Collection of outstanding rent.
Our tenant didn't pay all the rent. However, through negotiations and diplomatic measures with persistence, your staff made it possible for the outstanding rent to be paid 2 days after the initial one was collected! It was very helpful and shows high level of effectiveness.

Couldn't do it without them!!
When a rental is working the way it was planned and the payments are coming in, why would anyone need an agent. This is rarely the case in my experience. I couldnt have continued to rent out a property without the support of the team at lettingaproperty. Especially without the hard work, determination and support given by Charlotte in accounts, she is brilliant at her job.

When my tenant has been late on payments
When my tenant has been late in payment, my Rent Arrears Officer, Charlotte Clarke worked tirelessly chasing the payments daily. She kept me in the loop of all communications to the tenant thereby relieving me of the burden of having to chase up myself. Would highly recommend her and Letting Property in dealing with your rentals
