Zofa delivered our new sofa today and I have to say the whole experience has been flawless from start to finish. The sofa took just 5 weeks to arrive and is absolutely STUNNING and so comfortable too! The two guys who delivered it were efficient and so polite and I didn’t have to do a thing! From start to finish the sales process has been exceptional with great communication from the team and an amazing tracking service on the day. I took delivery of my Muse sofa this afternoon delivered by David and Jordan - they were so friendly and were more than happy to remove the arms to make it easy to manoeuvre 😊 you do get the feeling you are dealing with a very personable and customer centric business and the quality of my sofa and footstool is fabulous - a gorgeous colour and real quality… my transaction was done purely online by receiving fabric samples and going on live chat to gather further information. I am so pleased I took the plunge and cannot recommend Zofa highly enough - you have totally exceeded my expectations

Their approach is different to and much better than other suppliers in the marketplace. Sofas are fairly priced, well designed and have excellent guarantees on the frame and cushions. In addition, the range of fabrics are all you would want and are all priced the same, unlike others.

Also, timeframes for delivery at 4-6 weeks knock spots off other suppliers.

Our visit to the newly opened showroom in Fulham was a joy with attentive, knowledgeable and very friendly service. All our questions were fully and professionally dealt with, both there and during communications with their place in Yorkshire. Beth is amazing !!

I wanted to wait a few months before writing a review, as I thought it would be of the most use to other people who may be contemplating purchasing from Zofa - and I can honestly say I would happily recommend them as a company and their products. We were a little anxious about purchasing a sofa we weren't able to try out beforehand, but a video call with the showroom put our mind at ease. And we have definitely not been disappointed.
We purchased the Utopia in the relaxed fit, vintage velvet, and have been so happy with it. The customer service received both in pre and after sale has been great, and the delivery team were polite and very tidy.

We have two young boys and so far the vintage velvet has proven it can withstand runny noses and sticky fingers. We have had the sofa two months so far and it still looks great despite being used as an obstacle course, and the fabric has been very forgiving. It is deep and comfy, and no plumping has been required to maintain its shape.
The central back cushion is the only one showing a little more shape change, but I just flip / rotate it every other week to even it out.
I would say that it is tricky to get the modular sections to actually click together - the foot stool we have still not managed to secure to the main sofa, but we don't mind particularly. However if you are purchasing this to reconfigure on a semi-frequent basis, or at all, after the delivery team have clicked it together for you, it may be difficult depending on your floor finish. We have a rug and thick carpet which is why I think we are having trouble with connecting the foot stool.

We discovered Zofa when we visited Redbrick Mill and were really impressed with the range of styles and quality of the sofas in the showroom and the friendly and non-pushy chat we had with Hannah in the store. We decided quite quickly after we got home that we were going to buy one, but couldn’t quite decide between two similar fabric colours. Hannah was so helpful in arranging for larger fabric samples to be sent out to us which helped us choose . We decided on the 7th Heaven Midi small corner in Forest Green Luxe Woven Velvet and Beth and Hannah helped us place our order.
Our sofa was ready in 4 weeks and when I had a query re delivery on the day I spoke to Brenda on the phone who was great. The new sofa is gorgeous, seems really well made and comfy and love that it was made in Yorkshire too.

ZOFA have been excellent from the minute we set foot in the showroom right through to delivery. We cannot rate them highly enough. Every query we had was dealt with efficiently and effectively. They keep in touch each step of the way. Best service we’ve received from anywhere in a long time AND our settee and accompanying pouffe’s are beautiful. Delivery and installation into our home was great.
We would recommend them to anyone without hesitation 😊

I can’t rave about this company more. We visited their gorgeous showroom in Redbrick mill and Beth was so helpful in helping us choose our sofa. Beth was then amazing throughout the whole ordering process and beyond via email and phone calls. Delivery was timely and so easy to track and the sofa itself (Utopia, 4 piece open ended in apricot) is beautiful and so well-made. Amazing small business.

Had a great experience visiting the showroom in Redbrick and Beth was really helpful. We ordered the Utopia sofa in velvet and it is such an amazing sofa. Really comfortable and we’ve had lots of lovely comments from family visiting. Love that these sofas are made in Yorkshire, and it should last a long time. The delivery was really great too.

Saw the sofa’s online and it was too far to travel and view them in person. Looked at reviews and decided to take a chance. So glad we did. We were that pleased with the quality of sofa that we ordered another for another part of the house.

Easy to order, had received samples of material so knew it would look good in our room. Delivery men were very helpful and friendly. They unpacked and took away all packaging. The settees are gorgeous, even better than we'd hoped!!!

We liked the idea of Zofa being British made in Yorkshire and visited the store and showroom at the Redbrick site. We weren’t disappointed. It was a long way to travel but worth the effort as we decided on a different sofa style to what we’d thought on line. Beth was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and helped us reach our choice. The fact that you can have any fabric with any model is such a great idea and gives you flexibility. All the models are excellent quality and made in Yorkshire. From placing the order it took 4 weeks to delivery and the delivery process was excellent, bang on time, great delivery guys and a smooth process. We purchased a 4 seater 2 seater sofas and a footstool/chaise. The models fit perfectly in our new space and the showroom helped us make sure the sizes would work in the space. All round a great experience, thanks Zofa!

Just received my new sofa today and I’m well impressed. The craftsmanship is of high quality and the customer service I received from my first online order to tracking progress over delivery was very person centered.
The delivery drivers were very polite and professional taking extra care to setting up my sofa.
Overall top service and definitely recommend for any future furniture purchase.
