I ordered a model car before Christmas

I ordered a model car before Christmas. It was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. Didn't hear a thing for 3 weeks and then they told me that they refunded it onto a card that didn't exist anymore. They are Crooks. I would not trust this site for anything.

We’re sorry to see your review and would like to clarify the situation for transparency.

Your order was cancelled at your request, and the refund was successfully processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. The timeline is as follows:

- December 31, 2025 – Refund initiated immediately after cancellation
- January 3, 2026 – Refund fully completed by our payment processor

For security and compliance reasons, refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. At no point were we informed that the card used was closed. If a card has since been closed, banks typically still receive and reroute refunds automatically — this must be handled directly with the card issuer.

We also want to clarify that we did respond to multiple emails explaining the situation and offering to provide refund confirmation or reference details to assist with the bank.

We take customer service seriously and strongly refute any suggestion of dishonest behavior. If you still need documentation to help locate the refund with your bank, we remain available to assist.

I requested the cancellation of my…

I requested the cancellation of my order, but it was ignored from the start. I'm totally dissatisfied.
The item delivered was not the correct product, with no labels, and it came from a factory in China. It has the wrong sizing, and one arm is bigger than the other! The size ordered was 4XL, but it was like a large and way too tight.
I would advise that no one should buy this product.
