A very prompt reliable service from polite and helpful staff, this seems to be a smaller company that appreciates the customer and wants on going business, I’ve used them on 5 occasions now and my vehicle is always parked safely and secured.
On my last visit my tire was flat I knew this would happen (slow puncture) they quickly inflated it for me with a power pack, it was no trouble for them even tho it was peek time and they was very busy.

A 5 star service from this company every time, 100% recommend.

Questionable operator. Too quick to ring me back making sure i had paid, website link in confirmation e mail didn't work, telephone number just clicks off or goes to VM - loads of wrong vibes. (I think this will be a future disputed charge)
And their image presents themselves as an official Gatwick (on) airport operator - they aren't.
Be careful.

Absolutely terrible! We drove into what looked like a piece of scrubland. It was chaotic but it got us to the airport. The pick up in the return was just ridiculous. They only have small minivans, so not enough to pick up every one waiting. We waited for about 45 minutes. Then we got to the car park and a survey guy handed me the keys and said, it’s somewhere over there!! It was, but it was blocked in by another car!!! Honestly, it was THE WORST parking experience EVER!!!! DO NOT USE!!

Based on our experience, I would never use GAPS ParknRide again and could not recommend entrusting a vehicle to them.

I can't emphasise this enough- if you are considering parking at Gatwick avoid this outfit. From drop off to collection it is problematic. Their 'facility' is a shed down a dirt road miles from the airport. No security or cameras as with the reputable firms. The shuttle to the airport is an old 8 seater van driven by maniacs. Outbound the driver was texting on his phone on the motorway until I asked him to focus on driving as my kids were in the van. Inbound they were clearly short staffed and short of shuttle vans so collection was bedlam. He also drove like a maniac back to the collection shed - luggage flying back and forth in the back as he swerved in and out of traffic. Overall just a complete shambles and certainly no guarantee that your car is parked securely whilst you are away. I am baffled that comparison websites could even offer this company as an alternative to proper secure, vetted compounds which hardly cost any more. Unless price is the only consideration, use a proper provider. Rather than cowboys.

Excellent service from start to finish! My flights were cancelled, so I had to change my plans several times and leave the car for longer than expected. The team were extremely understanding and gave me a very fair price for the additional parking. They answered the phone quickly, were always helpful, and the airport transfers were prompt and easy. They made a stressful situation much easier for me. I would definitely use them again — highly recommended!

Title: The Worst Parking Experience I Have Ever Had – Avoid This Company Completely

I am writing this review after the single worst experience I have ever had with any parking service. GAPS Park & Ride has shown a complete lack of professionalism, honesty, and responsibility.

When I arrived back at the airport, their shuttle left us waiting for approximately 45 minutes — and this is not an exaggeration. No updates, no apology, nothing. When I tried calling them, the staff were extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. At one point, they even switched off their phone, leaving customers stranded with no way to contact them.

When I finally collected my car, I discovered clear damage that occurred while the vehicle was in their care. I have video evidence and photographic proof showing the condition before and after. It has now been three weeks, and despite sending two emails and making two phone calls, I have received no acknowledgement, no investigation update, and absolutely no communication from the company.

Their behaviour strongly suggests they are avoiding responsibility and have no intention of compensating me for the damage. A company that refuses to respond to a formal complaint for weeks cannot be trusted with anyone’s vehicle.

GAPS Park & Ride has demonstrated:
• Unacceptable delays
• Rude and unprofessional staff
• Phone lines being switched off
• Damage to my vehicle
• Zero accountability
• Zero communication
• Zero customer care

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company entirely. They have caused me significant stress, wasted time, and financial loss. I will be escalating this matter to Trading Standards, my bank, and the relevant regulatory bodies.

This is, without question, the worst parking service I have ever encountered.

**AVOID THIS COMPANY** They made us miss out flight as they made me and my pregnant wife wait for over 30 minutes at 3:30am for their 'shuttle service' which ended up being a crappy 8 seater mini bus. We are £400 out of pocket as we had to get a train from Gatwick to Stanstead and book more flights. I have been trying to speak to them about reimbursement, but they keep avoiding me and have so far given me 3 different emails to send my complaint to. THEY NEED CLOSING DOWN!!!!!

Friendly service, quick to answer the phone, but let down by long transit times. No queuing system for passengers waiting for transit, so quite chaotic getting to terminal and on the way back our driver went to the wrong terminal and had to be rebooked. A little organisation with drivers knowing the car reg numbers of their allotted passengers would largely fix the issues.

Very provisional people safe and secure parking on time pick up from the airport when you arrive and cheap price I will definitely use them again when ever I am flying from Gatwick airport

PLEASE DO NOT USE. Horrid service. Unprofessional. They scratched my car badly and never replied to emails from my insurers regarding the liability.

Their website is also not functional and the emails to the Manager - David Williams were never answered.

I had a booking with gaps parking Gatwick on Sunday morning early,
I firstly left my car there clean when I returned the car was covered
in tree sap and bird shit , the dust I expect not everything else .
Also I phoned for pick up and was told there in 20 to 30 mins 2 vans
turned up after 20 mins to pick up 20 people so we had to wait even
longer I’m not impressed at all and have never been treated like

Very good, would use again

Driver who collected us was rude. We came back to a filthy car, no apology just told they didn’t have time to clean it and the jet wash was broken. Would definitely recommend spending a bit more and using a different company!

Easy to find, dropped car off efficiently. Short wait for mini bus shuttle to the terminal. Same walking distance-approx 5 mins to terminal as other airport parking providers.
Good value for money.
Car same condition on pick up as I left it.
Easy pick up system upon landing despite our plane being delayed. Picked up by minibus, stop 6, other providers still waiting for their shuttle bus.
Friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely use again and I have tried out multiple ways to park for flights to and from Gatwick.

Don’t be tempted by the cheap price point. Not enough shuttles to or from the airport. Long waiting times. Very very disorganised. Will not use again.
