Scam of a company I ordered it and was told 5 day shipping but it never arrived I contacted support who take forever to respond and was then told ot would be at least a month until it arrived luckily I got a refund but I would not recommend.

This EVIL company cannot honor its promises. They agree to a full refund because they sold a defective product so I shipped the deck from UPS to their warehouse at my own expense. However, UPS told me they can't find the receiver so I probably have to pay the shipping fee once again. So I contact Maxfind and they told me that they can provide a return label for me (they should have provided it before I ship it, isn't it? It makes me wonder why I have to pay the shipping fee twice..). It's been a month, and I did not receive any return label or response from Maxfind and they started to ignore my message. If you were me, how many stars would you rate them?

DO NOT WASTE you money on any of there products i got a electric skatbourd from them and have had problem after problem only just hit 75 miles and so far i have had a battery self ignite. bolts constantley coming lose and rounding off when tryed to fix.

seems they use the cheapest hardware and locktight them in place so your unable to chamge for better ones.

friend of mine also got a escooter from them and he is having constant problems to.

would not recomend at all put your money towards a better product and stay away there comunication is also bad.

I am giving them 1 star only because I cant give them less.
This company shipped us the wrong skateboard and when we returned it and asked for a refund they ignored us.
So now we have no skateboard and no money.
That's robbery!

I had a problem with my board and I contacted their messenger and they responded within hours. Great service and love to see it.

I ordered my board in April and it’s now been 5 months and I haven’t received my board, they keep saying they will refund me but never actually do.

You might think it won’t happen to you but that’s exactly what I thought. There’s no point in gambling, it’s not just about the £600+ loss but the time, anxiety and stress.

*20 Sept update, Because the refund was getting no where I contacted them again and asked for a different board, it was worth roughly the same amount of money. I was also able to get an additional item which was a carry bag. They have now sent me a tracking number. Will update this review once I get the board.

The board is great but i did not receive the extra battery that is supposed to come with the long range version. I did not even gat any information that the shipment is not complete. I reached out to the support but their response is always very poor.. I still do not have any information about the shipment of the extra battery and I've got the board since more than two months!

Terrible customer service!! They lie about shipping times.... I still have yet to receive a shipping number and its be a month....Very sketchy I would definitely NOT recommend... I can't believe they are getting away with scams

Very unprofessional company
They will send you boards with a multitude of faults like crooked wheels, rusty bearings, missing tools and even motors completely different from their advertising. They will be quick to answer your inquiry of you haven't ordered anything. But as soon as you have made an order and paid, they will no longer answer if you contact them.

Ordered a max4 pro kit plus cloud wheel upgrade in black. Received the order but missing the cloud wheels. Called and emailed but no answer. Lost $109 US.

the other complaints are true to form I also didn't get my extra batteries amd the range is not ad promised nice to ride when charged but shitful range and the dip carbon wrap flakes and chips in the box when I received it it had a massive chip in the esc cover and the handle wrap peeled the first time I grabbed it to pick up it just rolled off like cheap contact with waterbased glue that isn't when dry also customer service and sales ppl that make u cancel an original order to charge u an extra 300usd to ship without said batteries bad form I wonder if the owner has any idea the sales staff are pulling these stunts even alibaba told me that the sales person had no right to have me cancel the order insisted I cancel before I could buy it at 758usd plus 300 shipping the original ad was 738 with free express air DHL
they used toll that took weeks sitting in a depot steer clear of helen yang sales and cs the product is good for the price if it meets specs but short delivered and ignored by everyone involved including alibaba just day im Bali in other words imunned to emails that are requesting correction then they bring out a belt drive ffplus with double the range and a better all round system for the same price a holes

The board has a very nice feel as it is very light for a board of its caliber how ever still feels premium/dense. The deck has a very nice rubber grip tape across it that seems to help absorb some shocks in the road the deck doesnt fully get. Which the deck also feels to have a good amount of give in it, im 175lbs and it doesn't feel like it sinks beneath me whenever i step onto it. But it can still flex whenever i press downwards on it. One thing that very much surprised me with the board was how quiet it was, the hub motors seemed to be fairly decently balanced as a cause. The trucks where too tight for my liking out of the box but it wasn't to hard to adjust. So far this board has been great for a hub drive and definitely seems like a top choice for that archetype. The only feature i did wish it had however was auto start but i don't think any hobbywing esc features that so it is a trade off.

OVERPROMISING AND UNDERDELIVERING + EXTREMELY LOUSY CLIENT SERVICE

I have purchased the MAXFIND FF PLUS - ALL TERRAIN ELECTRIC SKATEBOARD & LONGBOARD on September 14th and today almost one month later I am still struggling with getting what was promised on their website.

1. pro: the skateboard arrived in about 6 or 7 days after the purchase which was positive and for this reason the one star review is justified.

2. con: although I ordered the "Super range product" with 3 batteries it was delivered with only one battery.

3. con: One battery was supposed to last for about 16 kilometers on a full charge on a flat surface (no incline), given that the person riding the skateboard is not too heavy (I am about 70 kilograms). At the end of the day it only made it to about 4 kilometers on a full charge with me on it (70 kilograms). I tried to recharge 2 or 3 more times and the same thing happened. The skateboard didn't even get 25% of the range they have promised on their website.

4. con: I asked them to send me the other two batteries which I originally ordered and they didn't deliver. They replied to me that they currently have problems with the battery supplies. I confronted them with the question "how come you keep on selling skateboards on your website if you don't have enough batteries?" to which they wrote to me "next week we will send you the missing batteries". So I waited for one week - nothing happened. So I wrote to them again to ask what was going on. To this email they answered that they will send the missing two batteries in the following 10 days. At this point they lost me since there were too many things that didn't work the way they were supposed to work plus they were keeping on postponing to deliver what they were due to deliver.

5. con: during our back and forth emailing I asked them multiple times to give me a send back address so I can send them back the product but they never answered my question directly.

Too pity because riding the skateboard is really nice, smooth and comfortable.

UPDATE: Purchased on September 11, 2021 and two months later on November 07, 2021 they still haven't delivered the missing parts.

Stay clear of this company is my advice. I ordered and paid for the FF plus skateboard in June of 2020. After two months of waiting I started to get worried, but I figured the delay had something to do with the Coronavirus pandemic. They told me to be patient when I contacted customer service. After a month or two, they said they had some assembly problems and the board would be further delayed. A month later they informed me I had to give them a new home address for shipping, as they had gotten the skateboard in return. I have never had any problems with the mail service in Norway before, and there was no notification or updates with the transport company UPS before it got shipped back.

They offered to ship the board again if I paid $300 dollars more shipping. I told them I wanted a refund, and they told me that was OK. Tens of emails and two handfuls of phone calls later, no refund and no skateboard. They kept promising just 3 days more, just a week more, tomorrow will be the day you receive your refund... All lies.

So I spent about $1200 on a skateboard that never arrived and never got a refund. Really awful customer service, they barely know how to spell or talk english.

We managed to get them police reported in the city of Shenzhen in China, where they are listed, but that's probably not going to lead to anything.

Stay away! They might scam you for a lot of money.

I purchased a board the Max4 through Amazon from this company on June 11th 2019 and did not receive the board until July 1st 2019. I contacted
Maxfind personally and ask them why it was taking so long and they told me it was a new product and it would be worth the wait. I received the product July 1st took it for its 1st ride made it a 1/2 a mile before the back wheel fell off. Contacted the company they told me that they would replace the wheel and it was just a faulty wheel and after I got the new wheel from them I would never have a problem again July 19th 2019 I received 2 new back wheels put the wheels on the board made it about the same distance except this time it caused me to wreck and break my leg. The company doesn't seems to give a krapp about my injury all they wanted to do was blame me and trying to tell me that I put the wheel on wrong even went as far as telling me I tried using the original wheel again that came off the 1st time. They know that's wasnt the problem they've had several reviews done with the same problem back wheels coming off this product is going to hurt or kill somebody.
