Flocage et dessin des tee-shirts originaux. Mais attention à la qualité du tissu. Ils sont très fins, ne supporte pas trop le lavage et apparition rapide de trous. Dommage car le prix n’est pas non plus très bas. Ce n’est pas de la grande qualité…

Good customer service and the product is great quality

Voor een maatwissel moest ik de retourzending zelf betalen, wat duidelijk op de website vermeld staat, dus daar had ik geen probleem mee. Ik heb het pakket met tracking verstuurd naar het adres in Amsterdam, maar het werd door Wituka nooit opgehaald, waardoor het automatisch naar mij werd teruggestuurd.

Nadat ik dit had gemeld aan de klantendienst, hebben ze het gelukkig goed opgelost. Ik kreeg een kortingscode waarmee ik de juiste maten opnieuw kon bestellen, inclusief gratis verzending, en ik mocht de te grote T-shirts gewoon houden.

Het is jammer dat de retourzending niet correct werd afgehandeld, maar ik waardeer wel dat de klantenservice uiteindelijk een klantvriendelijke oplossing heeft aangeboden.

Les frais de renvoi (min. 10€) sont à la charge du client et Wituka exige que l'on joigne un "delivery note" censé avoir été livré avec les vêtements, mais ce document est absent ...
N'importe quoi

Ich hatte ein T-Shirt bestellt. Erst habe ich eine Mail bekommen, dass die Sendung unterwegs ist. Dann kam plötzlich eine Mail, dass das T-Shirt nicht lieferbar ist. Ich habe anschließend keine Erstattung bekommen, sondern einen Code für ein kostenloses T-Shirt+ Lieferung. Allerdings habe ich erst zu spät gesehen, dass der Code nur einen Monat lang gültig war. Absolut lächerlich. Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass das EU-rechtlich (ist ja ein spanischer shop) auch nicht erlaubt ist, hatte aber dann keine Zeit mich weiter damit zu befassen. Ich werde dort nie wieder etwas bestellen.
Hier die Mail, die ich bekommen habe:

"We’re sorry to inform you that, due to a stock discrepancy, we are unable to dispatch your full order and are obliged to refund the item that was not sent. We apologise for the inconvenience. You will receive a notification regarding the refunded item.

Tuve una incidencia y lejos de ser un problema , ha sido un motivo para volver a comprar. Muy satisfecho

Beautiful t-shirt but terrible quality - after the first wash a hole has been made in the shirt

Me encanta esta marca y sus camisetas. Llevo comprándolas desde hace años y siempre ha sido un acierto.

Además, el servicio de atención al cliente es muy rápido y ofrece una atención excelente.

Avevo già acquistato delle magliette Wituka in un negozio fisico in Spagna e mi ero trovata davvero bene: il cotone è di ottima qualità, le stampe sono molto belle e la vestibilità è comoda. Dopo aver capito che la mia taglia è la S, ho deciso di fare un ordine online di cinque magliette.

Purtroppo una è arrivata danneggiata e un’altra, pur essendo della stessa taglia, vestiva molto più piccola del previsto. Ho contattato il servizio clienti e sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita dalla loro disponibilità e gentilezza. Hanno gestito la situazione con grande professionalità e mi hanno inviato un link per ordinare nuovamente entrambe le magliette, rendendo la procedura semplice e veloce.

Può capitare che ci sia qualche inconveniente, ma ciò che fa la differenza è il modo in cui viene risolto. Per questo motivo continuerò ad acquistare da Wituka e la consiglio volentieri.

Tuve que cambiar la talla de una prenda porque no me quedaba bien y la experiencia fue excelente. Desde el primer momento me atendieron con mucha amabilidad y me dieron todas las facilidades para realizar el cambio de talla de forma rápida y sencilla. El trato al cliente ha sido impecable, siempre atentos y resolviendo mis dudas. Sin duda, una marca muy recomendable tanto por la calidad de su servicio como por la atención que ofrecen. ¡Volveré a comprar!

Ni se os ocurra comprar por web, es una autentica locura.las camisetas,preciosas, todo hay que decirlo,.yo las compro o compraba mejor dicho en tienda(Malaga),Ahora me decidi a comprarpor la web, si compras y no sale bien, prepárate.

Compro 3 camisetas, me llegan dos. Pongo un mail a atención al cliente, responde 3 dias después que mi pedido llegó, que lo disfrute.
Les vuelvo a escribir que que me estan contando,entonces se dan cuenta y me dicen que se les quedo atras una camiseta( en la vida vi yo eso,pero bueno) les digo que quiero devolver las que tengo,pero claro yo solo tengo 3. No me importa coger otros modelos ya que estos no me sirven, me ofrezco a devolverlo yo(todo esto por mail con Noelia) me dicen que para que sea más rapido(llevamos ya una semana con el tema) me mandan ellos una empresa a recoger, que diga franja horaria y dia.
No me convence pq ya sabemos todos lo que pasa con estas recogidas. Le digo que vale,a ver si acabamos ya con ésto, que el lunes de 9 a 1(que ya es bastante,creo yo para recoger en una ciudad que tiene 150mil habitantes, pues son la 13.25 y aqui no llego ni perry.
Otro email a ver que pasa a ....os seguiré contando.

Son una autencica vergüenza de atención al cliente. Yo perderé las camisetas pero se va a enterar todo el mundo de lo que me está pasando, que son 38 e pero me siento estafada.

Resultado final: dia sin que nadie venga a recogerlas. Ellos sin cobtestar, asi que solucionado,les he pedido el dinero de la que me deben pq no quiero ninguna y las otras las vendo en Wallapop. Atpc la bicicleta.

¡Todo perfecto! La ropa se nota de calidad. Hubo un pequeño inconveniente con el pedido y lo solucionaron rápido y eficaz. Buena atención al cliente.

I ordered two T-shirts from Wituka from Macedonia. Although the delivery took longer than expected, the products were absolutely worth the wait. The T-shirts were of excellent quality, exactly as described, and fully met my expectations.

What truly impressed me, however, was the way Wituka handled an unusual situation. After receiving my original order, I was later notified of another shipment from Wituka addressed to me. I paid the required customs duties and VAT and, when I opened the package, I found several additional T-shirts that I did not recall ordering.

Because I wanted to make sure that no other customer had been affected by a shipping mistake, I contacted Wituka to inform them of the situation. Their response was prompt, professional, and incredibly generous. They thanked me for my honesty and told me to keep all the additional items as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused.

Mistakes can happen in any business, especially when shipping internationally. What matters is how a company responds, and in my case Wituka demonstrated honesty, professionalism, and genuine appreciation for its customers.

The quality of the products is excellent, and the customer service exceeded my expectations. This experience has left me with a very positive impression of the company, and I would happily order from Wituka again.

Hace mas de una semana que hice mi pedido y en correos aun están esperando a que lo entreguen allí para que comience el envío. He escrito ya dos emails y nadie contesta...a ver que pasa.

The product itself is mid, shirts have cool designs, i'll give them that, but the quality is questionable, the cotton t-shirts are so thin and I'm afraid they won't stand the test of time. As for the customer service, they were not very helpful. I received my package after about 2-3 weeks just to find out that i have an extra fee of 11 euros to pay to the delivery guy. When I asked Wituka customer service what this was for, I waited for 5 working days to get a response, and the response was "Sorry for the delay in my response, your purchase has been delivered, is that correct?". Then waited 5 more working days and yet did not receive a quality explaination. In a nutshell cool design/mid quality/ bad customer support. 2/5

Had an issue twice. Both times there was a quick solution. (Once a new shirt and once an correction of the price).

Prodotti molto originali e carini. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottima. Lavare con attenzione perchè soprattutto il colletto delle T-shirt perchè tende a smollarsi.
Sulla carta i prodotti dovrebbero essere ecosostenibili ma penso in parte visto che a quel prezzo è impossibile che siano super ecosostenibili, infatti il materiale arriva da Bangladesh o Cina e solo la stampa viene fatta in Spagna.
Per quanto riguarda la consegna purtroppo si affidano a TNT/FedEx che non lasciano mai il pacco se non ti trovano in casa (come fa Amazon) e per chi lavora è un po' una rottura... L'assistenza è però super affidabile, dopo aver segnalato che il pacco non arrivava perchè non mi avevano trovato a casa hanno riprogrammato immediatamente la consegna.
Tutto sommato apprezzo sia il prodotto che il servizio.
