My favorite
I love your design firstable but a lot of people gave me compliments when I had a bag to the dinners and parties. Compliments are very common in UK and USA but not in Japan. So, it was rare experience to have.

AVOID!!! They don’t comply with Consumer Contract Regs
AVOID!!!
Customer service is shocking and they will do everything they can to avoid complying with Consumer Contracts Regulations.
I ordered a bag, it was 20% off, it arrived quickly and well packaged - all good so far. But I didn’t think it was worth the money, so requested a return. The return was approved and I was provided with a label. I had issues with the label, and in trying to resolve it via their support, was then told that I couldn’t return after all, no returns on discounted goods, ‘this was clear in their terms and conditions’ apparently. Giarite knows fine well that it doesn’t matter what its terms and conditions say - the law applies and customers have a right to return for refund. Also, if you are going to make it difficult for people to get a refund, atleast tell them before they check out, don’t assume that people will go looking for terms and conditions that aren’t even legal.
So I returned anyway. Giarite received it on 27th November and are still refusing a refund. In all of this time, the only ‘support’ and conversation I have been able to have with Giarite has been with Diane, Diane is clearly a bot and has sent me the same reply about 5 times now.
Im now having to go to the Consumer Ombudsman.
Update 3/01/25 - I got a refund but only after posting this review. Their initial tactic was to blackmail me - if I could just delete/edit the review, they would go ahead and refund me. I told them I would reconsider the review once refunded and thankfully they didn’t continue the blackmail attempt, they refunded me.

Scam!
Scam!! Terrible customer service. Paid supplement for next day delivery on 17th November, it is 28th November and I have still not received anything despite 3 emails, one was replied to explaining the busy period is causing a delay. If this is the case they should not be offering next day delivery and allowing customers to pay for it when they can’t fulfil their order. If I don’t hear anything back I will be taking it up with the credit card company. How disappointing

crap CS and shipping rates a lie
Bought the bag on Monday and had to pay the £7 next day delivery. As I purchased after 1pm I knew I wouldn't receive it on Tuesday. However it's now Thursday and I've not received the bag nor has my order progressed nor has my email been responded to. Wanted it for my birthday this weekend but doesn't look promising. Very disappointed that the extortionate shipping cost doesn't actually account for anything

Wow, just wow. I ordered a couple of these. The orders arrived super fast and the purses are just stunning. 😍. If I could rate higher I would but it only lets me give 5 stars instead of more . 10 stars all the way ! In particular one of the purses I bought is the multi colored crystal purse. Typically I like monotone but took a chance on the multi colored crystal purse too . Wow, it’s probably my most favorite purse I have ever owned .

Bought the black Brilly bag and it’s gorgeous. Very sparkly, but what I love is that it’s easy to open and comfortable to carry. Have beautiful bags that look great but aren’t user friendly. This ticks all the boxes.Enough room for phone, keys and lipstick. Ordered it Tues night and it arrived Thursday. It was beautifully packaged and I’m very happy I bought it.

I ordered the Brilly Hue a while ago, it was beautifully packaged, the bag arrived in a dust bag and good quality box to store when not in use. The bag is stunning! The spare crystals were missing from the box so I contacted customer service, Diana got the extra crystals sent out to me within a week.

Buy the countless other bags like it, they’re the same quality
Quite possibly the worst experiences I’ve had with a company. They advertised 3-7 day shipping and ordered because of this. 4 days go by and I reach out as I’ve heard nothing and I’m told their shipping department is on holiday for another 5 days (nowhere on the website was I made aware of this or that my order would be delayed). I requested them to cancel and refund my order as I wouldn’t receive the order on time for my event. They said this wasn’t possible as the 2 hour window had been passed and the only way for me to get a refund is to pay to send it back. Whilst trying to resolve this with customer service I suddenly get an email saying my order was on its way (days before the shipping department were meant to be back from holiday). They also started only answering one question per email leading to a lot of unnecessary back and forth. I finally gave up and cut my losses, I couldn’t be bothered trying to deal with returning after that. I didn’t even think I’d waste my time on this review until I finally used it for the first time the other night (dinner at a restaurant) and I got home to find 3 of the stones had fallen out. Not worth the price nor is it the quality they make it seem like. Just buy one of the many other similar (probably better) bags out there

The bag is from China and has a really strong chemical odor. Ive had the purse for over a year and it still smells like chemicals. I paid over $350 for the bag so I expected much better quality. If you can get past the smell, it’s a pretty bag. I think it’s very misleading how they go to market as a luxury brand.

Les sacs sont beaux sur le site, mais lorsqu’on les reçoit ils comportent des défauts, strass manquants par exemple.
Le service client n’est pas réactif et pas rodé.
La mauvaise expérience ne s’arrête pas là, pour retourner le produit défectueux il faut payer les frais de port qui avoisinent une vingtaine d’euros.
Et depuis plus d’un mois je n’ai pas eu de confirmation de retour ni de remboursement.
Résultat j’ai dépensé plus de 200€ et je n’ai ni le sac ni mon argent…
Pour finir une amie a elle aussi reçu un sac défectueux il me semble donc que c’est fréquent.
