Sorry it arrived damaged, but thank you for giving us the chance to put it right. We’re glad the team could arrange a replacement for you.
A lovely lamp & great customer service
A lovely lamp, actually, our second of the same lamp, from Creation, we liked the first one so much.
This one was a lengthy delay from order, but customer services got in touch with me twice, and explained abd offered a small discount for our inconvenience both times, which we gracefully excepted. But you can't argue a) that they did get in touch b) explained the circumstances were further up the supply chain c) offered a unrequested token if good faith.
The lamp arrived and was as beautiful as the first one. Thank you on all fronts.

Thank you 🙂 That’s exactly the balance we aim for, something that feels special in the room and still like money well spent.
