Mouse unusable - Support intentionally wasted time until warranty expired
Ordered the ATK X1 Mouse.

Fine, no worries, I'll buy a replacement.
No - There are no replacements on their website.
Okay, I'll contact their support and ask for advise / replacement cable.
2 weeks to respond saying I can purchase a RGB headphone stand off their website... ? Which has nothing to do with my problem.
After 4 more weeks of back and forth with useless support who won't follow up unless you ask them for a respnonse, just trying to just get a replacement cable for my mouse which has not worked for over a month now, I eventually buy a new mouse.
Because they spent so long ignoring emails, I am beyond their warranty, so they refuse to do anything.
There's a reason their products are cheap knockoffs, they expect them to fail and for the support to be so bad you will give up - BEWARE.

I ordered two ATK RS7 eSports Hall Effect Keyboards (March 18, 2026). I paid for the order and waited for a shipping notification, which never arrived for almost three weeks (delivery was supposed to take 3-18 business days). I contacted support to find out what was wrong with my order, and they replied, "We have checked and found that an additional difference of $22 is required. If you confirm, we will adjust the price for you and then arrange shipment."

Not sure that I’m ever getting my order
I backed one of their products on kickstarter, the yogo 75 pro keyboard. In the description, they said that they would begin shipping in late January. It’s now April 8, I have recieved no shipping info even though they stated in their latest update (3 weeks ago now) that US backers have all gotten shipping info. I reached out to inquire but I have gotten no response. Based on comments on the kickstarter, I am not alone. Meanwhile they are fulfilling orders on their web store, and influencers have had the product in hand for months. This is the first and last time I will buy from them, and I’m not holding my breath on ever receiving my order.

Bought the atk f1 v2 ultimate and it is awesome, the sensor is good and the weight feels like air, clicks or hollow but the click are damn fast. Love it, definetely the best decision I made

Again an update from January and last week.
As i reviewed before. Atk is full scam. They send broken product, did Not refund, did Not replace. On top of that they initiated a second payment for the same amount from my Credit card when i never ordered anything.
I spoke with them for months now, Provided every evidence they asked for MULTIPLE Times : still same copy paste and no answer/ help. and dont get blinded by their replies Here. I again send them a Mail, as previous no answer.
Your payments are not safe on atk. Your data is not safe on atk. They will take your money and will not even answer you anymore.
I need to get my money back with authorities and lawyers. Its annoying, so be smarter and dont buy atk.

Mon clavier ne fonctionne plus au bout d’1 an, des touches sont enclenchées toutes seules, sans aucune pression. Je demande alors de faire fonctionner la garantie de 2 ans, ils trouvent des contournements pour laisser traîner l’affaire et faire dépasser la garantie, cela fait 2 mois que j’essaye de contacter le support. Leur qualité est médiocre, leur support est très peu efficace et très lent ! A FUIR VRAIMENT À FUIR !!!!

So far I have bought 3 products with ATK gaming. The most recent product I bought was the ATK Blazing Sky F1 V2 ultimate in Pearl blue. The mouse performs amazing, feels super light, and looks absolutely beautiful in the blue color. Before I had a R1 pro, which did its' job and is also an awesome product. I am very happy with both mouses, but this one will last me a long time in FPS games.
I'd also like to add that I ordered this mouse at the end of the Chinese New Year Sale on the 26th and my mouse came in on the 4th of March so only a 6 day wait, which is insane considering I live in the United States. I will be buying ATK products again, and I highly recommend them! They sell only high quality products.
Horríble customer service and scam
I bought a product with them and after i while they sent me an email saying the item is out of stock. I told them that i could wait until the is Back in stock and then they can send the item. A few days later they sent me another email saying the item is discontinued and if i want to switch to another item or get a refund. I told them i want to replace for another item and how do i do it. Its been 5 days and i havent got a response. I ve sent a lot of emails and even try to call them still no response. No customer service. If they end up responding to this my order was Order #ATKGR37568
