The product quality is not the issue. The issue is the return policy.
First of all, they charge a restocking fee of 20%!!! Next is the fact they are based in Ukraine, making it very likely you will be charged customs duties upon return. Also the process of shipping the products back is a nightmare. It cost us 80 EUR to order, fit and return a dress.

So, make sure you actually want the product. Otherwise you will end up paying up to 50% of the price just to fit it.

Would not recommend.

It was the first and last that I ordered from Ellitáne.

The size was too small for me , so I had to send back the dress.
After one week the dress was arrived back to the adress in Ukraine , and nothing happened so I contacted them via Whatsapp.

They wrote me different reasons why I have not got back the refund yet.. I had to write them nearly every day to something happen then I finally got the refund email...
In the email the refund amount was less with nearly 45 euros... they told me its restocking fee

This restocking fee is ridicilous.. i havent experienced it at other brands i ordered from yet
i hope they are really happy with the amount deducted from me

First I ordered a dress they promoted, I bought it and then they wrote back to say that the fabric was no longer available… ok. I choose another just really because it was the easiest route. After over a month I started searching and asking where the dress was. They gave me a story about how it was refused by me at my address. Impossible! I live in a single family house as the only resident. They told me to contact the shipping company. They couldn’t do anything for me. Of course, the shipping company never responded to my inquiries and i am stuck out the money and the dress, with no one willing to rectify or refund me. The company blocked me from responding to their adds and promos on instagram, where i first found them. STAY AWAY FROM!!!

I ordered a dress from Elitante for my civil ceremony. First thing I want to say about is how much the brand cares about their customers! The service was 100 out of 10, the conversations are very pleasant, people did everything to satisfy my requirements and deadlines.

The dress itself is just beautiful! Right to the size and looks even better then on the pictures on a website. The details are just gorgeous in real life. Material is amazing and the dress itself is very unique. Absolutely satisfied with my choice!

P.S. I went through a lot of famous shops in a big city in France and there was not even one single dress that was closer to price-quality than the one from Elitante!

Una experiencia nefasta. Compré un vestido de novia y me lo enviaron manchado. Al devolverlo me dijeron que había sido manchado por mí y que no me devolvían el reembolso, por lo que he tenido que perder el dinero del vestido. Tras varios email y WhatsApp explicando todo e intentando llegar a un acuerdo no se produjo y tuve que abonar las tasas de envío y perder el vestido el coste del vestido. No recomiendo comprar aquí porque hacen adrede lo de manchar los vestidos para no hacerte la devolución.

La peor experiencia que he tenido nunca con la compra online de un vestido. Compré dos vestidos de novia para devolver uno y quedarme otro, pregunté si devolvían el dinero y me confirmaron que sí, no mencionaron en ningún momento que había que pagar una tasa muy alta por devolverlo y que restaban un 20% del importe por devolverlo. No solo fue eso sino que cuando devolví los dos por otra talla, me dijeron que uno estaba manchado y que no me devolvían el dinero, el vestido era el más caro y encima había hecho el mismo día de devolución la compra del mismo pero otra talla porque mandé fotos de que no me cerraba y fue imposible de mancharlo porque no lo tuve puesto. Pues he tenido que pagar el envío de devolución , más la pérdida del vestido económica y encima sin una solución parcial o compartida por ambas partes. Una estafa yo total y me ha costado un dineral para encima no tener vestido.

I won’t order from here ever again. This brand charges unreasonable fees and seems to be making profit out of returned items, the sizing chart they provide in the website is incorrect. I lost a lot of money with them and I advise everyone to be extra careful before buying.

Edited: It seems the company is also charging restocking fees for cancelled products after 30min. I’m considering taking legal action against them to avoid scamming more people

I would advise caution when ordering from Ellitane.
I placed an order for 349 € and unfortunately had to return the items. While I understood and accepted the 20% restocking fee, the additional costs quickly became excessive and disproportionate.
Here is the breakdown:
20% restocking fee: 69.80 €
Return shipping with insurance: 42 €
Unexpected customs duties requested: 51 €
This represents more than 160 € lost on a return, which I find unreasonable.
What concerns me the most is the request for customs duties on a return parcel. I regularly return items internationally, including to the United Kingdom after Brexit, and I have never encountered this type of issue. Being asked to pay additional customs fees for returned clothing, without clear explanation, raises legitimate concerns.
While the brand’s designs are appealing, the return policy and additional unexpected costs make the purchasing experience risky. I recommend carefully reviewing their return conditions before ordering, especially if you are located outside Ukraine.
Unfortunately, this experience has significantly reduced my trust and I would hesitate to order again

I purchased a dress for my brothers wedding, thinking I was investing in a good quality dress (as it looks on the pictures provided).
The dress arrived and it had a rubbish thin material that looked very different from the pictures I had seen online. Additionally the size was also incorrect I carefully reviewed the sizing chart before buying, but still, the dress was too small.
I contacted them to initiate the return only to find out I had to pay ALL the shipping fees (25eur + 14 eur already spent to have delivered) and additionally they would charge 20% because according to them the dresses are not resold (they are "giving to charity or disposed") so I spent total 78 euros with this "brand" given the unethical policies.
The customer service they have is the worst I've ever seen, they always reply with long AI generated answers full of emojis trying to appear nice but they acknowledge none of the problems or provide any solutions.
The dress was delivered to them on the 13th of March and they spent 7 days trying to delay the refund and with back and forward e-mails with me. If you don't want to waste money and time do yourself a favor and avoid this "brand".

Le temps de livraison était un peu long (2 semaines) mais l’attente en valait le coup. La robe est superbe, comme sur les photos, bien taillés et avec un tissu qualitatif.

Extremely poor customer experience.

Returns are entirely at the customer’s expense, and on top of that they deduct 20% from the item’s value. You’re also given only 7 days to ship the item back, which feels unreasonable and borderline deceptive.

Sizing is inconsistent and not standard, making it very difficult to get the right fit. The overall quality is also disappointing and doesn’t justify the price.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this brand.

This is already the third time I’m trying to leave a review, and somehow it keeps disappearing!!! The same thing happened to my friend — we honestly don’t understand why our reviews keep getting removed.

We’ve ordered from this store multiple times and have always been extremely satisfied. The quality is honestly 10/10, everything fits perfectly according to the size chart, and the delivery has always been very fast. We genuinely love this brand and just wanted to share our positive experience!

Extremely quick and friendly customer service helped me to pick the right size and speed of delivery. The fabric is pleasantly heavy and gives you a comfortable relaxed feeling, in an evening gown! Sewing and packaging also flawless. I can see, that those giving bad reviews mainly had a problem with returning an item as they have not read the terms carefully. Yes, a bit strict policy, but just read it before placing your order.

Really bad experience. Got an discount code (20% off). I ordered two dresses and could not return one of the two because of the discount code. I suggested them to let me order the dress in another color and never got an answer..
