Good product.
The order process was easy to complete & had good updates from the supplier. The parcel arrived in good condition, the product & packaging having no signs of damage.
I have had the chance to use the electric scissors & they coped well with corrugated cardboard boxes. The unit is light enough to use for 15 - 20 minute before my senior wrists start aching, not expecting to need more than this other than peak parcel times, Xmas etc.
My only area of dissatisfaction was the lack of expected delivery date at the time of order. I was expecting delivery in about a week but the final delivery time was nearer 3. Once the tracking information was available it became clear that the product was coming from overseas & not sourced from a UK facility.

I still haven't received a refund nor have I received the item that I purchased, all I get is a generic email stating that my goods are on the way. 20 minutes later I received another email stating that my parcel has been delivered today. THIS A TOTAL SCAM, NO ITEM NO REFUND NO REASON GIVEN AGAIN, they say that a customer service representative will contact me later the same day, and still got nothing. DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE IN AUSTRALIA, BECAUSE YOU DON'T GET ANYTHING, AND THERE IS NOTHING US AUSSIES CAN DO ABOUT IT
