God bless you. Everything was packaged well and came in a timely manner. I only wish there was better instructions on how to connect it. Overall I love it. P.s. After hooking it up my gas gauge isn’t working and my radio doesn’t work. Everything was working when I had everything connected to my lead battery.

I highly recommend Li Time as they offer the best pricing out of all their competition, great products, online purchasing is intuitive and helpful pre and post purchase, and world class customer service. My experience: First time I purchased through Li Time they answered all my questions and ensured I was purchasing the batteries best suited for my trolling motor and graph needs for my boat. That was over a year ago the batteries from that I purchase are performing flawlessly. I have clean reliable power all weekend without charging it. Second purchase: I purchased the dual purpose cranking battery; however it was not the correct solution for my outboard. No issue with batteries performance it operated flawlessly, sent an email letting Li Time know the issue they immediately sent me a return shipping label for a full refund. Great job Li Time!!!

After I asked 4 separate times if instructions were included to convert my club car ds to lithium, I was assured detailed instructions were included to disable the onboard computer( OBC) as well as horn and lights. After many texts to litime support again I was told detailed instructions are included the boxes and to rip the boxes apart to find them. Now litime says “ no instructions are included”. If I want I could pay a golf cart shop $500 to do the conversion. I was mislead by Litime and probably will return the conversion kit. Buy the way it takes 24 hours for a response text from Litime and it’s usually 3 in the morning which means it’s overseas support.

If you want a dead battery delivered quickly then LiTime is the place to shop.

My battery was dead on arrival and the customer support was even worse than the battery. First rep treated me like an idiot because bluetooth wasn't showing up when it was actually the battery was dead. Then customer service promised to make it right by sending a replacement immediately and once I was in good shape they would send a return label for the first battery. Sounded like excellent customer service for a return customer. Then they emailed and said they made mistakes in their promises and they would have to receive the old battery first and then they would send new battery.

I shipped it back and they got it the next day. I emailed them the day after and said they received battery yesterday and I would really like my replacement ASAP. They said thanks for letting them know.

It is almost a week later and no indication that they are shipping me a replacement. I'm guessing I am at the end of the line because they are busy sending out more dead batteries. Maybe someday they will send me a working battery. Who knows. Nobody seems to motivated to help in spite of promises to make things right.

I was a very happy customer prior to this transaction but would suggest another brand that actually sends out working batteries but if you need a dead battery quickly then order a LiTime.

Shipping was very quick. That's all I can relate at this time.
Since this request for review is entirely too soon following receipt of the product, I cannot offer anything meaningful about the product itself, though it may be spectacular. Hence, the 3 star rating is simply because of incessant company requests for review before the product is actually used. The 1st request came before the product even arrived....

My experience with you overall, would’ve been a lot better if I didn’t have to jump through hoops, the problem was solved. It’s just too many processes to get to return and refund.

Fast and accurate

Ordered two last season (2025)for my 1775 Lund and another this year (2026)for a pond boat . Delivery is very fast received within the same week ordered. Long lasting before charge was necessary. Questions regarding product advice are answered quickly typically in the night hours. So far very pleased time will tell.I was concerned about the huge price gap between other brands , but maybe Li Time just does a better job marketing and distribution.

Extremely fast shipping, all items packaged beautifully.

While I found the website a bit hard to navigate and ordered my first battery (a smart 140 Ah battery and 20 Amp charger to provide emergency power for my CPAP through Amazon but was able to choose a 100Ah emergency battery for our two sit-to-stand chairs(we are octogenarians) and purchase direct from Li Time - shipping was much faster that way. My CPAP manufacturer sells a complete kit to connect the CPAP via a supplied 12v to 24V converter but it came with alligator clamps which fortunately Li Time warns does not make good enough electrical contact and so I ordered the right part with M8 battery lugs to connect to the battery. After two weeks, I finally had time to charge the battery and connect to my CPAP - it worked perfectly. I had to assemble my own converter and splitter system for the two chairs and once I started to assemble it, I decided to order a second 50A Andersen connector with the M8 Battery terminals needed. Once that arrives I will leave a male Andersen connector attached to each battery so that when recharging is needed I can quickly plug in the charger without having to fiddle with the battery connections themselves.

I’ve gotten fast free delivery on the two batteries I’ve purchased. They look OK but I haven’t had long enough to evaluate. I’ve tried to buy a battery charger but haven’t been able to buy yet for two reasons. They keep emailing me 8 percent coupon codes but when I try to use them they won’t work. I tried to call them, had to leave a message and have not heard back. The charger was also temporarily out of stock.
