I've been using the mchose a5 v2 ultra mouse for almost a year and it's been performing great the whole time. About a month ago, I had a problem with the dongle, namely, the mouse would sometimes lose connection with the dongle and completely freeze for a short time. For about two weeks, I tried to fix it myself. I found out that the firmware was outdated, but I couldn't update it because the mouse must be connected via a wire and the dongle must be inserted into the PC. However, the hub didn't recognize the dongle, and therefore, updating the mouse was impossible. I tried all the methods and was already planning to open the mouse and manually convert it to wired by purchasing a separate lightweight cable. However, before that, I wrote to support, not even expecting to receive an answer, but fortunately, a few hours later I received a letter from support that contained several files specifically for my mouse model, and in 10 minutes I fixed everything following the instructions =)

I have been using these headphones for some time now and I am completely satisfied with the purchase. The sound is clear, the bass is deep, but not overwhelming. The noise reduction works well. They sit comfortably, and even after several hours of use, the ears do not get tired. The battery lasts a very long time, they charge quickly. The connection is stable, without delays. For your money — top.

your ax5 pro max is absolute garbage i was playing just minding my buisness then i got to watch a vid and all of a sudden you shit mouse is double clicking and scrolling and all that shit. i tried to fix but nothing can fix that. i didnt smash it or destroy it before hand but its just shit. it was at 2 bar battery when it started.

Bought MCHOSE V9 Pro Headphones, really great for their price especially with the competitors costing 140$+, I paid 66$ (with delivery) for these. Great packaging, delivery tracking a bit inaccurate but posed no issue ^_^

MChose mouse was very light weight and easy to use. The included dongle compartment was a nice touch for travelling.

The buttons all feel nice and has a satisfying feel and sound when pressed.

My only downside is with the software as I was unable to update my mouse dongles firmware/drivers. Encountered an issue where my games are not registering the mouse 1 button being held down. Could not spray in FPS games.

Emailed the support team and they responded pretty quick with a link to update my drivers and fixed the issue. 4 stars because I couldn't update the drivers myself and had to email the support team.

Other than that, the mouse is very good for the price.

The support answered quickly and was able to help me with my Problem. The products are also good and not to expensive

Mchose has the best budget keyboards you can find. The feeling is so premium i got a JET75 and showing it to my friends all said this was above 150€, none could tell this was a budget keyboard. Great overall quality, great switches, great customer service, my keyboard got stuck and they helped me unlocking my package and assisted me on how to get it fast.
The only bad thing I could find was the software which is a little bit unclear with tons of options to change but many menus are written in chinese. Please add a full english version of the software because it's the only thing missing. The fact that the software is online is very good but i tried downloading the drivers but it popped up chinese phrases so i stopped immediatly.
This keyboard has A LOT of potential to be a killer product, it just needs some software updates but I'm sure they will fix in the future.

Delivery was on time the product in perfect condition, customer support really responsive, overall amazing experience thank you!

High quality mouse that was in an amazing cyber green. Really pops and looks great. Build quality is great with a rubber coating and clicks are crisp and tactile. Would purchase again.

Only downside was shipping took a while for me ~20 days but it was also December so maybe slowed down from holidays.

I bought the keyboard k99 v2 and I’m in love with it! It has a good heavy weight to it and the sound is amazing right out of the box!
Also the customer service is very patient. I thought my package was lost, but long story long I got it, and during that stressful time, customer support tried to help me. Anyways, the keyboard is great, buy without fear! Quality is there!
