C'est honteux !

Retour effectué à mes frais, réception confirmée depuis le 27 décembre 2024. Depuis, aucun remboursement, malgré plus de 120 mails, une centaine de messages sur Instagram, et la saisie du Centre Européen des Consommateurs, à laquelle ils ne répondent pas non plus.

Face à leur silence, j’ai engagé un dépôt de plainte et je suis en cours de procédure via la plateforme européenne de règlement des petits litiges.

Service client inexistant, attitude scandaleuse, et pratiques commerciales inacceptables. À fuir absolument.

Ordered in April, payment was taken immediately and almost 3months later I'm waiting for my sunglasses! They've not responded to my last 2 emails now and now looking reviews there appears to be many in the same situation. I will be going to my bank to claim a refund! Complete Scam!!

I've ordered from them three times. First time, got my sunglasses and it worked great. Second and third times, no such luck. Last year I ordered sunglasses, they took payment and never delivered, giving excuses about waiting for the manufacturer. I asked for refund, they said they had switched payment platforms and couldn't refund but gave me a credit. I applied the credit to a new order and paid a bit more, and had the same experience. After I told them I didn't believe they had switched payment platforms since they told me that earlier, they removed the orders from my orders page and stopped responding to emails.

Exact same experience as others:

Shopping experience is honestly the worst in over 20 years of online shopping. Never experienced anything like it.

This store does not comply with either Spanish or European law. They require returns (yes, I had part of my order actually delivered!) to be sent back within a 14 day timeframe. This is not in accorance with actual laws. There is a 14 day timeframe to notify the seller you'd wish to return the order. Then there's a 14 day timeframe to actually get the return back to the seller.

As a cherry on top: the said timeframe of 14 days will actually start once the last item of the order has arrived at the customer. This has never happened; I received 4 of the 5 frames I ordered. The 5th has never even been sent.

I've thoroughly explained this to the seller, but they're unwilling to comply. As a result, my return parcel has not been accepted and has been stuck in transit for weeks now.

I'm currently in the process of taking legal action.

Avoid at all cost.

This company is a scam. I have had the same experience as other reviews. Ordered the sunglasses that displayed as "in stock", waited 6 weeks with no sign of any sunglasses and eventually had to use my bank to reverse the transaction.

Me ha ocurrido exactamente lo mismo que a muchas otras personas que veo aquí en comentarios. Me siento completamente estafada.

Hice un pedido de unas gafas a principios de abril y, a día de hoy, no solo no las he recibido, sino que ni siquiera aparecen como enviadas.

He solicitado la devolución del importe en cinco ocasiones, y siempre recibo la misma respuesta: que trasladan el mensaje a otro departamento. Nunca hay una solución concreta ni avances reales.

Si este mensaje puede ayudar a alguien antes de comprar: no lo hagáis. No solo no envían el producto, sino que tampoco devuelven el dinero, ni siquiera después de más de dos meses. Solo repiten que "el trámite lleva su tiempo".
Para la gente que no ha recibido su dinero, denunciad, es la única manera de que al menos no sigan estafando a más gente.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered glasses on the 31st April with a 12 day delivery time. After multiple false messages telling me they were being made at the factory they then tell me they are not available now from Tom Ford. They are still on the site for sale so this is obviously a SCAM. Still waiting for a refund but I keep getting the same message that it is being processed. Have now instructed my bank to claim the money back. Worst experience ever!!!

No se merecen ni una estrella, no compren son unos estafadores se quedan el dinero y no envían las gafas, yo tengo dos denuncias puestas en la ocu en el consumidor y en el cuartel de la guardia civil, me deben 240 € desde el 8/1/2025, y en el email siempre responden lo mismo un tal ramon que pasará nota al departamento correspondiente para agilizarlo, da ganas de presentarse en la dirección que tienen puesta en la web y ir allí a dejarles un recadito bueno para que no sigan estafando así a la gente.

Site arnaque. Commande passée début février, prélevé à la commande, et toujours rien reçu, ni remboursé malgré mes multiples relances. Ma commande a même disparue de mon compte. En gros, si votre produit à la chance d'être en stock (impossible de le savoir), et que vous en êtes satisfait, aucun problème. Mais si le produit n'est pas en stock, ou si vous procédez à un retour, vous n'aurez aucun chance d'être remboursé. Peu importe vos relances. Mr. Ramon ne vous répondra plus...

I ordered a pair of sunglasses and asked for a refund before they shipped. This was because it became clear the delivery window I was promised (I'd even emailed to check) was not going to be upheld.
Now, 78 days later, I'm no closer to getting my money back. They're just keeping my £200. I've gone back and forth with their customer support representative, Ramon, and there's just been no movement. I would recommend avoiding them at all costs. I don't want to shout scam, but that's what it feels like. I've not received anything from them and yet my money is still being held by them.

They're based in Catalonia, so I will be contacting the Generalitat of Catalonia consumer protection services in order to try to get my money back.

Edit: I've contacted my bank to issue a chargeback.

Ich habe Anfang März eine Sonnenbrille bestellt und bezahlt. Bis heute habe ich anstatt der Ware nur Entschuldigungen erhalten.
Ich fühle mich betrogen!

I put zero stars but I can't. Never received product. Requested refund never received. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

No se merecen ni una estrella, lamentablemente es que como muchos clientes me ah tocado batallar, hice mi compra desde el 14 de febrero del 2025, hoy estamos a 28 de mayo, pague más de 5000 pesos mexicanos y aun no mandan ni mis lentes o mi dinero, ya que se les ha solicitado hagan la devolución de uno o de otro en su defecto, pero según Ramón envia mi información a un departamento y así se la han pasado, llevo más de 80 correos compartidos con ellos, hice denuncias con las instancias pertinentes y aun así sigo esperando, pésima tienda, solo estafan y no dan respuestas coherentes ya que según cuando hice el pedido tenían y aparecían en stock los lentes, justo hago la compra y salen con el mismo pretexto absurdo que les dicen a todos los que estafan, que ellos no son responsables de los tiempos de fabricación... o sea como? Si se suponía tenían stock... pésimos, no compren!!! Solo perderán su dinero.

Returned my sunglasses.. Now the tracking website says they are not open to accept. Therefore, they need to collect from them. Emailed few times but they do not really bother to sort this out. I am afraid now about my refund after seeing so many negative reviews about refund as they won’t collect till 14th day and then wouldn’t refund.

c'est du vol et une arnaque - j'ai renvoyé les lunettes il y a plus de 6 semaines et je n'ai pas été remboursée - je n'ai plus aucune réponse de leur part - à fuir

Want to share my BAD and Terrible ongoing experience dealing with Mr Sunglass Store. To stop other honest people buying from them. Order placed 29 Mar 2025, paid AUD$247.36 . 8 weeks now and still NO sunglasses, No Refund offered. Have sent several emails, only to be responded to by "Ramon" using delaying tactics as stated by other reviewers (with similar negative experiences) here, including "item is at last stage of manufacturing process../ I pass note to them ..to speed up process../ I've already resubmitted your request" etc.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! It does not take more than 2-3 days to determine out of stock items and process refund to customer, especially when they cannot supply the item.
AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY!!
I will now have to investigate other means with local authorities and my Bank to get my money back.
If I had done my research and read all the negative reviews earlier, I would not have bought from them.
