A very mixed experience!

A very mixed experience!

Positives:
The bag is beautiful. Well made and well packaged.
Customer service were polite and responded via email and instagram.

Negatives:
The delivery time was insane, it said 2-5 days but was actually 3 weeks and had to chase for updates
During the time I was chasing for an update I kept getting marketing emails talking about quick delivery which was very annoying, also ones about discount codes.
I requested a part refund based on the delay (due to the fact the bag went on offer before it was dispatched) and had to chase twice for this to be processed (although was over the festive period)

So overall a frustrating consumer experience for a beautiful product! Maybe more customer service staff would be a good start…

Beautiful bag!

The purse I received in the mail is more beautiful than I expected! It’s sparkles so nicely and it’s made nicely, I love that it came with a dust bag. Customer service was also top notch with a quick response and resolution to my inquiry! Will be ordering again, thank you :)

Appalling service

Appalling service! Bought a pre order back in nov which apparently got delivered 12 to 14 days late either to the wrong address or was left on the street. lovely customer service stops replying saying they take zero responsibilty for misplaced packages! Never buy from them again!

I don’t recommend

I had problem with my orders and customer service worked really bad, but after I left my feedback here and sent them 10 messages, they solve my problem. I got my bag today, it’s okay. But I don’t recommend this store because you can’t make refund ( only store credits and not full price) and if you order something you can’t cancel even if it’s not shipped.

Shocking

Shocking, the bag did not arrive so i chased them up after 7 days and they said it was because they were struggling to get material (thanks for not letting me know) I then asked for a refund, 24 hours later they they said 'Please confirm delivery address so they can dispatch the bag' the delivery address was confirmed when we purchased the bag ( stalling tactic ) I then stated I wanted a refund, 24 hours later I got a partial refund -£8.50 and now they refuse to respond. This was my wife's Christmas present so DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. after this feedback giarite have then issued another refund but its still 50p short of what I paid and they still wont give me the full refund. 20 emails, so much of my time wasted chasing these incompetent clueless fools. I have never known anything as bad in my life.

Terrible experience, product and returns are impossible

I had a very bad experience with this seller. The bag arrived around 2 weeks late having shipped from China. It appeared very different from the advertising and Giarite makes it challenging to return items. They require you to request the right to your return through a “return portal” which can’t be accessed on their website. They then take 3 business days to determine whether or not you’re allowed to return your item. If they agree to the return, you have to pay this shipment cost. All this to deter customers from returning items.

Would advise against buying from this retailer.

Amazing bags! Get them before they are gone.

Found this amazing company online that has the coolest most fun and well made bags that I’ve seen in a long time and a fabulous price point. I bought the Brilli in silver and green, and was so excited to receive it. When opening the cute box with dust bag, I was pleasantly surprised to see how beautiful and sparkly this bag is. Amazing evening or a fun day out bag that is timeless. I’m going online to buy two more right now. I cannot wait to visit the shop in Selfridge’s after the new year. These bags are a must.

AVOID THIS BRAND !!!

I recently ordered a dress, however realised it was on back order (due to be shipped in 4 weeks time)

The site misleading stated LOW STOCK with regards to the size, however in very small font underneath it did state the dispatch date.

I emailed stating it was too late and I wished to cancel the order for a refund. They have denied this several times. I worked in retail for 10 years and know this is illegal. They have debited my account before the goods even shipped! I don't know, when or if I will ever recieve this dress. Needless to say I don't want it.

Giarite need to understand the consumer trading laws and issue a refund for these unshipped goods.

I haven't received my refund

I returned my order 12452. They received on 17 Jan. Until now, I have received the refund. The customer service answer me twice that she would refund me within a week. But It is 6 weeks now. They haven't answer me.
Don't buy anything from this website unless you don't want to return!
