zero stars if it was possible. Left a package in my shop doorway on a busy main road just after midnight on a Sunday night....Needless to say it was not there Monday morning . This mob is a joke

ZERO STARS! They DIDN'T PUT HOUSE NUMBER on parcel address - I discovered this by researching. Tried to deliver 2x? Received email stating parcel was Delivered on 3/12/2025, however, PHOTOS were of WRONG HOUSE!? Went to check that house, not our details on that parcel. Still waiting since 29/11/2025. I emailed customer service - still no response. Admin problem or perhaps "LOST?" Mmmm?

Left my parcel on the mail box. Someone stole it in the 2 hours I was out. Company can't do anything about it since it's marked as delivered. Ridiculous.

Have ordered items from 3 seperate companies overseas. All 3 have NOT arrived.
I have been given the Tracking Number which I found out later they are a HOAX. This company does not exist and boasts they work with Aust Post & Toll Logistics. This is NOT true. The 'scammers' are in New York and have NO way of contacting them.

WARNING: do not use this 'company' of individual scum.

When ordering from overseas make sure yo advise the supplier you will omly accept your parcel VIA Aust Post. Micro Express DO NOT EXIST.

Zero Stars. No phone number, contact them page doesn't work, don't respond to emails. Attempted to deliver to a business at 11am on a Sunday and then took back to warehouse. Emailed them asking them to deliver during business hours (to a business) but they decided that leaving a parcel out the front of an office building on a main road at 11.30pm night was satisfactory. Just pure luck that it wasn't stolen. Had I have known that the place I was purchasing from was going to use such a dodgy courier, I wouldn't have bothered ordering in the first place.

Attempted delivery when we were home but nothing actually attempted. If I could give zero stars I would, email doesn’t work and someone rang me back on the mobile number provided by the company who sent the product who told me I must have the wrong number. Update: I eventually recieved my product after asking for a refund from the seller who must have given them an earful. Either way businesses be wary of using this courier as it gives you a bad name.

Package left in a completely exposed and unsafe location. It was stolen very quickly, before I could return from the country (1 hour away) and collect it.

Additional - I will now amend this to 4 stars, as the courier was very confused, and ended up at a business upstairs. The lovely receptionist escorted him downstairs, made him take a picture, then secured the package and gave it to me this morning. Thankyou Leanne!

I declined a package which courier marked as safely delivered. We have video evidence that the courier took the package. language: I suggest anybody that dels with this company send them a strong message if they have the same issue.
This is a formal complaint regarding fraudulent tracking. The item was not accepted by me and has been incorrectly marked as delivered. The parcel is missing and this constitutes misappropriation of goods.

Pros:My parcel was left behind a column on my porch, not in view of people from the street. Cons: No bell ringing.
Overall it was a good experience. Hope they keep up the good work.

A couple of months ago a Microexpress courier delivered a package to my business doorstep just after 1:30AM , yes in the middle of the night. My business door opens up to the footpath and the package was left on the doorstep just centimetres from the footpath for the next 7 hours until I opened in the morning to find that someone had opened the package and threw the contents down. I complained to Microexpress who assured me that they'll address it with their courier. Then another package got delivered after hours last night and the courier taped the package to the front door of my business, completely exposed to everyone walking by for the next 14 hours. The sender received notice of delivery not the recipient. I was home at the time and fortunately for the person , I did not see my item thrown onto the ground, when it would have fitted in the postal box.
I made a complaint, but that went unanswered, PLEASE READ THE FEEDBACK and STAY CLEAR!

absolutely disgusting. couldn't even bother to come into the building. left my parcel on top of our water tank!!!!

Marco express is a scam. I believe I have been waiting weeks for my parcel and then finally received a message yesterday saying that they came, but nobody was home which is a crock of bullshit. I was at home the whole day. Nobody came to my door and I managed to find a mobile phone number where I called the Asian man And all he could say was maybe I’ll get it this week. Maybe I’ll get it next week if he was in front of me I would’ve punched the fcuk out of him and pull it out of his ass. Trust me anyone did not accept deliveries from these people there shady deceitful and don’t give a f..k about you.

My parcel were dropped behind my fence in view and in reach to anyone who wanted to steal them.
I live in a complex of 4 town houses our drive way is long but easily accessible.
Those using these people for their deliveries need to realise this reflects on them also.

If l could give this delivery service a negative rating l would never received my delivery the only thing l got was a picture where it was delivered but it wasn’t my street and had no idea where it was delivered to l have no package and no refund would never ever buy anything from any company that uses this service and experience lesson. My package said it was on board for delivery 9 days later I get the same update and still have not received my package there's no number to call them they don't reply to emails wtf these kents need to get shut down

I'm very disappointed with micro express here in South Australia I had a a young man deliver my package from Holden Hill today. which I saw him out the front so I was going to greet him at the door before I got out the door he ditched my package on the ground in front of my eyes... literally threw it at the ground and took off. Very disappointed and they have no contact details with the company to file a complaint. Grr

Did not receive my parcel. Microexpress sent a photo of my parcel in a vehicle and then used google images to take a photo of my house. They claim this was proof of delivery. Absolute scam. Steer away from purchasing and goods that use them.

I have my parcel deliver to my business address and the company attempted to deliver after business hours. And now it's nearly a week since they failed to deliver. No update, no reply (after email them).
Now I don't know when I will get my parcel.
