I had seen some (very expensive) bar stools at a big retailer but saw some very similar at hopo on line (we live a long way from the store). Steve was very helpful sending photos and info on what’s app prior to ordering. I’m very pleased with my purchase, swift delivery and good quality bar stools. Would recommend.

Spoke with Steve it was a very straightforward friendly professional conversation, I explained what furniture we were looking for & Steve offered the best deal.

The furniture was how I’d describe as professionally packed with “each” piece individually wrapped then placed in a cotton like bag, the furniture is excellent quality & assembly is straight forward it does take a little time each chair has its own bag of bolts/washers & Allen key ( a 12volt screw driver speeds the assembly up then nip up with the Allen key )

We visited the showroom to see what we wanted, the order was placed there and then they were able to hold our delivery until we were ready to receive it. They also followed up regularly unprompted. The delivery driver also helped bring the item into the house which is more than others do. The stools are super comfortable, we are really happy with our purchase!

I made a number of inquiries about the table I wanted to order via your website and these were responded to very quickly and were detailed. I particularly liked being able to speak to a very nice person on the phone about delivery options. Customer service was excellent throughout. A rarity these days. Delivered on time, with helpful updates from the delivery company. Table was perfect, just as portrayed on website. A very good experience from start to end.

This is a beautiful table. It is small and neat and the craftsmanship is outstanding. It is exactly what I was looking for. Delivery came as expected and the table was well packaged and secure. I’m delighted with my purchase.

The table we received is excellent. The problem was the delivery! We received a call to say that the delivery would be in 45 minutes. 2 hours later I called back the delivery people and they said it had been delivered, I said no it hasn't, where has it been delivered to and they said number 80 and I said it should have been delivered to 84 and they said it had been accepted by a young lady. We went to our neighbours and they helped us bring it up the road. As you can appreciate it was very heavy and not easy to carry. Later that evening I did get a call from the delivery people to check we had located our delivery and according to their paper work it said number 80, my invoice clearly says 84. We do love the table though.

This company was extremely helpful. I had a chat online with a member of staff with the questions i had. Once making the purchase, delivery arrived in 7 days. The delivery team contacted to advise what estimated time they would arrive. They unpacked the purchase & checked it was not damaged & they took packaging away. I was given a date and time slot for delivery of my furniture. I received a phone call to say 20 minutes away, and everything went exactly as they suggested.

Table exactly what I wanted and at a sensible price, and good quality

Prices are good. Packaging is good. Follow-up once you have ordered not so good. After ordering was just left hanging not knowing what was going on with order. Anyhow order arrived eventually and pleased with quality etc. Just be prepared to wonder what is going on with order.
