$15 fee for the PO Box. Cool. When it came time to ship to my home address shipping was marked up 200-300%.

Hi. I don't see any helpdesk tickets linked to your email, but we are always happy to assist or answer questions if you contact us. The rates you paid are as indicated on our website for your package weight and dimensions, and I don't know how you arrived at your markup figure.

Slow and inefficient

Skypax UK takes a lot of time: 3 or 4 days untill you get a message that packages has arrived , same untill merge request got followed up, no messages at that request has been cancelled..... , first notice after my question about it, 6 days later . i am waiting for 2,5 weeks now and nothing has been packed.

Hello. I am sorry our service times have been slow. We have recently added new staff members to help return service to normal timeframes.
I see that your merge request was cancelled because combining as you requested would take the package weight over 35kg. An email was sent to you on cancellation, which shows as successfully delivered, with an explanation and suggestion for alternative packing.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs.
Took them two months to find my package at their facility and then they charged me "storage fee" for that time.
I also discovered it cost $50 to ship a 100gr package from UK to US.
Let's see how fast they ship after I paid their extortion fees. $130 for a package worth $30.

Hi. Your package arrived incorrectly addressed and was logged to our unidentified packages area. You wrote in 48 days later on 30th Jan but did not provide any identifying information, and only on 18th Feb did you provide information allowing us to match with your account and we immediately allocated the package to your suite. You could have despatched from that point but chose not to and so storage charges accrued.

My experience with Skypax was extremely hassle free and very easy.
The only issue I had is that after paying to have my package repacked into a smaller package to hopefully save a few dollars on postage there was still very much empty space when I opened my package otherwise great 👍

Skypax is great when it works but extremely difficult to contact.

Skypax is great when it works. But I had a terrible experience where a package was "locked" and it was impossible for me to contact anyone in Skypax. Emails were never answered. International phone calls were dropped after being picked up at Skypax. My time zone is about 12 hours different from the UK so they were working during my night-time. Eventually Skypax replied after a friend in the UK phoned them, and the issue was quickly resolved. Worse, storage charges kept on racking-up and have not been refunded, yet Skypax had no difficulty sending me emails telling me to get the parcel despatched throughout this saga. RECOMMENDATION to Skypax. Make sure your email system works and someone responds reasonably promptly. Remove the requirement that "locks" on packages can be removed only after phone discussion --- that is impossible when your phone system repeatedly drops calls over a period of weeks. (Date of this experience was Feb/March 2026).

I got another package damaged beyond repair because Skypax decided it would be great idea to fold my daughters gift bags

They still won’t reply to me, I paid for extended liability. My PACKAGE IS INSURED AND THEY REFUSE TO RESPOND AND PAY ME FOR MY MISSING/DAMAGED ITEMS

Hello. There is an ongoing case and delivery dispute with the carrier. We have written to you with an update. We have not refused your claim for loss, we just have to conclude our process to establish loss. Your "damage" indicated thus far is only to intermediate retail packaging which is not covered as per our T&C's and no item damage has been indicated.
