The reply to their reply to my review is I paid for two pairs of no buckle belts ,they sent one pair .With respect what more information do they need ?Just send the other pair . Bottom line if you are selling something and you have taken someone's money then post the item to them ! All the tracking ,updates and information mean nothing if you haven't actually sent it .

Avoid very strongly. Bought 2 pairs of No Buckle Velcro belt only one pair arrived. Been back and forth with them. Takes 2-3 days before you get a reply. Still not resolved and doesn’t look like they intend to send the second pair. Highly disappointed. Not sure why such people are allowed to trade.

Trying to return a boxing toy.After some initial problems, the company have issued me with a full refund.
Poor service can be resolved by good after sales service,and in this case,Moonlitcat have restored my faith in their service by looking at my issue and resolving it.Thank you Moonlitcat.

Ordered a catching stick game for £18 where others (I thought were scams) were half the money, all the hallmarks looked like I was scammed, no coms, no email, just quiet, however after writing a scathing review, the item arrived. I very much doubt the review had an impact on the order I think they crossed in the post. This company shipped as requested, not the scammers I became convinced they were. Turned out I was wrong, I am sorry.

Unfortunately I did not read the reviews concerning this company before purchasing items. I have consistently emailed them to get a refund but to no avail. I think I just have to accept I'm not getting my items for Christmas.

I ordered 2 flying orbs for my grandchildren and still no delivery on 20 Dec. Contact response is automated and tracking is useless. Do not order from this company . Site looks like it's UK based but it's merchandise is actually sourced from China. Thankfully I paid with credit card so hopefully they can investigate. Very disappointing experience. Avoid.

I finally received my package after a little over 3 weeks and am so relieved I have it in time for Xmas. The boxes are a bit squashed from travel but items seem ok. It would be better practice to advise customers of the long delay in shipping to give a realistic estimate of delivery times . Also an actual response from customer service rather than a Zen desk automation would be more helpful.

I’ve received a toy which is faulty and I want to return it, but all my emails are” auto” replied with the usual unhelpful jargon. They don’t ever reply to my request regarding returning it, and they should know that the consumer has a legal right to return an item within 30 days, absolutely despicable company. AVOID.

Another Chinese Scam Company.
I ordered a toy ball for my grandsons Christmas, it arrived yesterday and I advised them immediately that I wanted to return it, the charging connector is loose and the toy is nowhere near the money paid. I know Im entitled to a refund under the distance selling laws and have emailed them FOUR times only to have four standard replies thanking me for my patience, which I now don’t have. I will be contacting Trading Standards to get them involved even though it’s a small amount as I don’t believe sellers should be allowed to operate outside the law…..beware !!

I ordered a mini printer which I received on the 8th November, the mini printer was damaged beyond repair, I have sent numerous emails to ask for a refund plus all the details they required only to constantly receive a standard reply with no recognition of the details I had sent. I would like a refund.

I was suspicious of these guys after hearing nothing from them for over a week about an item I saw advertised on YouTube. Their website states that goods are processed within 2-3 working days before being dispatched. It has been over a week, so I emailed them on a Sunday to chase my order. Despite their website stating they are not open on a Sunday, I was surprised to get an email from their Chinese courier a few hours later stating the item has been dispatched. I suspect I will have to hassle them for weeks before I get a refund. But they need to know that I won't let this rest.

i bought from these people on the 7th November iam still waiting for the parcel to arrive after 6emails later and they have said its been delivered and posted through my letter box which is hard to believe i have asked them to redeliver said item again and give them 7days notice from my last email lets see what happens

This company is a scam. Item not delivered but email sent by them saying it was.
Their item-tracking is in French and does not give any pertinent information.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered an item 3 days ago on Sunday and I realised I added the wrong shipping address instantly that same day I emailed moonlitcat to ask for them to cancel the order as I made a mistake and no response.
I sent a few more emails and nothing. Not happy with the service if I don't hear anything I will take this further.

This is either a scam or a very badly run drop-shipping company; almost certainly Chinese or similar. Much the same as most other reviewers here, money was taken for 3 items when only 1 was ordered. Non-delivery is blamed on 2 different parts of the process - order processing and shipping, with possible hold ups at customs for "cleaning" - really??? I've had deliveries from the US arrive in less than a week, so why do they have such delays? "Peak" period is also blamed for almost 2 months delivery time (still not delivered). No, it wasn't Christmas; just the middle of June.

The company's replies to all reviews are almost identical, regardless of the issue. Dreadful use of English with the same excuses trotted or to all, regardless of the issues. It would be interesting to see how many others, where the offer to contact reviewers to resolve issues is made, actually hear from these goons.

Paying with PayPal rather than a credit or debit card solved this problem. I learned the hard way last year, not realising that I was buying a gift from a drop-shipping company. I paid with Visa a month before Christmas. The damage was only apparent when the jacket was put on on Christmas Day, by which time the very short return window had closed (no allowance for Xmas unlike virtually all other companies). Despite clear evidence of pre-delivery damage, Visa denied my claim, citing the missed return deadline. An expensive way to learn not to trust them. So now, I only use PayPal for any purchase with a company I haven't heard of or used before. Their buyer protection really protects. Money from this transaction was returned when a screenshot proved only 1, not 3 was ordered and delivery not made (always screenshot your order confirmation before you close or move from the page).

With only one 4 star review (which may not be legitimate, given all the 1 stars), the chances are this company is a scam. If you're going to buy from any company following ads on Facebook, YouTube, Tiktok or any other social media platform, don't just follow a link. Look it up for reviews. Above all, make sure you have proper buyer protection in case it goes wrong, which it invariably will. More than likely you can find the same products on legitimate, trusted sites like Amazon or other companies that sell online without using hard sell social media ads.

i want my refund , i just bought one item then . they got me confused of buying another discounted item ..didn't even have the confirmation ,., that's scamming people, i hope pope will be aware of this. i send an email for my refund but no reply at all .

,I received my lights but they don’t work.

Asked for returns address and refund but it’s all gone very quiet.
I suppose I will just keep on and on until I get what I asked for.
