Euro in the beginning of july. They immediately charged my Credit Card. After exchanging several emails, I still have received nothing.

THIS IS A 100% FRAUDULOUS COMPANY

I will have to reclaim my money from the credit card company.

Since I reclaimed my money from the credit card company I got notified a package was on its way to me.

When I opened the package it was clear that tis was not a "New in unopened box item". The glasses are OK , but the package had been opened before and there were some scuff marks on the box where you can keep the glasses when not in use. I decided to keep the glasses because I am sure I would never get my money back.

So my advise remains: never order from this shop. Their goal is to maximize profit by means of as much fraud as possible

Do not engage with this bogus company it is a scam
I have been fortunate enough to get my money back via my credit card company who is now investigating
Do not give your bank details to this fraud company

This is a scam and fraud on the client, nothing more. I hope that karma will show him one day what he did to people. This is all I want to say.

This site is a scam. I bought a pair of glasses, and they said it was in stock. They never sent it, and it’s been almost a month now. I never received the glasses and I’m asking for my money back. They keep saying they’re waiting for it from the manufacturer, but nothing ever arrives. The responses are always generic. This “Ramon” seems fake to me. I don’t recommend this site at all—if I could give 0 stars, I would.

OK, I was worried. It took six weeks but my beautiful Tom Ford Snowdons arrived from Spain yesterday. They cost half the price of buying directly from the website.
I had my doubts but it all came good in the end. I had ordered them on 18th August, didnt really here anything. Chased with an email, told that they were out of stock. This happened a couple more times and then an email sayoing that UPS were bringing them over from Spain. And they did. Brilliant.

Commande de 223.52 euros passée le 19 août 2024, à ce jour, plus d'un mois après, je n'ai toujours pas de commande. 4 messages envoyés, toujours la même réponse, en attente de pièces. J'ai demandé le remboursement mais aucune nouvelle. Site arnaque, à fuire.
