Te venden sus pasajes, con seguro de cancelación y reembolso.
Luego a la hora de cancelar, te dicen que los pasajes no son reembolsables, porque la aereolinea no lo permite.
Entonces para que te engañan vendiendo un seguro de cancelación que saben no vale para nada?

Rezerwowałam lot w obie strony do Turcji. Mój pobyt 28.04 - 05.05 2024 rok. Cała rezerwacja przebiegła pomyślnie, odprawa on-line, bilet. Informacje były systematyczne i czytelne. Dzwoniłam również do firmy, pan który ze mną rozmawiał wszystko mi wyjaśnił. Był bardzo cierpliwy i miły. Dlatego zarezerwowałam przelot na urlop również do Turcji. POLECAM

My flight was cancelled by Frontier Airlines on January 14th. They refunded Lucky 2 go on January 16th, yet I still have not received my refund in mid-April. I email them about once a week and get the same response, and they continually lie to me stating that they have not received the refund from Frontier (who showed confirmation that they have). Do not book with them!

Es un fraude compre 4 tiquetes ayer para beijing, me enviaron reserva confirmada lo hice por medio de la app jetcost, cuando llego hoy al aeropuerto me dicen que ha sido cancelada, me debitaron de mi tarjeta, y no hay como comunicarse, ha sido un scam completamente esta pagina, no comentan el mismo error mio, busquen alternativas, estara en proceso de demanda con abogados y demas ! Aun no he podido viajar ! Espero mi devolución

one of the worst experiences
i paid for a flight ticket approx. 1930 euros, transactions rejected, money refunded 3 days later, but without approx. 60 euro

after talking with lucky2go operator on the phone, she assured me that i would receive the full refund.

i tried the second time to book the flight ticket, i paid, and again reservation was rejected.

is their business to check first if tickets are available, and only then to accept payment .

i hope that i will be refunded for the lost money, i do not care if my bank took a fee, i care about the fact that a failed transaction must end with full money refound

If I could give them 0 I would. They are crooks. Absolutely ruthless. 4months of going back and forth and being played. Had to incur $600 worth of international calls. Awful people really bad.

I have had 2 payments taken off my credit card for travel I haven’t booked. Credit card company say I need to contact Lucky2go but you need booking details to actually contact them!!

Nightmare

Due to emergency surgery to reattach my retina I could not fly due to gas used to keep my retina in place. I provided lucky2go with medical certificates to prove I could not fly over a week before the flight. After a long chain of deliberately unhelpful correspondence they have failed to reimburse any money for the cancellation.
