Acustica 9/10: esta muy bien pero hay teclados que por un precio similar suena ligeramente mejor, el Wooting 60hev2 por ejemplo.
Estetica 10/10: simplemente brutal, estetico, elegante y las fibras de carbono tocan mi punto debil.
Rendimiento 10/10: no le tiene que envidiar nada a otros teclados, la app web funciona muy bien (aunque algunas funciones estan muy escondidas, pero estan).

The Customer Service was great, they answered all my questions. I ordered a Made68 Ultra+ which is super high quality and beautiful. The delivery time was only 1 day. Amazing!

Took a bit of time for my package to arrive to Romania, which is normal, but the tracking info was great.

The Made 68 ultra is a great keyboard. I am enjoying it very much. Besides looking gorgeous, the feel of it in games is amazing.

Requested refund immediately after purchase, within minutes and still sent me the product with no refund.

Reached out to me after submitting a review, couldn't supply a full refund. Asked if I could do a partial refund even though I can't use the items but at least saved me having to send it. Still lost money on something I can't use.

Even after having my keyboard for multiple years(and still happy with it), I still got great support! 10/10 would recommend buying again for the support alone. Discord support is very good and fast.

There was an issue with the warehouse and I got a cheap keyboard that was not Melgeek. Let customer support know and in a few days I got the keyboard I ordered. Very happy with the product. The warehouse issue was very odd and annoying but customer service was very helpful

I ordered a keyboard but found out, that it doesnt have german layout afterwards. They proceeded with the refund in a timely manner and were very responsive via email.

Also, the keyboard itself was great - was sad I couldn't keep it. Thats maybe the only recommended change: please get keyboards with german layout, too! Would buy it immediately again

My mouse recently died so I was looking for a replacement. Found out that MelGeek released their first mouse. I really liked the receiver style and the shape of the mouse so I ordered one. I heard about MelGeek before because of their really good keyboards so I was glad that their first mouse is also a top quality product.
My impressions so far are excellent. Mouse is light and suitable for all grip types. Components inside are all top of the line and the mouse is a joy to use.
Web software is really nicely organized and easy to use. More companies should learn a bit or two about this.

I love my melgeek cen 80. The thocky sound is sick for a prebuilt keyboard.
I recently came across few issues with the keyboard.
So I emailed MelGeek support. I have to say they absolutely smashed it. They replied me even tho they was in the CNY season. They even send me couple extra switches to replace if it needed. Even those my keyboards was fine.
100% will buy from them again.

First and foremost, the customer service team was very helpful and pleasant to speak to. They were patient when I asked the same questions and speedy in transaction.

The product I purchased was their Centauri 80 HE Gaming Keyboard and it did not disappoint. Keystrokes are buttery smooth and sound like soft raindrops. The lighting effect is gorgeous and the case dense and sturdy. Then the OLED screen steals the show because the graphics are clean and it's also a touchscreen display. It was worth every bang for my buck.

Another bonus was the packaging. You can really tell that MelGeek put a lot of thought into each layer and component of what went into the box and how they packaged it.

I would gladly purchase another MelGeek product in the future.

Box came in banged up and the keyboard was defective. After some time, they made it right by sending me a replacement along with a refund if that replacement didn’t satisfy my needs. Thank you for the help.

Immediately helped me fix my problem, them taking the time to call my own shipper is already more than most people will do for a customer. The fact the problem still happened however IS an issue, but im lead to believe it was FedEx's problem, and not theirs.

First and foremost, I would like to commend MelGeek for their exceptional customer service experience.

Upon ordering the "Made68 Ultra Keyboard" in Green, I received an E-mail regarding my purchase. This email was sent by an employee, Laura, notifying me that there had been an error with my order and that the specific model I ordered was not available at their Canada warehouse. Laura told me that they would be able to send me the colour specified if I was willing to pay for the shipping, or that they would be able to substitute the Green model for either of the two other colours at no additional charge.

Of course in these situations, it can be a bit frustrating to not have your specified purchase fulfilled. With that said, I was appreciative of the issue being brought to my attention quickly and understand that there are many complexities under the hood of a website fulfilling physical orders, and errors can/will occur.

My initial purchase of the keyboard was during a sale, and had the Green version specifically marked down for $20 USD less than the other two models. I wasn't dead set on the Green version, so paying the additional shipping fee of $39 USD was less appealing to me than moving forward with one of the other two options. Bear in mind that these two were being offered to me at the marked down price of the Green model.

After deciding to go with the latter option, I replied to Laura saying that as long as the products were unopened I would happily to go with the Black model instead. If they were refurbished or "open box" I requested that I receive some sort of other compensation as my initial order would have been a brand new product.

Upon receiving my reply, Laura showed me pictures of both the Black and Red models, which had been opened but I was still unsure as to whether they were new and just being shown to me, or previously-used products. Laura also offered me an additional $10 USD off of my order, now making it $30 USD off it's sale price, totalling $60 USD in savings from the regular price. I was more than happy with this compromise and told her to proceed with shipping me the product.

Laura was incredibly understanding during this process and replied very quickly, in most cases taking less than 15 minutes to get back to me.

Upon receiving my keyboard, I opened the box to realize that everything was in fantastic condition and the keyboard seemed to be brand new. The only issue that I came across was a lack of a USB cable in the accessories box. I believe that Laura works abroad, and was sent the alternate model pictures from the Canada warehouse workers. For this reason I do not fault her or the company as a whole for the item missing as it would be hard to verify everything being included from photos alone.

With that said, I emailed Laura back and told her about the missing item, and in turn she offered to send me a USB cable with no fee or shipping charge which I was very appreciative of. Her words being: "Since we want every customer to receive a complete product, just as described on our product page, we will arrange to resend the missing cable to you." followed by a link with tracking details.

Again, I cannot express enough the amount of professionalism from MelGeek and Laura specifically. Each time I expressed a need or concern I was met with a friendly response and was assured that the issue would be resolved. I recommend MelGeek to anyone looking for a quality product and outstanding customer service to match.
