Misleading Charges and Zero Customer Support

I booked a flight through Luck2Go only to be charged a significantly different amount than what was displayed at checkout. After sending multiple emails to their support team, I received no response whatsoever. For a platform handling real financial transactions, this level of dishonesty and non-communication is unacceptable. Avoid.

Update, to Lucky2go:

I have sent several emails and also raised this issue via the platform, but I have not received any response. Is there a specific reason for this lack of communication?

Selected ticket price (€598.91) changed to another price I paid for (€1264.61)

Booked a return ticket with them. The flight I selected was €598.91. While I was trying to transfer my money to an account of my debit card, I received an email with a booking number, saying "Your booking is waiting for payment" and clearly showed €598.91. I purchased the ticket and €1264.61 (€904.48 for ticket itself and €360.13 for taxes and fees). Why is the price so different? I sent two messages but I haven't heard anything. Such a fraud.

after you click "book" the price increases by up to 200%

I tried to book 5 different times , after they let me fill out my information together with my credit card detail the message comes up that the cost of the flight has increased (by 100-200%) and do i want to go forward with the booking .

AVOID: They are trying to overcharge you without warning

AVOID AT ANY COST: This company is a huge scam as they charge you more! I am searching for tickets in Airtickers.gr . Lucky2Go appears first on the list with the lowest price (ex. 55€)
After I fill all my details and on the right of the page, BEFORE clicking the FINAL CONFIRMATION BUTTON it STILL shows "55€" , at the end they will charge your credit card MORE! In my case 77€ !

Of course I know how much scammers they are and I had the exact amount in Revolut so the charge failed.

AVOID AT ANY COST! Always choose another agency to book your flights!

Edit: They replied to me and they lie that "All platforms ask a fee". FALSE.

Kiwi.com , EDreams.com do not ask for extra money. They sell the ticket at the EXACT SAME PRICE that Airtickets.gr mentions! Otherwise we would not even click on it. And Petas.gr asks for around 10% at the end. I know all of you because I buy around 8-10 airplane tickets per year.

You were saying 55€ in Airtickets.gr and you tried to:
A) Charge me 77€ ! HUGE difference than the price mentioned in Airtickets.gr
B) You did NOT WARN me BEFORE the checkout! On the right, the price says "55€" and in Revolut you tried to charge me 77€ . This is robbery, it is illegal and we must ALL file a complaint against you to sekretariat ds. konsumentów in Poland.

Estafadores. Un billete de Iberia que costaba 82 euros lo ofrecían por 78. Pues hice la reserva. NO añadí ninguna opción. Al pagar el precio era todavía 78 euros. Una vez pagado me cobraron 103 euros.

Once more: fraudsters! husltlers! You belong in jail!!! Look at the cheeky answer! A service fee for a service I have not wanted, not ordered, and was not even annouced! I could not even see, before approving the payment with my credit card, that you had added 30 euros to the price indicated during the ordered. The only price I agreed with was the one of 78 euros, not a penny more. I will pursue you. And keep your hypocritical "kind regards" for yourself, you criminals!!!!!!

Update: I have reported them to my credit card company and sent them an invitation to cancel the flight and refund me the WHOLE price, since they have frauded me. Waiting for a reply that surely will not come (or will be evasive). I will report them to the European Commission and the public prosecutor.

Très bonne expérience

Après avoir validé un vol Lyon Prague, je consulte les avis de ce site. Que du négatif!!! Un peu sceptiques nous attendons impatiemment les billets LUFTHANSA.
Aucun problème à l aller comme au retour. Je tiens quand même à le préciser. C est important de signaler quand ça ne fonctionne pas mais aussi quand tout va bien.

Nous avons été victimes d’une arnaque…

Nous avons été victimes d’une arnaque sur ce site.
Ce matin, nous n’avons pas pu embarquer car l’heure de l’avion a été modifiée et le site «nous aurait » prévenu sur une adresse mail qui n’existe pas ( adresse mail générée par leur plateforme).
Nous avons fait plusieurs réclamations, mais je suis toujours en attente de leur réponse.
En espérant un remboursement sinon je fais appel à mon assistance juridique.
La compagnie Transavia me revoit vers la plate-forme Luky2go.
Vacances gâchées !

Unclear Communication About Carry-On Baggage

Booked a flight with them as their pricing for a flight specifically showed that my carry-on baggage would be included in the price of my tickets (or "hand baggage" as they call it on their site). Once I got my confirmation, it showed that I only got personal bags (or "small bag" based on their website) included, and no carry-ons. I messaged the site advising, and they refused to fix it as according to them, they said that my carry-on that was included was actually my personal bag! I asked them to reimburse me due to the confusion, and they refused as by saying that my "hand baggage" was my "small bag", that clearly shows that my carry-on is somehow included in the pricing.

If a website says by their terminology that a carry-on is included by saying my carry-on is a personal bag, that is ridiculous. I looked on the website, and it didn't include an option to buy extra "hand baggage" either, which to me shows they aren't up to date on most Canadian airlines and how their baggage fees work.

If a site is clearly going to show 3 types of baggage, and only shows 2 types of baggage at time of booking, that is not "clearly stating" based on their reply.
