it came in time and the print quality was very good will definitely recommend to friends and family

Customer service doesn’t exist in this company, purchased a print for Valentine’s Day for my husband. Came in time but the print quality is poor. You can see the printer roller lines on the print. Emailed customer service they asked if they could send a replacement and did I still live at the same address. Reply sent that yes I did. No replacement has arrived I then emailed back advising refund my order. No reply received. I have just emailed them back and given them 24 hours notice before I do a change back on my credit card! Avoid this company.

Meine Bestellung sollte nach einigen Tagen da sein, passend zum Valentinstag.
Dieser ist verstrichen, und es sind 11 Tage her, seitdem das Paket bei DHL angeblich gescannt wurde.
Seit dem besagten Tag hat sich im Tracking nichts verändert und auf meine mails wird stets nur geantwortet:
„ We confirm that your order has been shipped and you will receive an update very soon“

Ich bin wirklich sauer und kann diese unseriöse und unprofessionelle Firma nicht weiter empfehlen !!! Verbrennt euer Geld lieber, davon habt ihr mehr !

Paid £30 for essentially a piece of paper with very low quality printing. Item advertised showed a frame but there was none. Item also came bent. Very disappointed!

Update - they have now refunded me due to the quality issue so have increased stars

its very poor quality for what they charge. You can make it on canva and go get it printed. I bought a print for my partner for valentines day and am extremely disappointed. Its really my own fault for not doing my own research into the company, and really should have spent the time to make it myself. They charge $60 for something I could have made in canva and printed for $4. Its a lesson for me

I paid for express delivery 2-4 days but unfortunately the courier was unable to get the item to me on time but when it did arrive the photo was excellent . The customer care team were excellent and couldn’t do enough for me, I would certainly use them again

Order a print never turned I then emailed and was told there was a delay so waiting a littler long still nothing came on the date that was given emailed again to be told the same issue and if I wanted they could offer a refund or a discount code I kindly asked that I needed the print for a special occasion so another one had been sent out why would you send 3 print if you had already sent the first one and second I then asked for a refund which they didn’t respond to would highly not recommend this company

There was a delay in my order which they failed to inform me of until I eventually got in touch with them here in lies the issues when a company does not have a contact number awful customer services trying and failing to rectify any issues

Shipping took very long. The poster also came damaged. Stay away from this company.
