Great skates and great service, thank you….

It was great . When I was looking on the site I found a board I love but it was to expensive and then Kevin help sent me 10 percent off code so that for sure helped convinced me to get my board I really wanted . it help me take a good 100 off the original 1150 doller price Canadian. The board was awesome no problem with it expect i notice my griptape started to peel I reach out to maxfind an there customer support team and got Kevin agin and he help me get new grip tape for free . I actually lo e dealing with this company and thank you Kevin from customer service

I rewrite a previous review.

2 years ago I got my longboard (the offroad version). After a short while one of my tired broke. The cable was damaged and one side had power. After reaching out I was promised a new longboard after I would send my longboard to the German warehouse. After sending my longboard I simply did not exist for Maxfind. I have tried all my best to get there attention but I gave up in the end thinking I lost my money and my board.

BUT THEN:
I placed a review about my experience somewhere December 2025. It got picked up by the costumer service in February. The person I spoke to was a super service. He took away the doubt in Maxfind, he gave me trust in this company by simply making me feel heard.

Result: I got a new longboard + extra parts + a good feeling because they gave me my passion and hobby back!!

Unfortunately I cannot thank the person from the customer service by name since they don't mention it in the email.

Good customer service quick to reply also gave me complimentary upgrade. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Firstly, I want to say I love my Maxfind Max2Pro! The battery lasted for 4 years, and I had great customer support from Maxfind to replace the battery and ship another one to the UK, where I leave! Thank you!

I have put about 65km (40miles) on the board so far and have tried a couple other electric longboards, this one by far has the most acceleration, speed, and maneuverability. Has pretty good range too. Got about 26 miles in a single charge. Very comfortable ride and good flex in the board. I even road it 7 miles each way to the skatepark yesterday. The service team is also very helpful and quick to respond, I had an issue and they helped solve my issue immediately.

Les pièces sont de mauvaise qualité, le plastique est fragile et cassant.
Le moteur vibre anormalement et donne une impression de manque de fiabilité.
Le délai de livraison annoncé (2 semaines) n’a pas été respecté : j’ai attendu environ 1 mois et demi sans aucune information de leur part.

Après moins de 4 mois d’utilisation, le câble du moteur s’est déjà arraché. Prix du moteur : plus de 300%

Pour le prix, c’est clairement une blague.
Je recommande pas du tout cette marque.

Bonjour j'ai déjà acheter un max find 6 en 2024 j'ai adoré et je viens d'acheter un nouveau modèle vue que j'ai eux un très bon service après vente avec maxfind et un bon rabais très apprécié hâte de rider à nouveau avec un gros merci à vous maxfind et à la personne qui ma aider :)..

I would rate this a 10/5 and probably my best purchase this whole decade. I am a big short boarder and love Electric riding because I get the thrill and spped of going down hills without having to find hills. I also live in a Downtown area and it is a perfect commute to get around downtown and save on parking! Thanks again Maxfind, I'd recommend and do recommend this product to others!

My CYBER MAX board is honestly so much fun to ride! I literally get compliments on it everywhere I go.

The Cyber Max 6 is insane! The acceleration and power are unreal - pure adrenaline every ride.

Wow, my CYBER MAX arrived way faster than I thought! This board is a beast and handles like a dream - I'm super happy with it.

I thank “Maxfind” for this high‑quality electric skateboard. I bought a Maxfind Cybermax 6. I highlight its remarkable build quality. The deck is made of composite rather than wood, which gives it a welcome combination of flexibility and durability. The motor is belt‑driven instead of being integrated into the wheels, providing a bit more power—but also a slightly higher noise level. I haven’t measured the actual range yet, but it seems substantial enough to cover commuting trips several times a week.

Finally, customer service is very responsive and diligent. They were able to answer my questions. However, French riders should be aware that the board isn’t limited to 25 km/h, and I couldn’t achieve that limitation using the Tuya app. That’s the only drawback I see. Apart from that, the product should be satisfying.

Shipping was lightning quick! My FF AT all-terrain board showed up in 4 days and I'm already out riding every day - eskate adventure has officially started!

Bought an FF AT. One of the rear truck failed on the first day: the piece holding the motor broke (poor soldiering), which almost killed me (slowing down, going downhill on asphalt before a crossing).

After dozens of emails and videos and photos, Maxfind accepted I ship my board to them in Germany. It just needed an ESC swap (I already replaced the truck+motor).
I paid about 60 euros for the shipping.

And then after 4 more months of emails back and forth, where they alternate between "Who is this?", and "The board is shipping next Monday", and "It's a holiday in China", I finally gave up.

They designed a faulty skateboard, and then I paid for them to steal it from me.

After posting my experience on Reddit, no one was surprised.... (look for "how a manufacturer designed a faulty and dangerous $1000 skateboard")

Grabbed the Cyber Max during the fall sale and what a steal! It looks awesome, customer service responded fast, and it arrived in just 4 days.

I'm loving my CYBER MAX X board! The quality is excellent and it rides so smooth - totally worth the price.
