Still no rebate on garden hoses i ordered months back which were useless for 47 pounds a fake company I gave up on emails to them promised rebate that never happened buyer beware.

i ordered a usb card priced£19.99 which i have received bu i have been charged £69.98. i was told i would get a refund which would take 3 to 5 working days i still haven’t received it.its been a few weeks now since i placed the order and still no refund.i’ve sent numerous e mails which are being ignored. the bottom line is they have£49.99 of my money and are ignoring my requests for refund.

Like many of the other customers, I ordered and paid for an item and never received it. They have taken our money and we have received nothing.
I emailed them and the reply was that the carrier would be asked to deliver as soon as possible. Please be patient. That was on the 27th. September. Now 20th. October.
This company and their website should be taken down and prosecuted.

Where is my phone holder? I purchased a phone holder for my car which never arrived. This company's only answer to my emails is that the order was despatched. Surely they can offer more as they have employed a reputable national carrier to carry out delivery.

I tried to buy two items and when after…
I tried to buy two items and when after paying I found my order had been changed to 5 items which I had paid for. All my emails complaining about this have been returned as undeliverable. I will try to ring them but don't hold out any hope of a response.

As I have been scammed so many times in the past, I've promised myself to check every too good to be true product before ordering. I am so glad I did. Just never delivered
Purchased the clear, double sided Nano tape on 15 September 2025 as I thought it was a good idea to use for several things and the ad keeps popping up on my Youtube feed, but it has not been delivered. Evri have provided a Tracking number but there’s been zero movement for days. Why use Evri if they aren’t reliable?
You must have had other complaints.

I received my order
I received my order, everything as promised in good order. It did take 10 days to arrive, but I did know it was coming cross border. I did contact the company to enquire about the order as I’d not had any confirmation, which was disappointing, and I did receive a reply saying the item had been dispatched. On arrival in the UK I was notified and delivery followed shortly after. I admit I was sceptical initially and thought I’d been scammed, but they followed through as per the order.

Don't buy from here. Ordered one steamer for 29 euro and was charged 64 for 2. Not even a steamer but a tiny travel ironNo response to emails, all emails bounced back.
