First of all the package arrived absolutely decimated. I opened it and it turned out they sent me a broken board. After riding for 15 minutes it began shutting off. It shut off every minute or so. I was well within the first WEEK, and after receiving it back they never provided a refund. I've exchanged over 40 emails with them and they've had the board back for over a month. They wanted to keep 20% because they claim there are signs of riding.. so ridiculous because that's how I found out it was dysfunctional. I exchanged about 15 more emails about why that was unfair and immoral and they first offered me a new board, to which i responded i just want a refund because its now winter here and i cant trust the item will even function. They have now just stopped answering me. I have finally caved and said just take the 20% and send me the refund.
I have no board and no refund.

The board I ordered was out of stock. Maxfind made it easy to find one that was available for an upcharge for the new board. The help I received was awesome and made it easy to keep me rolling!

Scooter handle bar shaft broken with no resolution nor support.
I was an early backer of the G5 Pro scooter. I am a rare user on road only riding sensibly.
1) Within a few uses on the road (less than 10 battery charges) the handle bar stem broke at the bottom soldering point. They said that they never had this problem before and questioned appropriate use. They refused to fix / repair but after many e-mails they agreed to send a new stem with a video for easy replacement. It took about 2 months for the video to arrive and replacement is certainly not easy. The screws holding the brake cable (which has to be re-routed) are so soft that it is virtually impossible to get them out without braking (I got 1 out of 3 out). On disassembling I found another part broken inside. Their comment: I used an inappropriate screwdriver (!) and offered no solution to the other broken part but said that I have used it for so long (maybe 10 rides) they can't replace nor help with repair but suggested to bring it to the "local repair shop" to fix it. This would require: drilling the broken screws out, re-cutting the threads (no offer on specs from M), rebuilding a moon shaped metal part which holds the stem in (not sure how that could be done easily) and likely re-placing some other parts (break cable...).
2) Within a couple of charges the transformer went with a big bang. There were two cables exposed causing a short circuit. Maxfind said that I have used the charger inappropriately and only replaced after making me pay for shipping costs.
3) In my numerous communications with Maxfind I found the team made promises which they didn't keep, nobody signed / mentioned their name, so all was anonymous and each time they found issues were my fault.
4) From my assessment of the engineering of the scooter, it does not seem to be designed to be serviceable at all. Even changing a tyre seems to be a major undertaking...

Update from 3/2024: still no resolution. Very high risk of damage and risk of life. The team (there is no name in any of the contacts) do not try to help.

I contacted the staff who responded immediately, instantly solving the serious problem with my maxfind 2pro even though I no longer had the warranty.
It was truly a superlative experience.

Very good communication and very good reactivity...

I originally purchased a board with second battery, the company never shipped second battery. It took almost 1 year to receive the second battery (I had already paid for). This extra battery shipped was not compatible with the board that was sent initially, it was not wired correctly and ruined the board I had purchased by frying the wiring when the charger was plugged in. Rather than making this right and sending a replacement board, I was required to purchase a new board at a modest discount.
As this has been a year long issue, I will say that there is a new person on the service team who is much better than the first person I worked with last year. Hopefully the company will resolve some of these service issues, as the board itself has been a blast to ride.

They had very helpful advice around which parts to order that would match my board.
Plus letting me know what my options were.
These boards are so much fun! and reliable.

There were some issues with shipping but Jessie assisted me promptly with every issue. Even when I was being totaly spoiled and unreasonable. The board has met and surpassed all expectations. Plenty of power and rides like a Cadillac. I M 180 and The battery so far has got me between 15 to 20 Miles on a charge. I am very impressed with the range. The beginning was a bit rough with the shipping part but now that I can ride it I am very happy with this board. I have a Meepo Hurricane Board and I almost prefere riding this one to the Meepo. 1000.00 less than the Meepo and just as fun.

I reached out to the sales team concerning their ongoing promotion. They assured me that the current sale was a limited-time offer and that the discount would not be available for a while after it ended. However, I waited for the sale to conclude & the promotion simply continued under a different name, with the same discount, and remains unchanged until today. Sales was unable to offer any additional discount.

After placing my order, there was an attempt to charge additional shipping costs, which were explained as unforeseen expenses. I decided to contact customer support to address the issue, and they eventually agreed to cover the extra fees.

Ordered the board 12/5, nothing happend until 16/5. After a few mails back and forth the board was sent to me. First shipping id was incorrect thou.
Company felt a bit sketchy, at first they said that the board was out of stock and then suddenly it wasnt.
Got the feeling they only wanted to sell me a more expensive one.
But now i got it delivered and its awesome.
