Kurt was great and knowledgeable of the problem that i was having. He answered all my questions and left me at ease.

Insonic was useful in assigning a technician to carry me through how to better use their printer. Mr. Kurt was kind enough to show how to use their printer by demonstrating every step of the way..

My printer was down for a week... I did everything I possibly could before calling tech support. Cherry was the name of our tech, who walked us through everything with very clear instructions. And just in a short period of time was able to solve all of the issues and get us back up and running. Highly recommend Cherry!

If I could leave 100 stars I would! Kurt worked with me for what seemed like all day! He was very professional even when I was losing it! He helped me step by step until we got this machine to work! He was amazing!! He was very prompt in answering unlike other companies I have worked with before! He never left my side the whole time! I am so very grateful for him and he was a God send! Thank you so much and if I have problems again I hope that he will be the one to answer the call! Thank you from one non techy old woman!

Awesome job helping getting machine running

Had 2 great experiences while I was setting up for print I was stuck and didn’t know what to do. Eli helped me for over an hour. Not sure what time it was for him, but it was midnight for me. I really appreciated helping me out for so long and answering my questions and got me up and running. Today I had a good experience with Kurt, I was having issues with my print today stopping mid print. He helped me out and although I was my error, he was understanding and also sent over some supporting videos. I appreciate the excellent service you guys provide. Thanks again, I’m very grateful.
