jetkrate experience from the US
it was super stressful at first figuring everything out, i am super glad with the customer service at hannah provided for me regardless of me ranting and panicking about paying an excessive amount for a product that was sold out in the US. i want to give her a huge shout out & acknowledgment on what a honestly sweet and thoughtful patient person she is. she made the whole experience truly memorable and special for me given that i’ve never ordered internationally before. to jetkrate, hannah s, i like her a lot. please give her employee of the month and a round of applause for her service.

Initially there was an issue with my package and for some reason the measurements of the package were measured incorrectly. I emailed support, but there was some miscommunication because my emails were going to spam. At this point I kind of gave up, but a customer rep, Hannah S., came in clutch because they also checked their spam folder. She literally saved the day, corrected the mistake and got my package back on track. Jetkrate owes her a debt of gratitude, because I went from never wanting to deal with JetKrate again to only shipping with Jetkrate from now on. Thank you Hannah S.! And thank you Jetkrate!

The departure of the package is fast and the service is excellent
If you can help with repacking big packages so that it can be shipped via post while DHL is very expensive.

The worse experience ever I was charged…
The worse experience ever I was charged $92aud for 3 dresses to ship to the US via Australian post light weighted dresses so I ordered the same dresses again with an extra one total of 4 dresses the second time now they charging me $190 aud this is ridiculous the changes of prices over 4 months it’s not even worth you only have fedex as an option . I will never do business with you guys it’s a ripped off

To clarify for anyone reading this review:
Australia Post no longer offers DDU (duties unpaid) services to the United States due to recent US import rule changes affecting shipments under USD 800. This decision was made by Australia Post, not Jetkrate.
Jetkrate only provides DDU shipping. We do not offer DDP services, and as a result, Australia Post is no longer available as a shipping option to the US. This has been explained to you previously.
Because of this, FedEx is currently the only compliant courier option for shipping to the US via Jetkrate, which is why the price differs from shipments made months earlier under an entirely different regulatory environment.
Pricing changes are driven by:
Courier availability
US import regulations
Duties handling requirements
None of which are controlled by Jetkrate.
You are always shown all available courier options and prices upfront before choosing to ship. There are no hidden charges, and you are free not to proceed if the pricing does not suit you.
We understand frustration around increased shipping costs, but these are the result of regulatory changes, not a “rip off”.
