AFTER multiple emails back and forth and promises from their customer service department to send me a refund, they never did. They dropped the issue.
The items arrived verrry late, and was not able to use them for my event. I wanted to return, but they wouldnt accept it. They acknowledged and apologized for the extra long delay and offered 60% refund. Their reply emails to my constant inquiry kept getting delayed by weeks, not days! After months, they retracted their offer and went down to offer me 40%. I also complained how heavy and cumbersome their all crystal bag $750 which i wanted to return and i was not even able to use, and they offered a refund too. It has now been 3 months and never heard from them again. NO REFUND ON EITHER, NOTHING.
Honestly Better Than Expected
I got the Paphia bag from Giarité as a gift for my fiancée, and it honestly exceeded my expectations. The design is what first caught my eye, it has this really clean, sculptural look that feels modern but still timeless. When it arrived, the quality was immediately noticeable. The structure is sturdy, the stitching is neat, and the material feels premium, especially for a vegan leather piece.
She absolutely loved it. It’s the perfect size for everyday essentials without looking too bulky.

Scam!! Holding my money.
I ordered the bag Jules (the small one), firstly, the bag was lost in China (I didn’t know that the products are made in China, the bag came after 3 weeks, okay can happened.
The quality of the bag wasn’t good as they present on the website , so I sent the item back by prior agreement with the company (all screenshots saved). They got the item on the 17 of February.
Till now I have no money back (in return policy stands that money are returned after 10 days), it is already more then month. Firstly they wanted from me to take another item with the sale, after, they wanted to send me not full price of the item (item was absolutely new with all sticks and dust bag, as they sent me) now they just stop to communicate with me. I just want my money back (172 euros).
Scam!!! I already contacted higher authorities in the UK!

I NEED MY MONEY BACK!
I purchased the Cecile Pearlfall purse on February 10th for $695. I was meant to use it for a wedding on February 20th. Order # 24326.
It clearly stated that my order would ship in 2-3 days. 3 days after, I did not receive any update about shipping and I reached out and was told they were closed due to Chinese New Year and that it is scheduled to ship on February 22nd after the wedding. The 22nd passed and it still did not ship.
On February 25th, seeing that it still did not ship, I requested for my order to be cancelled and a refund processed but I’ve been met with silence.
I have emailed 3 times for a cancellation and a refund, and no one is responding to my emails. And they do not have a customer service number.
I have left them a message on WhatsApp, instagram and Facebook, no response.
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.

I reached out several times and on different platforms - facebook, instagram, WhatsApp and email but I got ignored.
Y’all only responded when I filled a claim with my bank and they reversed the payment. Your rep stated that my messages were archived.
Why would you archive my messages when you have not responded to them and have not fulfilled my order? Why?
If my bank did not reverse my payment, you would have taken my hard earned $695 and gone crickets on me.
I thought it was just terrible customer service but you lot are fraudulent too. It’s appalling. Glad my bank got my money back. Nobody I know will make the mistake of buying from you guys.

The quality is unmatched
I bought the Jules bag last september and wanted to see if it will hold up with the holiday festivities. When i tell you the quality of the bag is unmatched. I have thrown it many many times on the ground, the car, the couch...basically every where because of all the parties I've attended. The bag still looks brand new as ever. I love how the rhinestones never looked dull. The stitching and hardware feels luxury and high quality. I can see that they really took their time to make these bags. I can't wait for my second order to come!

Quality of Silver Brilly is simply outstanding! Very beautiful bag. I had two issues but its not entirely Giarite’s fault:
1) as I live EU, I had to pay 116€ is customs which is 1/2 price of the bag itself. But this one is on me as I didnt check where the company is located;
2) once package arrived at my country, customs were not able to process the parcel at first as my number/email was not provided. I had to contact them myself and give missing info. Once package arrived I noticed it actually did have my number on it but I guess it might be how its provided or so that caused issues.
So both issues are with delivery, bag is great and team is very helpful!

Avoid – misleading discounts, poor quality, and unacceptable returns process
I had an extremely poor experience with Giarité and would strongly caution others before purchasing.
I bought a bag for £385, which was advertised as “discounted” from almost £500 and listed as new. At the time, every product on the website was shown as discounted, with no separate sales section. Shortly after, the “discount” disappeared and the same product is now sold at the exact same price (£385), which makes the original discounting highly questionable.
The product itself was very poor quality and grossly overpriced. In my opinion, it was closer to something worth £50 or less. It is advertised as suitable for festive events, yet the rhinestone design easily catches and damages delicate fabrics, making it impractical and poorly designed.
I returned the item unused and in its original packaging, using Giarité’s own returns portal and courier. Despite this, the refund process took weeks of chasing and over endless emails, during which I was repeatedly pushed toward exchanges, partial refunds, or vague promises that the warehouse was “checking”.
When a refund was finally issued, they deducted more than the stated handling fee, without explanation or agreement.
The entire process felt deliberately obstructive, unprofessional, and exhausting. This company appears to rely on confusing policies, misleading pricing practices, and delaying tactics to discourage customers from obtaining refunds.
I would not recommend Giarité and would advise anyone considering a purchase to read reviews very carefully and be prepared for significant difficulties if you need to return an item.

Where is my refund?
I ordered an item from Giarite on 20th December 2025. I heard nothing from Giarite and my item did not arrive even though I paid for express delivery and there was confirmation that my item would arrive within 1-2 days. I reached out to Giarite on 2 January 2026 to request an update and they stated that my item had not been shipped yet, as there were shipping issues. I then asked for my order to be cancelled on 2 January 2026. They confirmed that the order had been cancelled and that I would receive my refund within 7-10 working days. I have still not received my refund of nearly £330 for this item after 15 days from when the order was cancelled and nearly 1 month from when I ordered the item. (They have confirmed that the money has been sent across to me, however, I have still not received it and not had any issues with refunds with any other brand in the past). This is really disappointing and unacceptable for an organisation such as Giarite, especially having spent such a large amount of money. As an update, I can confirm that I have now received my refund from Giarite and they have engaged with me proactively on this. However, I am still awaiting my refund for my shipping costs, as the item was never actually shipped in the first place.

Bad experience however, have promised change.
My wife ordered a bag from Giarite in November. She wore it twice and the item was reported faulty after around 28 days. The company relentlessly cited their returns policy stating that they would not accept responsibility for the fault and refused a refund. This went on tirelessly for around 2 months, I even sent a tracked letter to their London office. After seeing my trustpilot reviews it prompted them to reach out and offer me a resolve that was to my satisfaction. It should never have taken so long and taken so many emails to get this resolved. It did however, get resolved in the end. They explained that they have changed their approach and apologied for the experience I had with previous customer services representatives. Time will tell if they truly have, however I would never be able to give it 5/5 due to the 2 months it took (what should have been) a simple refund for a faulty product. The only reason I’m giving them 4 is because they are woman owned and vegan.

Very poor experience
Firstly when ordering a bag, please check the bag is in stock because they still take the money even if the bag is not in stock, I would recommend doing this by emailing the company, because what the say is available on line is not always the case. This was the problem I encountered after contacting the company by email because that is the only form of contact I was told it was out of stock, after emailing them again I was then told they were changing warehouses.
After a lot of emails because you text one day and they get back to you the next day, my item finally arrived, but to my disappointment part of the order was missing, they then charge you to send it back even the fault is with them. On their return portal they recommend Evri as the courier, I didn’t feel comfortable with this because I had heard so many stories about Evri and I didn’t want a £350 bag going missing. To ensure the bag arrived safely I sent it special delivery Royal Mail, I have since asked giarite if they will refund me my postage, because it’s their fault a faulty item was sent, at present they are refusing to refund me. I have checked that giarite have received my item and i can confirm it has been delivered safely. I am now chasing them for my refund but have been told they need confirmation from the warehouse that the item has been returned, even though I have sent confirmation of the tracking number and confirmation of delivery, let’s hope this doesn’t drag on.
This company has taken £337.50 of my money under false pretences, they say all the right things in their emails to make you believe they are refunding you your money but it never appears in your bank account. I made payment through PayPal so I initiated a complaint with them. Giarite did not respond to any of paypals correspondence so the case went in my favour and PayPal refunded me my money. It took ages for my item to arrive and when it eventually did it was faulty, I will never order from Giarite again, and I would definitely not recommend it. It has been an absolutely awful experience.

I came across this brand on Instagram and honestly didn’t expect the bag to be this beautiful in person. The craftsmanship is exceptional, it feels solid, elegant, and nothing like the usual “Instagram brands.” Even the packaging was stunning, like opening a gift from a luxury boutique.
Delivery was super fast (arrived to London in 3 days with DHL), and the customer service replied instantly via Whatsaap so it was super convenient
