Habe ein Produkt auf deren Website vor 3 Wochen bestellt und habe es seitdem nocht nicht erhalten. Ich habe mich daraufhin an den Support gewendet und antworten sie schicken eine Investigationsanfrage an den Lieferanten und seitdem habe ich nichts von denen gehört. Die erwartete Ankunft war 2-3 Tagen nach bestellung nun bin ich hier nach 3 Wochen ohne Produkt.

I bought a mouse and I'm happy with everything, the quality and the price are appropriate, but the prices could be lowered.
Bought an AttackShark M86 keyboard
Bought an AttackShark M86 keyboard. The keyboard has a serious design flaw called key rollover limitations.
It occurs only when certain combinations of keys are pressed together (W + D, W + 3) and possibly other key combinations as well.
Individual keys work fine by themselves. On doing some research online it appears many users have experienced this same issue with AttackShark Keyboards.
Why this happens:
Most keyboards use a grid style wiring system called a key matrix. When certain keys share the same electrical lines, pressing them together confuses the controller. The keyboard then either ignores one key or registers the wrong combination.
AttackShark themselves when contacted refused to support the keyboard as it was not bought directly off their website, it was bought through a 3rd party authorized reseller, so I find this disappointing and absurd as this goes against social responsibility and market expansion.
With that said AttackShark is selling their products at mid-tier price points when infact their products seem to be inferior to budget brands such as Red Dragon which infact perform and work better than AttackShark.
I would caution anyone in buying AttackShark products purely because customer support is non existent and dismissive, also based on other online reviews on support and lastly because their products are cheaply manufactured compared to other brands which offer better features for half the price.
Best budget mouse
Shipping was pretty fast and the attack shark X3 might be the best budget mouse on the market. It’s very responsive and pretty lightweight.

I really don't understand the general hate. I'm from Italy, and I got my mouse from the AliExpress shop and the keyboard from their official store. In both cases, the shipment was fast, and both products are top quality for what they cost. I'm looking forward to getting the headset!

Complete scammers! brought a mouse from their ebay shop which went wrong within the year. Emails sent back and forth trying things they advised which didn't work, when it finally came to sending out a new mouse the emails stopped and no further contact was possible. Don't not give these people your custom!

While the products offer good value and delivery to Europe was fast, my customer support email regarding my purchase remains unanswered. This is a pity, as I would have otherwise given a high rating.
The adv was good, but in reality...
I bought this keyboard because it’s advertised with an 8 kHz polling rate, but actual performance is far from the claim. Practical tests show occasional peaks around 500 Hz, while the average polling rate is roughly 50 Hz — completely inadequate if you need responsiveness. The software doesn’t allow changing the polling rate, and I contacted customer support over six times in a year with no response. Misleading marketing and terrible after-sales service. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is not a Uk based company. Items come from China. Do not be fooled by 2-3 day delivery time. My keyboard is still sitting in China despite order being made 9 days ago. No reply to emails from customer service either. Disgusting.

Hab eine Tastatur bestellt, das war ein Fehler.
Von der Beleuchtung sind erst mal 3 Lämpchen kaputt, die Software gibts nur auf chinesisch und omg die Tastatur ist der letzte Dreck. Ab und An reagieren die Tasten erst nach dem 5ten drücken, das display ist nett aber das drehrad daneben regelt nur die Beleuchtung der Tastatur. Das nächste mal werd ich wohl 4 euro mehr investieren und logitech oder was anderes nahmhaftes kaufen. ich höre nie mehr auf einen influencer
False advertising
False advertising! I want to sue this company for false advertising! Buyers be aware! I ordered a keyboard and mouse on November 28, 2025 (Black Friday) to Hawaii with express delivery (1-2 days). After 6 days of silence, I got worried and emailed the ATTACK SHARK company. They replied one day later, just to inform me that my order was canceled because I have a “remote” address in Hawaii. I live on Oahu! On their website, they express delivery to Hawaii. They didn't offer me if I have any alternative address, or any other solutions. This company clearly doesn't care about its customers. I will proceed with legal actions.

I have ordered a keyboard and mouse set and it said it would take 3-5 days. When i looked at the shop app it said it would take 3 days so after 3 days the package didnt arrive so i looked again and it hadnt moved location but i had recieved an email for tracking so i looked at it and it said it had been handed to the airport so 2 days ago i looked again but the shop tracker still hadnt moved ant the email tracker wasnt working. After this i emaild customer support about it but it has now been another 2 days and i have no parcel no tracking update and no reply. As of know i advise not to order from attack shark as the delivery, tracking and customer support is awful.

Decent products, atrocious customer support
I bought a mouse from them last year in August. A couple of months later the paint/coating on the mouse had started to peel away. I sent a message to their customer support page on their website. No confirmation email of having received my message, no response, nothing. I emailed their support directly. My email bounced repeatedly. I message in their discord. Nothing. I reach out to their store page on AliExpress and only then do I get a response and start getting help. I explained the situation and sent photographs of the problem and they explain that it was a problem with the earlier batches but has since been resolved. I then receive an email from their support and discuss the problem with them. Eventually they send out a replacement mouse which arrived on the 22nd of November, with the original mouse I needed replacing arriving in August.
This replacement mouse however has the exact same serial number and ends up inevitably having the exact same issues within a few months. Unfortunately I'd just started a new job around this time so I hadn't had the chance to get in touch about it until last month. I encountered again the same problems of my first email either being missed or ignored and once again reached out to their store page on AliExpress where I got a response. This was after I'd already emailed on September 1st, with a follow up email on the 13th to which I only got a response on the 15th but this time instead of confirming the issue was known with these batches they denied it and claimed that the mouse must have been exposed to corrosive agents and that "Unfortunately, the warranty period for the replacement has already expired, but we’d still like to help you find out the cause and offer you a discount if you plan to get a new one." As I wrote earlier, the original mouse was technically out of warranty as it had been a little under 13 months since I'd purchased that one, however the mouse I was looking to replace I'd only had for a bit over 9 months so still within warranty. I clarified there had been no cleaning agents or anything that could be strong enough to dissolve paint on the mouse, and that if there had been I probably would have known it myself given that it would likely also cause me severe skin irritation from the caustic nature of paint stripper and that I was told last time this was a known problem with the earlier batches. I also clarified that this mouse was actually still within the 1-year warranty period as I didn't receive it until 22/11/24.
The following email came two days later with them doubling down stating "We’ve carefully reviewed the photos" and that they don't match the wear and tear typically seen and thus "coverage applies to defects in materials or workmanship, but not to damage caused by external factors or environmental exposure" despite the fact that, again, this mouse has the exact same issue and serial number as the last one and last time I was told that it was a known issue with the first batches. They then offered me a discount on a new product because after this experience why would I want to continue supporting them and buying their products if this is the kind of support I can expect if things go awry?
I responded again with images for comparison for this warranty claim and the previous one to show that it's the same issue as last time, the serial numbers on the mice are the same and included the screenshot from when I was discussing the problem with the first mouse with the AliExpress store page when they reassured me this was only an issue with the earliest batch and that "we guarantee that the current batch will not have this problem". With all this being said, when I purchased the mouse initially it was directly from their website whilst the replacement was sent from an Amazon warehouse here in the UK. Now Attack Shark aren't a very well known brand here so when I saw that I did initially have some concerns as there was no guarantee that the mouse I was being sent was even from the new batches where this wasn't a problem and there was no way of telling how long it had been sat in that warehouse for. Obviously as it turned out my concerns were valid.
They responded to my email again on the 19th and again claimed to have "carefully reviewed" the coating on my replacement mouse and "would like to reassure you that the coating on the replacement mouse we sent you is from a newer batch, which does not have the issues that affected some earlier units", how they did so with only photographs and not even different serial numbers between the two mice is beyond me. They then added "In fact, we have not received similar feedback from other customers regarding this updated version."
Running out of characters. Claimed it was out of warranty again. I responded about the SN again. No response since the 19th of September. Don't waste your money.

27 Tage Versand bei einer angeblich deutschen seite ist echt frech, ich rate dringends davon ab dort eine Bestellung zu tätigen und ich werde dies in Zukunft auch nicht mehr tun.
Zur Qualität des Produktes kann ich leider noch nichts berichten da mein Produkt bisher nie ankam!

If you want to use it while it's charging then PRAY TO GOD IT WORKS, since it will just enter sleep mode every few seconds because it's that bad
Weight is mid
Middle mouse requires a lot of force to be pushed and it sucks
Overall just don't, you better add 10$ and buy something more reliable
