I received my personalized ornaments and was not happy with them. The website reads that they are made from ceramic, but I received ornaments made from metal. I am returning them for a refund. I also reviewed the item on the Gear Customs website and gave it one star, but when my review was posted it had five stars on it.

When I noticed an issue with my original order, the company sent me a replacement right away. It looks great and my sister is going to love it!

I am totally pleased with my experience with this company. One of the images in my order did not show up as the correct dog. I sent an email explaining the problem and they promptly corrected it. I also asked them to add a small detail to one of the images. They were more than pleased to do it. The end result was just as I wanted, and my daughter-in-law loved the shirt. Thank you Gearcustoms.

I recently bought a gnome tee shirt, got it within a week, but got charged twice on my visa card,( wasn't happy). Called them a couple of times, sent couple of emails, & then FINALLY they took care of the problem & refunded my visa card!! Now, I'm a happy camper & will reconsider doing business with them again!!

I sent an order to my friend who has not received it and customer service will not reach out to me. I also ordered some items for myself and those came in just fine and look great. I never received a tracking or order number so I cannot look it up.

I am pleased with my 3 items purchased! I order 2 customized shirts and a mug for my husbands 1st Father’s Day. However USPS lost my package and we’re very uncooperative in locating it or refunding me. Took a month to get a dispute letter after more than several attempts. I sent Gear Customs the two disputed letters I received from USPS and they shipped my items out right AWAY! I received them quickly and they communicated every step of the way. Will definitely be ordering from Gear Customer in the future!

Ordered a personalized shirt, but upon arrival, it was blank. I contacted support and Ashley was quick to assist with the order and sent a replacement which came out better than I could have hoped! Highly recommend this site.

I'm so disappointed with my order, I paid $98 for two stoles, with two different things to be written. They sent me two stoles with the same exact thing written on them.
The material is not the same as the picture and where the point is to drape in the back near the neck is missing.... The sewing is horrible, and there's also fading on an area of the stole. My graduation pictures are next week and my stole is wrong 😭😭😭... they have a recording but not a live person to talk to. I'm sooo stupid to trust these online companies!!! I'm out of $98 and no stole.

I received my order and there was an issue with it, I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement product with the issue corrected right away. Very easy to work with ans I was very pleased with the replacement product.

Item arrived damaged. Emailed and texted several times to customer service number provided (no phone number) and no one has reached out to remedy the situation. This was supposed to be Father’s Day gift. I would not shop here again and advise others to beware. Horrible customer service. Horrible quality.

The cup I originally ordered did not have the correct colour's that I selected.
When the supplier became aware of it, from my review, they contacted me immediately and resent another cup that was just perfect!
