Shipping took over a month. When we did receive the car logo there wasn't enough adhesive for it to even stay on the car. This was after taking it to a professional detailer who tried "everything" for the car badge to stick.
They promised a 50% discount after closing a dispute with my credit card company. Still have not received that either.
Stay clear of this company!

I ordered a bigfoot pillow the whole page was all the alphabet letters with bigfoot on them in 3d the pictures were. If you do not read it there items come in 2d material not 3d. That's fine but the refund policy states they do not give refunds. The only way it says they will fully refund you is if the product you bought is drastically different from the product you got, ok mine is it is completely flat not 3d which the item I got to review before I hit order was different it still showed it in 3d and not in 2d there fore it is drastically different from what I ordered and it is not the product I reviewed which is their other policy it has if it not the product you reviewed then I am owed the full refund. These are their words from their return and refund policy. I have tried to get my refund and they offer 20% then 30 % I would just like my refund that is all. I am sorry it turned out this way but they do want to honer the refund policy at all. So over all I love the site cool stuff on it but I am not happy with the product and I tell all of you to make sure you read their policies and understand what you are ordering because I don't recomend them at all.

This is the worst case of bait 'n switch that I have ever seen in an online product!

I ordered a beautiful coffee mug showing a bookstore, with lighting inside, and a 3 dimensional image of books inside a bookstore! The video even showed the lanterns of the bookstore sticking out from the mug!

To top it all off, they offered to have my name on the bookstore sign. The price seemed rather low for such an item, but after receiving my coffee mug, I realized why! This was a great deal like the trash that Temu sells when they advertise something to you.

Lacking honor and integrity, the product they showed in the video presenting this mug, vs the actual "printed" mug you received with a flat "image" on it instead, is painfully short of what was advertised and promised! I am returning mine, and demand a full refund, plug the shipping!

In today's society, there are too many scammers and cheats in the online business to allow this!
This product is a "LIE"! The video presentation on Facebook, for instance, shows a woman turning the cup to show it off. You can clearly see the detail in it, and the lanterns on the storefront stick out from the mug, so you figure it has to be 3-dimensionally real.

I am just finishing my first book, which I worked incredibly hard to produce, and this was to be a reward to me! What a "flim-flam" cheap product to send me in lieu of what was actually presented to me that I was buying! Temu advertises this for $24.85, and a company called Printerval sells is for $12.95. The rest of the products they sell, I will wager, are just as cheap!!

This is deceptive trade practice!!
I would strongly suggest that, if the rest of their products are similar, you will be greatly disappointed in your product when it finally arrives. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these folks. You will painfully be disappointed.

I later found out I could get this cheap knock-off for $12.85 online!!! I wanted the one in the video!

Perfect in Every Way
Received my couples fishing plaque…so adorable the finish, quality is all amazing it was just a lot smaller than I thought it would be. And it would be cuter if it came with a stand to make it taller. But husband and I still love it!

The product arrived but was NOTHING like what was pictured. The picture showed a 3D mug which had the most unique book store inside the cup and 3D artifacts on the outside. Perfect for my book loving friend. What arrived was a rather cheap mug with a bookstore printed on the outside!

About a month ago, I ordered an advertised 3D customizable mug for my wife, for our anniversary. The customer is able to type the name of an individual in a text field to customize the name on the mug. I did in fact do this. I distinctly recall typing my wife's name, previewing it, typing it again, previewing it again, and clicking "add to cart" while I could SEE her name typed in the field. This is significant and I will touch on that in a moment.

Eventually I recieved the mug. However, the mug was not 3D as advertised, and my wife's name was not on it. So I reached out to resolve the issue. GoDuckee's customer service responded with an email which read as subtle defensiveness and passive aggression.

They provided a screenshot of my order, indicating that the text field for "custom name' was clear, that they produced the exact product I ordered and that they do not offer reshipments for mistakes they did not make. They did however offer me a 30% discount to order it again.

Sure. I could be misremembering, but considering the customizable aspect of the product is why I ordered it, and is why I recall double and triple checking it, I am absolutely certain I am not. What likely happened is that an issue with the website cleared the text field after submitting the order. The receipt does not indicate anything about thr customizable text, so there was no way for me to know.

It was disappointing to be blamed for a mistake I did not make.

However, seeing that this company has an F on the BBB, has been investigated and has failed to respond to 3 complaints, I can't say I am surprised.

Do your research and assume risk and responsibilities for their mistskes if you chose to buy from them.

If the order went through properly and they ammeneded their mistake, I wouldn't be making this review.

Do not order as this company majorly misrepresents items and refuses full refunds on fully defective items and doesn’t stand by their products. They practice false advertising and misrepresent items and provide misleading and shoddy items. Sewing is poor, looks like child art projects. Customized pillows are misaligned lettering and crooked stuffing/filling, etc. Had to file dispute as seller refused an amicable solution. I ordered a ballerina bunny pillow for child, with the letter W. It looked nothing like photos and the W was misshaped and warped. Creases and wrinkles all over due to poor alignment and uneven filling of polyester inside pillow. Very bad customer service. Very high effort for refunds.

Total Scam. Ordered the "3D" mug that was not even close to 3 D. And getting money back is a joke. I will be forwarding a letter to the Attorney General for California. Do not order from these people. We need to get the off the internet.

GoDuckee did a phenomenal job on the customization of the emblems I ordered. I named my 1998 Cadillac: “ Rossco Deville,” and the stylish and sleek design were spot on as described. The emblems definitely stand out and make a bold statement. I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in adding a touch of bravado to their ride. I commend you on a job well done. Spot on printing and great quality

I ordered a DBZ custom shirt for my husband and was well aware of the time frame it would take to make. I gave him a picture of it in a card because I knew it wouldn’t arrive on the exact date I wanted. But that’s my fault for not reading about the custom made timeframe which other reviews are neglecting. They complain about things that are clearly stated on the product listing because the majority of products here can be customized and are at the mercy of the mail system as well. The shirt looks great with all the details I requested.

Ordered a Christmas present in early December. Now January 20 and I still don’t have it. It’s been going in circles between Kansas City, wentzville, St. Louis and Chicago. Guess I will never get it. Asked money refunded but no response.

The order took over a month to be delivered and it was a Christmas gift. I just received it a couple days ago. It is really cute but much smaller than anticipated.

Ornament came as ordered, just in time for decorating the tree. It has excellent detail and is semi translucent, so a light behind it will light up the design nicely.

I love my lab tree topper, however I thought it would be a little larger. Good thing I have a small Christmas tree.

The ad and pictures of the product were very deceiving. Ornaments appeared to be 3D when in fact it was not and could barely make out the writing and pictures on the disc. I ordered the larger disc so as to be able to see the details clearer and that did not work either.

This was the perfect gift for the boss! The shipping took a little longer but, with the holidays it was to be expected. You had the opportunity to choose the size, the donkeys, and the names. The laughter made it all worth while!

ordered the FUN Donkey ornament and it was great. Delivery took a little longer than expected but it did arrive before Christmas. My Boss loves it!!! I did add the year on one of the Donkeys and it is a little hard to read but all the names came out perfect.=

Communication was awful. I ordered this on 11/14 and got my last email on 12/8. By the time I got it on 12/22 my boss was already gone for Christmas so she didn’t get it until after Christmas. When it finally came I was surprised to see if was flat and not 3d like the ad Very disappointing all around.

It has been a great disappointment ordering from this company. Originally I was very excited about the ornament, which I ordered in November and still have not received it and it's Jan 3.I won't order from this company again.
