This product looks cheap and I could have purchased this on Amazon or Bed Bath and beyond and not have to wait 20 days for it.
I wanted to return it unopened but the return policy, which I did not read as I thought there was no chance I would be returning it, says I have to pay for shipping. Not a good friendly how do you do. No future product shopping here

A good firm to deal with.
I ordered two toy birds for my cats only to discover there were no instructions as to how to activate them, which were of no use because they didn’t fly.
I emailed the firm and KAUS apologised and said that a refund would be made.
I appreciated this and said so.

Order page picked up a second, more expensive order, as well as the one I chose. My account has now been debited 2 amounts €79.81 the correct order and €142.89 unwanted order. I emailed 'support at beamile.com' to cancel the whole thing and received no correspondence whatsoever from them. beamile.com is the contact details for the company on my Paypal account.
