Prices are good. Packaging is good. Follow-up once you have ordered not so good. After ordering was just left hanging not knowing what was going on with order. Anyhow order arrived eventually and pleased with quality etc. Just be prepared to wonder what is going on with order.

I love my coffee table, good quality, good customer service

Excellent customer service, great prices and quality furniture. Was updated on delivery time slots and they delivered to an upstairs room which was fantastic as the furniture is so solid and heavy. All rubbish taken away- couldn't ask for better.

Very efficient and pleasant

Steve was very helpful and patient as we chose our table and chairs letting us borrow a brochure.
Marked as a four as there was a long time for the table to come and we had to ask of its whereabouts. The chairs were delivered with the wrong fabric, but he let us borrow one overnight in the correct fabric to confirm it was the one we wanted. He said to use the delivered chairs until the new ones came. All chairs replaced at the same time as the barstools we subsequently ordered were delivered.
Overall a good experience and happy to buy from there again.

Hopo replied to my email enquiry swiftly and were able to supply our furniture at a great price, and quickly. 2 man delivery experience was very good. I'll certainly use Hopo again.

The parcel arrived on time, it was easy to put together with the instructions given. It is a very substantial piece of furniture.

Really pleased with Service from Steve he helped all the way through the process held onto my order while I was completing some work kept in touch and organised the delivery when I wanted it and when it was delivered, Steve was on the lorry because a driver had called in sick and to ensure I had it delivered he came with it without a doubt full box for Service

Just a few problems but resolved quickly very pleased with the table

Pleased with wardrobe which is very good quality and at a good price after I had searched other suppliers for the same wardrobe. I paid for premium delivery which included putting the wardrobe together. I would recommend this as it took 2 delivery men over 2 hours to put it together and it's very heavy once complete. They were very good and took care of everything during this. I have only given 4 stars as the wardrobe took several weeks to come not as advertised on the website as 7-10 working days.

Brilliant company, first time purchasing from them but was amazed at the brilliant communication from Steve. He gave updates on the stock and a good timeline of when I could expect delivery. He then confirmed with myself if the scheduled delivery would be suitable for me, and when it wasn't he was happy to rearrange for a time convenient for myself. Highly recommended company and will always be looking here first for future furniture purchases.

Easy to do business with and the cabinet we purchased was every bit as good as we had hoped. The quality of the finish is very good and the look and feel both are excellent.

Great service, delivery guys were brilliant getting large piece of furniture to a tricky spot. Hopo Furniture kept us updated throughout and product is excellent quality.

The table is lovely and as expected but it can be purchased elsewhere and with hindsight I probably would have chosen another company.

When I purchased I asked if it was possible to deliver on one of two days which were actually later than the delivery window. This was agreed so I went ahead and purchased.

I was told the delivery would be on the second of the two days but unfortunately my table was sent to someone else but with my name as the reference. I was called by the company who apologised and agreed to deliver the table the following week and refund the delivery cost. I agreed although it was very inconvenient for me, especially having previously provided two very convenient dates.

I asked if they could deliver late in the day as I was due to be in the office. They replied just before midday to say it would arrive in the afternoon - think I had worked that one out at that point but it was far too late for me to go into work by then.

This was a month ago, no refund has been forthcoming though. I have emailed several times and they just ignore my messages.

I always feel the true test of a company is how they handle things when they go wrong and this company has failed. Seems like they only pretended to offer me a refund to shut me up.
