Never arrived, no refund, no customer service, disgraceful. This company needs closing down.

Identical experience to Mark Rowe who reviewed a short while ago.

Ordered my Rayban sunglasses on 17th March. Prices were good, and website looks legit. But strongly advise anyone considering buying to do so on credit card so they can make a charge back.

My order has since 17 March been shown as ‘processing’. About a week after my order, I contacted by email to ask when they will be shipped. Was told out of stock and would be a few days. After a few days I emailed again and still nothing, so I asked for a refund. Was told this was with admin on a couple of occasions.

I’ve started a charge-back through my bank.

UPDATE. Absolute nonsense reply from Mr Sunglass that the Ray Ban Meta sunglasses were a ‘special product’. They are commonly stocked everywhere and I would expect Ray Ban increases production ahead of the spring/ summer season.

I ordered some glasses 1 month ago. After chasing I was told they were out of stock and there was no idea of lead time. I ordered from another supplier and had them in 3 days. I have requested a refund and keep getting told that my request is with Admin. I would avoid them as they do not seem at all interested in doing the right thing when they are unable to fulfill an order. I am now having to take legal action.

Comment une entreprise peut-elle avoir 45% de 1* et 47% de 5*, et rien entre les deux !!!
Et bien c'est très simple, les 5* sont des faux avis, tous écrits sur le même format avec un nom et un prénom (pas de pseudo ou de prénom seul), des profils à un seul avis (ben forcement, le profil n'a été créé que pour ça !!) et rédigés par ChatGPT (pas de fautes de frappe...).
Regardez maintenant les commentaires 1* : ils sont beaucoup plus authentiques et sentent le vécu d'une expérience d'achat désastreuse bien détaillé.
ils inondent le site TrustPilot de faux avis, plus d'une centaine en quelques jours :
- Nombre d'avis 4 et 5 étoiles en avril : 122
- Nombre d'avis 4 et 5 étoiles en mars : 2
- Nombre d'avis 4 et 5 étoiles en février : 1
- Nombre d'avis 4 et 5 étoiles en janvier : 4
Cela pour noyer les avis réels catastrophiques des nombreux clients qui ne reçoivent ni lunette ni remboursement depuis des mois plus loin dans le classement...
Ces gens sont des escrocs professionnels !!!

Ich habe eine Sonnenbrille bestellt – bekommen habe ich: nichts. Trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung wird die Ware einfach nicht geliefert. Statt einer ehrlichen Antwort oder Lösung kommt nur leeres Gerede und Standardfloskeln vom Kundenservice. Eine Rückerstattung wird konsequent ignoriert.

Das wirkt für mich schon fast betrügerisch. Kundenservice ist hier ein Fremdwort, und auf Transparenz oder Fairness wird offenbar überhaupt kein Wert gelegt.
Diese Firma ist absolut nicht empfehlenswert – ich kann nur dringend abraten, hier zu bestellen.

Terrible communications, delays in delivery, chat function inoperable, contemplating raising claim through credit card. Treat with caution or avoid.

J’ai acheté des lunettes de soleil chez Mr Sunglass et j’ai beaucoup aimé l’expérience. Le site est clair et les options sont super, mais la livraison a pris un peu plus de temps que prévu. Les lunettes sont de bonne qualité, élégantes et solides. Le service client a été réactif quand j’ai posé une question. 4 étoiles, car c’était presque parfait !

Compré unas gafas de sol en Mr Sunglass y estoy encantada. La página web es fácil de usar, tienen una variedad increíble y mi pedido llegó rapidísimo. La calidad es excelente, muy elegantes y resistentes. El servicio al cliente fue muy atento con mi consulta. ¡Lo recomiendo totalmente!

I never received my return from December 2024, I wrote emails and I only received same answer all over agin that is in the process.

Frankly despite the odd review being positive, this company is fraudulent. They shouldn’t have a licence to operate in the UK. They fob you off with garbage. Simply contact your bank to chargeback as goods not received & you will receive your money back 👍

I ordered glasses from this website 3 years ago, and after two weeks I did receive the pair. Because of that, I ordered a new pair in January 2025 - till now, March 2025, I have not received the glasses, and I have exchanged emails with « Ramon » once a week. He keeps on telling me that he is speeding up the process for a refund, but of course, I have yet to receive a refund… I am going to start more official procedures to get back my money but I have little hope - I will never order again from this website - 100 percent scam.

It took 19 days for my sunglasses to arrive. Ramon responded to my emails promptly, explaining that they were on back order from his supplier. They were a good deal cheaper than any I could find in the UK and I would order from him again but I would expect to wait.

Avoid !!!! 3 months since the order. They stopped replying to my e mails. No refund and no product

I ordered a glasses frame and sunglass attachment Janurary 31st. Things seemed to take a while they I got a FedEx notification and tracking number on the 25th February. But it seems the courier has lost the package. I did dispute with FedEx but they are not very helpful. I have now left it in the hands of my bank. This site does seem too good to be true unfortunately.

Absolute scam. I never received my goods. Emails from the customer service that a refund is on its way but nothing is coming up! I am now suing them with my credit card company.

Won't buy from there again. Their returns policy is a joke.

Fraud Alert I can also relate here to what I’ve experienced with a person of contact named Ramon, ordered glasses 6 weeks ago and I keep getting told they are in the way, they respond pretty swiftly but I think that’s because they are trying to let enough time pass in order to keep the money, I already moved forward reporting fraud with my card company and they took reports for the proper authorities to investigate further, stay away !

Cuidado. Es una verdadera estafa. No recibiréis el producto nunca. El tal Ramón es un estafador y el número de bizum sectarismo. No caigáis como que leí demasiado tarde los comentarios
