I have a WOWGO electric longboard, whose one tiny part was worn down. After few messages with info email, WOWGO team has dispatched spare part I needed to start new season. Really supporting team, highly recommended👌

J'ai reçu ma planche : 10% de batterie.
Je fais 100m : 0%
Je charge pendant 3H ==> 25%. Je fais 200m : 0%
Impossible de la charger.
5 emails + 3 message au tchat et zéro réponse.

I purchased the WowGo 3E Electric Skateboard & Longboard for my son for Christmas.
As soon as he unwrapped it there were problems!
The board was mounted backwards so the arrow meant to indicate the forward motion of the board was going backward.
Less than a month into riding the board the remote control was not communicating correctly with the board and stopped charging completely.
Then the screws started falling out! 5 screws total leave been lost.
Despite a one year warranty, Wowgo has been slow to respond and their solution was to send me more screws!
So they could fall out again?!?
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

Cancelled my order after being told there would be delays and hefty import taxes. I have waited over 3 weeks for the refund, customer services have gone quiet and I've had to resort to raising a dispute with my bank. Maybe the product is great, but with support like this I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere

I recently purchased the WowGo 2S Max (2-in-1) and I’m really satisfied with the experience.

The board itself is well-built, smooth, and powerful – perfect for weekend rides and daily fun. It handles great on asphalt and concrete, and the ability to switch wheels adds versatility depending on the terrain.

What impressed me most was the customer service. Ella from the support team was consistently responsive, kind, and professional. Communication was clear, and every question I had was answered quickly and helpfully.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that not only delivers a great product but also truly values its customers.

I’m happy I chose WowGo – and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable electric skateboard and solid support.

J’ai lu beaucoup d’avis négatifs… et pourtant!! Je suis pleinement satisfaite de wowgoboard, que ce soit au niveau de la qualité du skate (j’ai un 2Smax depuis décembre 2024) que du SAV qui m’a immédiatement renvoyé une commande neuve en août 2025 suite à un dysfonctionnement de la mienne!
Et surtout, vu le prix des skates électriques chez la concurrence!?!? Y’a pas photo! Les prix chez wowgo sont raisonnables.
Pour ma part, 5 étoiles bien méritées!

Very dissapointed of wowgo, all the support I received was a shoulder shrug and an invitation to dispose my board and buy a new one. I did buy an other one, a used one from yet ANOTHER dissapointed customer, and with the parts I repaired my older board and saved millions of liters of water from pollution from the battery etcetera. I am in the market for a new board and is not going to be a wowboard for sure.

Beware of these thieves! First, they tried to trick me with a 2-month delivery delay. I cancelled the order and demanded a refund. They wrote that they would send the money back within 2 weeks. More than 2 weeks have passed, and they still haven’t returned the money. What’s more, they no longer reply to emails. They have simply robbed me, and they will do the same to you. Beware of them – they are scamers and thieves!

Promesses non tenues, SAV inexistant...que dire...

Commande passée le 3 juin 2024, tentative de livraison courant septembre, une mauvaise blague.

J'attends un remboursement depuis plus d'un an maintenant, le SAV me répond après des mois à un mail sur quatre (et encore...). Ils m'ont dit qu'ils allaient me rembourser pour ma commande, j'attends toujours.

FUYER JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS DU TOUT WOWGO

Guys watch out it’s a scam!!! Don’t trust this company, they don’t have goods on EU warehouse. After 4 days since the transaction, I contacted them to ask why they hadn’t shipped my order yet. They told me they don’t have the item in the EU and the shipping would take 2 months. Moreover, they charged me 30 dollars more for the shipping. I demanded a cancellation and a refund, to which they replied it would take 2 weeks. They freeze your money, and you can’t be sure if you’ll ever get it back. If I don’t receive the refund, I will certainly report them to the European consumer protection authorities

Compré un patinete eléctrico WowGo AT2 Plus por 899 USD en su página oficial wowgoboard Prometían envío en máximo 15 días hábiles y producto en stock.

🚨 Mentira total.
Apenas pagué, me dijeron que no tenían stock y que el envío tomaría más de 2 meses. Solicité la devolución de mi dinero dentro del plazo legal, al principio me dijeron que sí… pero luego desaparecieron.

💀 Llevo más de 3 MESES esperando que me respondan.
He escrito correos, mensajes, redes sociales. No responden NADA.
Es evidente que no tienen intención de devolver el dinero ni enviar el producto.

❌ WowGoBoard es una empresa irresponsable, abusiva y posiblemente una estafa.

🛑 NO compres ahí.
🗣️ Comparte este mensaje para que nadie más pierda su dinero como yo.

I bought a board online and it said 2-7 days shipping. They informed me that they are out of stock and it is 2 months plus until it is back in stock. They offered a 40 USD rebate but I declined and wanted my money back. Support went silent for 4 weeks until I told them the next mail will come from my lawyer. Never again...

Logistical nightmare, avoid responsibility and are not transparent with expected shipping time etc. the boards are decent for the price. But they won’t live for more than 1-2 seasons due to cheap materials.

Wowgo also offers people a 10-30usd cupon if you give them a 5star review… so the 5atae reviews can be ignored. I have the emails to prove this.

Commande effectuée le 13 avril et toujours aucune mis a jour d'envoi le 30. La livraison était annoncée avec réception sous 2 à 7 jours (mais naturellement si ils l'envoient jamais...)
D'après les emails ils n'ont plus de stock mais bien-sûr rien n'est mentionné lors de l'achat. La première semaine c'est le contrôleur qui est hors stock et la deuxième le chargeur. (Chargeur le plus lambda du monde)
Ils me pissent dessus sans essayer me faire croire qu'il pleut.

Ottimo skateboard elettrico, arrivato nel giro di una settimana.
Ho avuto un piccolo problema con la mancanza di un accessorio all'interno della scatola ma l'assistenza ha subito proceduto a risolvere la questione.

I have a wowgo at2 board and for the price is really good i thing. Lot of fun on terrain and asphalt too with cloudwheels. Speed and range is nice. I ridee over 5000km and it still working properly. After some time I damaged the motor but I replaced it with a new one and the board continues to work as it should. When i try to comunicate with brand they always write me back. When I try to communicate with the brand, they always write back and try to accommodate the request and answer questions.

The board is Great ! The customer service is great! Emmy in particular,is extremely helpful! It’s a great product! 150 stars if I could give that many…will definitely do future business with WowGo
