The parts sent were not what I needed,unfortunately. I just needed to square up the laser rails and tighten screws. So I spent money on things not needed, yet. Maybe in the future. You've helped me greatly in the past. Shipping is just too long!

Quick to respond, helpful in they're responses company. No complaints at all and will be making future purchases with them!

I have sent 2 contact request to IKIER, using thier web site, and have never received a reply. No phojne listed to contact the company. SHOWS A COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO THANK YOU

The Refurbished Ikier Engraver I ordered is in excellent condition ~ I bought the exact model I previously had ~ 35W ~ This new machine seems a good bit better ~ the engraving is more consistent and darker. Seems some improvements have occurred since I bought my first one. Shipping was quite delayed ~ that's annoying! And thank goodness there are some good 3rd party youtubers out there who offer detail assembly instructions as Ikier's assembly instructions leave much to be desired. Overall however, I am a big fan of Ikier!

Order took much longer than expected and I never had access to any tracking information. I had to contact the help center two times and both times was told they would expedite my delivery.

The best I have worked with co2 or diode! Haven't needed support yet so can't comment on that.

Order arrived as expected and the product is working better than expected. My first Lazer engraver and I can see that it will not be my only one. The Atomstack program is easy to learn how to program. Very happy with the purchase 😃

After ordering, item was not available.

The laser engraver that was ordered does not reflect the ad that was advertised. Refurbished of at least 80% New, but the item received is in a horrific site. Filthy, Corroded, ALL Axis seized, Pcs. Melted,And many accessories missing. It appears that the engraver was in/on fire at one point. And now no response from Ikier as how to proceed.

Après achat, le mauvais kit d'extension fourni, il auras fallu quelque jours est crise de nerfs pour qu'il comprennent malgré les photos est vidéo des connectique non compatible entre kit/machine... Un désastres mais résolu en revanche une fois le contenu de votre porte feuille vidé, on comprend que régler les problèmes de leurs machine fait clairement c-h-i-e-r.
Donc à ce jour plus d'un an après achat, le module wifi ne fonctionne pas est donc machine inutilisable par l' application téléphone, et le pire c'est que le firmware est impossible à mettre à jour, ce qui est nécessaire voir impératif vu que la dimension de la machine à changer (plus grande dû au kit d'extension) et je m' aperçois que sans ordinateur, donc juste avec la clé usb (au bon format) la machine fait erreur sur erreur et ne grave rien.
Sans parler du bruit anormale que fait la tête de gravure lors de l' autofocus gros claque en monter et descente, donc un ultime et dernier achat pour moi, car évidement ouvrir le carton vous fait péter 60% du prix en cas de renvoie, car le sav... (grosse blague) est par recommandable, bref au vu du prix, et de la "qualité" que Ikier donne à ses machines on est en droit d' attendre un minium (absent) et puis d' autres font mieux (qualité et esthétisme) pour moins chère et avec un sav plus présents et certainement plus compétent... Franchement allez ailleurs...

They simply delivered what I needed. Would be nice in the future if there was a Canadian store or warehouse so shipping from China doesn't take so long.

J'ai acheté un graveur k1 ultra 36w en novembre 2025, j'ai une panne de câbles dégradés, j'ai envoyé un mail à support ikier, ils m'ont répondu et analysé mon problème par rapport aux photos et vidéo reçus, et m'ont donné des conseils afin de résoudre mon probleme. Tout s'est réglé ensuite. Merci au service support

Good product, fast delivery

Product delivered incomplete – no response from support

I ordered the iKier K1 max 48W and received the machine itself, but unfortunately parts of my order are missing.

A key for the software Lightburn (which I payed for!), was not included, and the heightened feet that were listed in the product description were missing from the package.

I have contacted customer support multiple times over the past few weeks, but I have not received any response at all. No clarification, no update, no solution.

This is very disappointing, especially considering the price of the product. The laser itself seems to work, but missing components and complete lack of communication from support significantly affect the overall experience.

I hope the company will respond and resolve this issue soon.

Don't buy from here as a company; you won't receive an invoice for your accounting. Support doesn't respond to inquiries. I hope this thing works and I never need their support. One star is still too generous.

Courier can’t help and its not their fault
Ikier support isn’t supporting, days even weeks late to reply an email just to tell me to pick up the item myself, in another country!
My order details are clear, United Arab Emirates-Dubai, not Saudi Arabia
I gave up
Never got refund, never got the power switch
My laser machine is useless

1ere commande compliqué pour l'achat de la machine en début d'année... J'ai acheté le boîtier pour presque 400€ le 6 octobre, argent prélevé le jour même et à ce jour donc le 23 décembre, toujours rien reçu, personne ne répond à mes mails, seulement un semblant de suivi de colis du 1er décembre et rien ne bouge... Je suis très en colère. Ne commandez pas chez eux... Moi c'était la dernière fois !
