Never got my sunglssses or my money back

ich habe am 1.2.25 eine Brille bestellt. Sie ist bis heute, 18.5.25 nicht geliefert worden. Ich habe um Rückgabe des Kaufpreises gebeten, es wurde einfach ignoriert. Ich habe nach 2 Monaten mit Strafanzeige gedroht, es wurde ignoriert, ich habe nach drei Monaten eine letzte freundliche Mail mit der Bitte um Lieferung oder Geldrückgabe geschickt, es wurde ignoriert. Nun werde ich tatsächlich Strafanzeige wegen Betrugsverdachts erstatten. Ich kann jedem und jeder nur eindringlich abraten, dort etwas zu kaufen. Absolut unseriös Finder weg von diesem Anbieter

Avoid at All Costs – Dishonest and Deceptive
Do not touch this company with a barge pole. I returned a pair of glasses to Mr Sunglasses (also known as Mr Optics) within 4 days—well within their clearly stated 14-day return policy. According to their terms and conditions, I was entitled to a full refund.
However, despite multiple efforts by the courier to deliver the return, this shady business refused to accept the parcel from Day 4 through Day 14. Only after the 14-day period had expired did they conveniently claim I was no longer eligible for a refund. How convenient.
I’ve wasted £30 on postage for a return they deliberately dodged. This isn’t just poor service—it’s deliberate avoidance and highly dishonest behavior.
It’s clear from other reviews I’ve now seen that this is a pattern. With more negative feedback piling up, I expect they’ll soon reinvent themselves under yet another name. But the giveaway? The same shady 14-day return policy they never intend to honour.
Buyer beware. If you value your money

I placed an order with MR Sunglass over eight weeks ago and paid in full. To this day, I have not received the product nor my money back. Despite multiple emails and polite follow-ups, all I have been told is that the refund is "being processed" — yet nothing actually happens.

The company continues to delay and deflect, offering no concrete resolution or timeline. This is completely unacceptable and falls far below basic standards of customer service. It feels like I’m being ignored and misled.

I’ve now been forced to consider further action through my payment provider and consumer protection authorities. I will not stop until I receive what I am legally owed.

If you're thinking of ordering from this company, I strongly advise caution — and recommend looking elsewhere.

I ordered a pair of glasses in December 2024, it said 14 days until delivery. It is now May 2025 and I finally have been sent a voucher to use on the website as they refused / couldn't give me a refund. I am just gone to place a new order and I can't use the voucher unless I spend even more money. Hundreds of pounds wasted and do not be fooled by them, they have 400 styles of Prada glasses but only 2 in stock. Anything you order that says 7-14 days delivery they have to get from the supplier, and they don't so you then can't get a refund or the glasses.

Ich habe Mitte März eine Sonnenbrille bestellt und nichts bekommen; keine Brille, bis jetzt auch nicht mein Geld zurück. Ich sehe auch hier ähnliche Erfahrungen, mit ähnlichen Erklärungen, die mir gegeben worden sind.
Konsumentenschutzsache.

DO NOT order from this store. I purchased sunglasses on the 10th March for £175.00. I chased the order after 10 days and was told the suppliers were just finishing production and they should be sent within days. I have still not received them. I chased the order for 5 weeks and then asked for a refund. I have now been chasing my refund for 3 weeks! I have asked numerous times for a copy of their complaints procedure but not received it. Sometimes the email replies from Ramon are in another language! I will now be issuing a claim to the County Court.

Don’t buy from here. I’ve been waiting over a month for my glasses, no reply to emails and I’ve had to make a charge back through my bank. Total scam please be warned!!!

On January 21, 2025, I placed order. However, to this day, I have neither received the order nor a refund.

DO NOT order from this website, I’ve been waiting 2 months for my order and at the start when I asked where my order was they said they’re waiting for things from another supplier to finish the sun glasses. So recently I’ve been emailing them for a refund and had no reply.

I purchased my wife a pair of prada sunglasses for €250.18 on the 18th March 2025 for her birthday. No where did the website say they had no stock and the glasses needed to be manufactured, until I asked 1 week later why I had not received shipping information!!!
It has now been 6 weeks!! Still no sunglasses or refund that I have asked for multiple times. All I get is automated reply emails:
“Hello. I will forward your request to the administration area”
“Hello . I pass note to them in order to speed up the process. A greeting, RAmón”.
4 weeks ago Ramón told me the sunglasses were expected in a few days, but still nothing.
I am convinced “MrSunglass” is a scam website setup to steal your money.
I am now working out legal action against MrSunglass.
My advice to anyone thinking about buying from this company… “DON’T”!!!
And reading so many negative reviews, I wish I saw them first. I will never buy from this company again, and I will make sure no one I know ever does either.

Avoid This Store – Never Received My Order

I ordered a pair of Off-White Manchester sunglasses from Mr. Sunglasses for over €170, and I never received the product. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service via email, I’ve received no response whatsoever.

It’s been weeks with no update, no tracking, and absolutely no communication. At this point, it feels like I’ve been scammed.

I strongly caution anyone considering a purchase from this site — do not order from Mr. Sunglasses. Based on my experience, they are completely unreliable and unresponsive.

Never buy anything in this scam shop! Don’t believe in good reviews! It’s all fake!
I placed an order in November last year, the glasses arrived a week later, but the frames were crooked, and, following all the rules and deadlines, I issued a return. The glasses were received by Mr. Ramon intime, he confirmed my return, and since then there has been no reimbursement , every time I write to them by email, they send me a template: “Hello . I forward your request to the administration area, although it has already been notified on several occasions”
I thinking I have to contact my lawyer to will file a complaint with DGCCRF

Scam Website - Took advantage of an elderly and vulnerable relative. Lied consistently and are 100% fraudulent.

I have reported them to the NCSC and Google, requesting that they be removed from Google Merchant Centre and that their site no longer be indexed.

Do not buy from this company!

Commandé en 2022, après plusieurs courriels, toujours pas reçu ma commande/ni remboursement. Je me doute bien que jamais je ne recevrai rien alors j’espère vous épargner de perdre votre argent.
