I ordered the Maxfind CYBER MAX6 with 105mm Starry Sky Cloud Wheels, but I initially received the board with 90mm wheels instead. I contacted support, and they responded very quickly and explained that the 90mm wheels were sent as a free gift, and the 105mm wheels will be shipped separately.

I really appreciate the fast communication and willingness to fix the issue without any hassle. Now I'm just waiting for the 105mm wheels to arrive, and I’ll update the review once everything is complete — so far, the service has been very promising!

Great company! I've purchased a few boards and they are always high quality. Customer service is also super helpful. No matter which company you buy an electric skateboard from, customer service is going to be important because none of them are absolutely bulletproof. Having a company with strong customer service helps you be confident that the 1 in 100 chance of an electrical issue doesn't mean you lost all of your money (they make good on warranties).

Je vous conseille pas d'acheter la très mauvais service clientèle ...chargeur défectueux au bout de 100kmh lol je demande un nouveau chargeur il m'envoie une manette j'ai jamais parlé de manette dans les conversations et j'ai envoyé 2 vidéo de mon chargeur défectueux avec aucune manette dans mes vidéo et il envoie la mauvaise commande et me réponde presque jamais

Dont buy. Been 4 weeks now, no skateboard. UPS tracking saying that they never received the package. Fake support team, they dont care about their customer.

N’achetez pas. Le skateboard n’est toujours pas livré après 15 jours. Le service client répond n’importe quoi. Ils ont envoyé un numéro de suivi mais après 1 semaine, UPS n’a toujours pas reçu l’article. Fraudeurs et malhonnêtes.

Bought a conversion kit to repurpose my old electric board.

I ordered a 70km battery I received the kit wit a smaller battery thats max 25km and not even advertised on the page. I contacted them to let them know i received the wrong battery and they told me i was going to receive another battery. The same tiny one i already have so i could swap.

I told them this is not what i paid for and its not as advertised and they stopped responding to email. I tried through whatsapp and as soon as they read my story they stopped responding.

Maybe its the language barrier. But its hard getting a good experience from budgetboard salespeople from over there

Needed help with my board setup and was blown away by the customer service - got a detailed, knowledgeable answer the very same day! Seriously quick and helpful, that kind of support makes a huge difference.

This board is easily one of my best buys this year! Having so much fun cruising around the streets here in Newy.

Seriously impressed with MAXFIND! The quality of the board is top-notch, and the customer service was fantastic when I had a question.

I mainly ride this on an old railway trail- not paved at all, but it handles surprisingly well! It's got plenty of power for that kind of terrain.

Pairing this board was super easy, and I love the cool RGB lights! Best part is how light is - I can carry it with one hand, perfect for grabbing it and heading out.

This review needs more explanation but for now the 1 star is needed!!!

!!!Please DO NOT BUY!!! anything from Maxfind. 102 emails are send back and forth. They have my longboard back they send me and now the communication suddenly stops. So I LOST 1000+ euro, paid for the shipment to return the board. I got drained by the FALSE PROMISES in ALL THE EMAILS and the “funny” part is that after this review the comment below will say that I cheat or lie or.. whatever they will come up with. Also will they send an email with the request to delete this review.

Like I said, this review needs more explanation which I’ll take my time for later.

Never buy from this company unless you want to risk your whole house burning down! For your own safety stay away! (They threaten to sue anyone who writes a bad review about the company, trying to scare you into deleting the comment)

Please help me share this information. I want to post this to help others avoiding, Maxfind Electric Skateboard Official, brand electronic Skateboard. Do not purchase Maxfind. I own a few different brand of electric skateboard like Meepo and others. None have this issue while charging. Maxfind asked me to remove the bad reviews and they will send me a new board. After I removed the bad review they make excuses one after another to avoid. Even after I send them copy of the on line store I purchased. They said it’s not from a Maxfind website so they can avoid refunds or send new board. Their products are not safe. Nearly burned my house down. If any negative reviews on their website they will block or remove.

First of all, I love my longboards. I got a Max 6, Max One, and an FF Belt and they're all my favorite top picks compared to anything else I can find. The built-in designe is unlike any other brand and it streamlines the boards making them so much more versatile and weather proof. There's tons of support online if you ever run into any problems. Maxfind even has repair tutorials. Thats amazing! I had a wonderful representative named Dawn assist me with my order to a remote location, which was very Helpfull. I also had another great experience with a representative named Kevin. He helped me get a new remote for my Max 6 and was super friendly and quick to respond through the whole process. Awesome products, outstanding customer service. Highly Recommended!

I ordered MAXFIND FF AT.
I had a change of heart so I replied to their order email that I wanted to cancel the order.

I got a reply on a Saturday that orders cannot be canceled if it's shipped.

Of course such a thing cannot be true since it was ordered 30 minutes ago.

One day later, I got another reply that this is shipped and I cannot cancel, which in the end it wasn't, they simply wanted to bind the credit card payment.

After trying to reach them, they totally ignored my emails. That is until I posted a review on this website.

They ordered my to cancel my bad review, only then would the process my refund, they completely ignored all emails before that.

Upon canceling my review, they "processed the refund". They did not actually do that, they just wanted the bad review gone, the time past was around 1.5 weeks.

Luckily for me, I reached out to my credit card company and explained to them the situation and got a refund through the credit card company.

This company is disgusting, stay away.

The belt motor is powerful. It's just like driving an electric car - so much power! I just drove 8 kilometers, basically in 2nd gear, and the battery dropped by one bar, which shows that the battery life is really good.
