First Class customer service

First Class customer service. Beautiful quality bags too. Can't recommend this company highly enough. Minor issue with one of the bags I bought was resolved promptly and efficiently. Would highly recommend and I WILL be a returning customer for sure!

Absolutely love Giarite!

Absolutely love Giarite! I’ve ordered both the silver and black luna bag and they are perfect. Feel and look like luxury and arrived in perfect condition!

The arrival of my silver bag was slightly later than expected but after I emailed to say it hadn’t arrived customer service quickly sorted it and the bag arrived very soon after. I then ordered the black bag within weeks after and the team noticed and reached out to personally thank me for ordering again and to let them know if I had any delivery issues. I was so impressed, good customer service really does go a long way and I can’t recommend their bags enough!

Statement Bag

I ordered 2 sparkly, statement bags, one for me and the other a gift for my daughter. One of the stones was defective. Diana responded immediately and sent a new one out. Excellent, quick and responsive service! Thank you and can’t wait to order a few more!!

A strange experience

I ordered the Brilly multicoloured bag for an event on New Years Eve, I thought, within plenty of time, based on the quoted shipping times of 3-5 working days. When the item had not arrived by early January I was worried and increasingly nervous about my purchase, so much so, I opened a case via Paypal having emailed with no reply, strangely the bag arrived within three days.

The bag was beautiful but did not arrive with replacement crystals mentioned in the ad. I no longer required the item as the event had passed. I contacted customer services to ask how to return the item, Diana provided the details, however the portal was not working, I then contacted customer services again and after further emails, was advised to return to another address, which I duly did by a trackable method at considerable cost to myself.

I have waited over two weeks for a refund, which I have now received which was due to me opening a paypal case, which was closed on the 11 Jan following delivery of the bag.

The products are lovely (not sure they are worth the hefty cost) but the company lets itself down. Diana is really helpful, she is the backbone of this company, I hope they treat her well, she is very loyal, its a shame the company does not keep to its promises of delivery and service, they do not support her like she supports Giarite.

Beautiful sparkly bag

I was looking for an extra sparkly bag and the silver Brilly bag ticks all the boxes. I love it! It comes beautifully packaged with a dust bag and crossbody chain too. My phone and all other essentials fit inside. I had a small issue with my order but Diana in the customer services team resolved this for me quickly and efficiently.

In a time when there is such a lack of customer service, Giarite went above and beyond for me. I had a minor issue with the bag I had purchased and the chain that came with the bag. Giarite’s customer service responded quickly and went beyond my expectations. Giarite cares about their customers and the quality of their products. Overhyped, overpromising, under-providing

11 December: bought a bag for an event thinking it would arrive in time for 22 December, given the 3-5 day fast shipping advertised on their website.
18 December: realised they still hadn’t shipped the order, so requested to cancel the order, and bought the same bag from a department store instead (who, by the way, shipped it the very next day). Giarite refused to cancel the order and told me to wait to receive it and then return it instead.
22 December: the bag arrives but realising there is no information on how to return, I have to email Giarite again. They send me a link to a returns portal that doesn’t work.
23 December: after several emails to ask for some kind of way to return the bag, they give me an address to send it to. I send the bag to them the same day.
27 December: I email Giarite with proof of delivery and ask them to confirm they have received it and are processing the refund. I never receive a response to this at all (even now at the end of January) leaving me with no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card provider. They did an investigation and ruled in my favour.
I’m still left out of pocket for the returns postage: Giarite have refused to reimburse this.
After using the bag once, a crystal fell off so I’m now considering returning it via the department store I bought it from.
A series of failures that could so easily have been avoided with clear communication.

Obsessed

I bought a bag in black sparkle and I absolutely love it. I had some issues with tracking the package but customer service was very helpful and responsive. I'm eyeing bags in other colours and I think I'll get some as birthday gifts for my friends too – great night out bags!

Just don't!

I ordered a bag on 21st December for New Year's Eve - they state 3-5 day delivery. After zero contact from Giarite, I contacted them on 8th January requesting a refund. The reply received on 10th January stated that they had problems with 'sourcing raw materials for production due to energy cuts' - direct quote. Really? Don't take orders then! I again requested a refund as delivery had taken so long that I no longer need the bag. I heard nothing more then received a despatch notification on 11th January! According to tracking, the bag is still in China! I no longer want it and will have to return it, if it ever arrives, at my own cost. They will quote a 2 hour cancellation policy if you do query but a delivery time of a month, possibly more, is appalling and customers would not order if they knew this. Very poor customer service and a very annoyed customer!

Quality and customer care are disappointing

First of all, the package took forever to come. I bought the bag for a special occasion. It says delivery takes about 3-8 days and I bought it 10 days before I need it, which should be plenty of time. The bag took 20+ days to come and when I was contacting the customer service back and forth for 5 days, all they told me was sharing the tracking number with me which I already had. Also, there was a sale going on while I was waiting for my bag to come, so I asked them to price match the current sale since I haven’t received the bag, and they refused. After 20+ days I finally the bag, I gave it 2 stars since I actually liked the bag, but the strap broke within the second use. I reached out to customer care via Instagram again. And they asked me to send more photos to see the issue. After I sent them more photos, they told me they couldn’t see the flaw clearly and asked me to email them instead (then why asked me to send more photos in the first place?) Overall experience is pretty bad. The quality control and customer service are both disappointing.
