I am sorry to hear you have had an issue with your delivery via furdeco but In fairness, your order was collected by Furndeco on April 23rd, which falls within the time frame provided. You have also received an email from Furndeco regarding the booking of your delivery.
Upon checking the portal, I have confirmed that your order is scheduled for May 5th. Therefore, I believe a harsh review is unjustified, as we have fulfilled our obligations without any delays. However, it is possible that partner carriers may take a few days to schedule deliveries, which we apologise for. In this instance, the scheduling is beyond our control.

The 7-10 day deliver turned into a…
The 7-10 day deliver turned into a month with numerous phonecalls and it'll be tomorrows/next weeks.
When it finally arrived the colour did not match the on-line pictures. Its a nice piece of furniture, but not the colour I was expecting.

As previously communicated, the primary issue was the carrier of the incoming delivery, DPD, which failed to deliver the product on six separate occasions. This is an unacceptable level of service and has prompted us to cease purchasing from this supplier to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

A happy purchasing experience
I was a little wary of buying furniture on the internet and looked into the Company quite thoroughly before going onto the online chat. Steve answered all my questions and I decided to go ahead with the purchase of an oval shaped chest of drawers with marble top.
I was kept well informed at each stage of the process and the item was delivered 3 days later at the exact time that I was told it would be.
We love the chest and would have no hesitation in purchasing from Hopo in the future.

The furniture is well built and looks great.
The items are well built and look great. Unfortunately one to unit arrived damaged and was the last piece in stock, but I received a full refund within two weeks, so very happy with the service provided by hopo furniture.
