I read the reviews here and was very concerned that I had just been scammed. I called up Lucky2go and the man on the line was actually very helpful and provided me access to manage my booking through the airline company itself. Overall I have maybe saved about £5 so you can decide whether or not it is worth the hassle. It seems a lot of the issues come from potential flight changes, and whilst this is a concern for me as I am yet to have my flight, so far they have been good.

It was easy to understand and get a good deal.

Negative stars my booking says canceled and they debt my money from my account!!!! My flight leaves tomorrow morning and I can’t get a hold of customer services

I booked a ticket and made the payment. The platform said it is in process. After a few hours it says the booking has been cancelled. Now there is no response and I am still waiting for a refund.

Ihr seid die richtige Betrüger . Ich würde keiner hier empfehlen Tickets zu buchen. Ihr sagte , dass keine Rückerstattung möglich ist aber bin selber in Tashkent in Flughafen und nachfragte nach Rückerstattung , die meinen wir haben schon dieses Ticket zurückgezahlt .

Bought ticket and second charge appeared on my credit card with Lucky2Go’s hidden transaction fee. Very underhanded way to do business. Avoid Lucky2Go.

They lied and said the airline would not refund me even though I spoke to several airline spokespeople that said they were able to refund as long as lucky2go did it on their end. They failed to do it within the 24 hour window and took their time getting back to me. I could not reach any customer service agent who actually knew what they were talking about. I am a college student and just lost a good amount of money and am very frustrated. I really tried my best to get the refund and had the actual airline telling me I was doing everything right. This service is NOT reliable or respectful do not use them. I thought they would be legit but they are not. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

Lors de la réservation un message « la carte n’a pas pu être débitée » a était noté et sur ma réservation c’est noté en attente de payement cela veut bien dire que je ne vais pas être prélevé ? Site vraiment nul aucun moyen de les joindres

Was very easy to navigate and booking

Terrible customer experience. Website shows prices much cheaper then other and when you spend your time and fill all the fields, choose all the options and confirm, they say that the price is higher (similar to other websites). It's just cheating. They hope that a person tired of filling out all the data will buy a more expensive ticket.

They never refunded me after my flight got canceled they received the refund but I HAVE NOT

It was an interesting experiment. If you don't care so much about the precision of your journey, it can be considerable. Actually they perform well about my reservations and there was no mistake. Company take responsibility about my cancelled flight refund. We couldn't get any document from the airlines system until last 8-24 hours. We got the boarding passes at the airport(I asked 8 hours before the flight about the situation for customer relations and they directed fast, luckily :)
